Finding You & Me

On the other side of the city, Caroline had woken up early in the morning getting ready for work when she saw her parents in the kitchen preparing breakfast. Caroline sat down at the table to have breakfast with them and her mom starts to make conversation with her.

Mom : You have work today ?
Caroline : yeah i do.
Mom : thats good.
Caroline : why is that good ?
Mom : i thought you'd be working on those designs.
Caroline (*tries to calm down but says) : i know you hate it when i do.
Caroline : dont worry, i dont do it in front of you two.
Mom : when will you stop ? i thought you love nursing people at the hospital ?
Caroline : i do but fashion design is a hobby on the side.
Caroline : i think i have some potential in designing clothes.
Mom : its just a hobby Caroline.
Caroline : i just said that.
Caroline : At least someone appreciates my designs.
Caroline : they even use them for their company.
Mom : who ?
Dad (*tries to calm Mom down & says) : Honey, stop asking her these things.
Dad : you know she hates it when you do.
Caroline : Adaleina did if your wondering.
Caroline : im going to be going on vacation ??with my girls in a few days.
Caroline : im taking 2 weeks off from work and spending time with my friends.
Mom : what about work ?
Caroline : i just want to let lose and leave somewhere on my own.
Caroline : i need a break mom.
Caroline (*stands up & says) : im going to work now.

Caroline grabbed her purse and jacket to go to work right away. Aria woke up early in the morning to take Lia to school and made her way to the tattoo shop. Then her coworker walked into the shop to work talking to Aria.

Aria (*sees her coworker come in & says) : Good morning.
Worker : Hey Boss.
Aria (*chuckles & says) : you make me feel old, you know that ?
Worker (*laughs & says) : then what do you want me to call you ?
Aria (*looks straight in their eyes & says) : my name.
Worker : your name it is. (*smiles)
Worker : how is the little kid doing ? is she going to school okay ?
Aria : i just sent her to school this morning.
Worker : thats good. Do you have any plans for the holidays ?
Aria : me and my girlfriends are going to hit Vegas for Christmas and New Years.
Worker : wow, that sounds like fun. how long are you leaving ?
Aria : im leaving in 2 days for 2 weeks so im counting on you to take care of the shop for me.
Worker : i know. what about Lia ?
Aria : she's going to camp Walden for the next 3 weeks tomorrow.
Aria : so she wont be celebrating with us.
Worker : but your mom will be sad staying alone.
Aria : i bought her tickets to Korea and she's leaving tomorrow night too.
Aria : she's going back home until Lia gets back from camp.
Worker : so you made sure you left too ?
Aria : i can say that.
Worker : well, i wish you the very best.

Aria and her coworker went straight to work. After hanging up, Adaleina stood up and put on her jacket to go to the HBA store in Hollywood. Adaleina talked to the workers there and checked up on the stocks. She also gave the workers their pay checks early before she had to leave to Las Vegas to two weeks.
