If I Can See You

Haeyoung was shocked. She stood helplessly while holding unto Jinam's cold hands.
Tears came out of her eyes... She was frozen... She didn't know what to do...
"Someone... Someone... HELP!" She finally yells.
Jimin turns around immediately, followed by the rest of the members.
Jimin's eyes were wide open... Why was Jinam on the floor?! She was just fine a minute ago...
Jimin ran to Jinam as fast as possible, shaking, "Jinam!! What happened?! Tell me what happened Haeyoung!"
"I don't know!" Haeyoung cried, she was freaked out.
Jin ran over and reached out for Jinam's hand, "It's freezing cold." He said.
"Call the ambulance!" Rap Monster yelled as he looked sprinted outside for the nurse to come.
V looked as miserable as Haeyoung, he stood there with no emotion in his eyes.
Jimin pulled out his phone and was about to call the ambulance until Jin yelled something.
"Jimin-ah! Jinam is moving! Come! Come!"
Everyone crowded around Jinam, Jin's head was right on top of hers. Jimin next to Jinam's holding her hands, Haeyoung holding the other one. V was still frozen but he sat down beside Jinam and stared at her. His hands trembling.
"Um... Are you okay V?" Suga asked.
V nodded, but deep inside his heart, he's trembling hard. This scene recalled him of when his mom was fainting when he was younger. V's mother had irregular blood level. Sometimes she would just faint and won't wake up in a few days.
V grew up with the fear that one day his mother won't wake up. He would tremble like crazy when his mother faints, he doesn't know what to do if his mother dies...
The fainting of his mother haunted him for years. The winter of 2012, V's mother fainted as usual but this time... She didn't wake up as she did before...
Jinam moved slightly... Jimin squeezed her hands...
Jinam slightly opened her eyes, it was bright, brighter than usual... Not the bright light she was seeing before she fainted... But a different kind of light... A light she haven't seen in 8 years...
The light was very blurry at first, then it started moving.... Slightly getting clearer... Jinam was confused how she had fainted and ended up in this situation... Her head was hurting like crazt just a minute ago, now she's seeing this...
She could vividly hear Jimin calling her name, she closed her eyes again. Maybe that was just her imagination.
She calms her eyes and open them again. It was still blurry, but there was not as much light as before... It felt like... Almost like if she could actually see.....
Wait.... It's not that she could almost see... IT'S THAT SHE COULD ACTUALLY SEE.
Jinam almost jumped as she saw a big head right in front of hers, since that kind of freaked her out.
"Who... Who are you?" Jinam asked.
The guy in front of Jinam stared at her even closely, "I'm Jin. Good that your fine now Jinam."
"Jin oppa?" Jinam asked... She's starting to see clearer and clearer. Jin had a nice facial feature. He was extremely good looking. Jinam thought.
Jinam reached out her hands... And touched Jin's face slightly, as if she was a new born baby and just opened her eyes too see the world.
Jin opened his mouth, was about to say something...
Now it's the moment... That Jinam could see everything clearly... She took a closer look at Jin. He reminded her of Jimin when he was younger... Jinam thought he didn't look 24, more like 20 or less...
Jinam sat up and looked around. He stared at everyone, first Jin, then Rap Monster, V, Suga, J-Hope, Haeyoung... Her eyes landed on Jimin... He looked so familiar... It was almost liked... She knew him...
He was handsome... Just like... Just like... Father... Jinam thought. Wait... Father... Could he possibly be...
"Oppa?"
Jimin shriked a little... then he stared at Jinam's eyes... There was something usual about that pair of eyes today... Jimin could see the slight emotion in it...
"Long time no see, Jimin." Jinam smiled, tears began to come out of her eyes, she touched Jimin's face just like she did with Jin's.
Jimin was confused, what did she mean by "long time no see?" they were just together a minute ago... Can she possibly lost her memory?!
No! God can't do that to her! Jinam already lost her vision! She can't loose her precious memories... (Jinam lost little part of her memories from her elementary school experiences but remembers everything about Jimin)
"Jinam-ah..." Jimin said trembling, "Do you not remember?... We were just together a minute ago... What do you mean by long time no see?"
Jinam smiled instead, "Oppa-ah! You have gotten more handsome."
"Huh?" Jimin asked, still confused by what's going on.
Jinam took a deep breathe, "I can see again."

Jimin was still shocked from what happened until she saw Jinam staring at V.
V was no longer trembling, instead he was smiling at Jinam.
Jimin walked to Jinam and said, "Handsome, right?"
Jinam shrugged, "I think oppa is more handsome."
"Yah! Stop it!" Jimin chuckled, feeling warm inside.
Jinam laughed, "I'm only saying that because we look alike."
Jin walked into the room with 2 cups of water, he sat down beside Jinam, "Here. Have some water, you must tired."
Jinam smiled, Jin is always so kind and caring. Jinam was surprised that he was such a nice looking guy.
While Jinam was drinking the water, she found V staring at her, smiling. Jinam thought V was very cute looking... But there was something different about him... It was almost like she knew him...
Jimin seemed to notice it so he stood up, "Come on Eun, I'll take you on a tour around here."
Jinam nodded and thought she had lived here for more than 3 years but she has never seen the building... And that road filled with cherry blossom... She always wanted to see how it looked like.
Jimin took Jinam's hand and left the room. Jin stared at Jinam's back and smiled...
She was such a beautiful girl....
Jimin and Jinam walked around the building, Jinam would point out everything she haven't seen.
"Oppa! Isn't that the cafeteria?" Jinam said excitedly.
Jimin smiled, "Yep." It has became a habit to reply with an answer instead of nodding or shaking his head.
"It looks so cool! So different..." Jinam said, then she stared at Jimin again.
"What?"
"Oppa, I thought you'd be taller. Since I'm 5.7! I expected you to be like Jin oppa's height" Jinam laughed.
"Stop it~" Jimin said with aegyo, "That's because dad was short..."
Jinam shook her head, "Chinja..."
"Come on!" Jimin grabbed Jinam's hand, "Let's go outside. You always enjoyed the outdoor."
Jinam smiled and nodded.

Jinam and Jimin walked on the familiar path filled with the sweet smell of cherry blossom, hand in hand.
They looked more like a couple than siblings. It's probably because Jinam didn't see her brother for so long, she couldn't keep her hands away from Jimin's.
Jinam stared at the beautiful cherry blossoms, they are Jinam's favorite... She remembered this morning Jin taking her on a walk here, and the cherry blossom that he put on her head to resemble good luck...
Wait... Her cherry blossom... Jinam quickly touched her head to search for it... But nothing was there...
"What are you looking for?" Jimin asked.
"Oh nothing.... Just my cherry blossom from Jin oppa this morning?" Jinam said while anxiously searched for the cherry blossom.
Jimin chuckled, "It's just a cherry blossom, let me get you another one."
"No... But it's from Jin..." Jinam said.
"Huh?" Jimin asked, "Is Jin that important?"
Jinam grew silent.
"I mean... He told me it brings good luck..."
"You believe everything he says." Jimin snaps.
".... I...."
"And your always following him around ever since we debuted..." Jimin said.
"Well... He kind of gives me this feeling of security..."
"Anyways... What happened today... With your vision... Was kind of strange after all... I mean... How is that possible?!" Jimin said.
Jinam felt the same way, but she was happy, happier than ever to retrieve her vision.
"I guess our prayers worked after all." Jinam smiled sweetly, Jimin did too.
When the siblings smile, the almost looked the same. It was almost like everyone's heart would melt when they see that smile... The Park smile brightens up the world.
Jimin's phone suddenly started to ring.
"Sorry, I'll take this real quick." Jimin said while pulling out his phone, it was an Iphone 7.
Jinam has never seen a touch screen phone before, she stared at it curiously.
"Yobosayo? Oh Mrs.Yoon! Okay... Coming now." Jimin said.
"Sorry Jinam, but I've got to go. You can still hang around if you want."
Jinam smiled, "It's fine oppa~ The boss right? She's kind of tough....."
Jimin rubbed her hair, "See ya sis~"
Jinam watched as her brother's back faded away from the distance. She sat down alone on the bench next to Bighit and enjoyed the sunny whether.
It's good to be able to see again... The sun, the world and... Jimin...
She closed her eyes and rested in her own piece of light... Someone quietly joined her without making a sound.
Jinam slightly opened her eyes.
"Boo!"
"AH!" Jinam screamed out, she almost fell off of the bench but he catched her.
"Yah! Kim Taehyung! You scared me!" Jinam shouted.
"I was just playing with you..." Taehyung (V) shows his normal innocent cutie look with aegyo.
"Aigoo... Stop it Taehyung..." Jinam laughed at him.
Taehyung smiled and bit his lips cutely, everything he does is adorable, "How come you never call me V?"
Jinam shrugged, "Not sure... But I prefer Taehyung... I feel like I know that name and I also felt like I knew you... Isn't that strange?"
Taehyung nodded but didn't say a thing, then he breaks into a huge smile, "Are you happy you finally got to see my face?"
"Yep!" Jinam smiled, "You look... Just like a boy in my class from elementary school."
"Really? Was he in your grade?"
Jinam shook her head, "No.... He was Jimin's age, so we never talked much... I wish we did though."
"Did you like him?"
"I don't know... I mean... He was always so shy and would never smile, he always looked so scared... But... I don't know... I guess I liked him."
Again... Taehyung didn't say anything, instead he just smiles sweetly.
"Does Haeyoung know?" Taehyung asks.
"She probably knows him, since we were at the same school. But I never told Haeyoung that I... maybe... liked him... Then he went to middle school when I entered 5th grade...
Taehyung nodded then he laid down on the bench, his head slightly touching her knees...
Jinam smiled as she closed her eyes too...
It was strange... Why couldn't she memorize his name?
Was it because of that small part of memory loss due to accident... But why... Did she remembered everything except his name? Did he not like her?....
And Taehyung... He was so similar to him... But different... Only their faces are close... But personality... Is completely different.
The guy from elementary school always looked fearful and distant, and Taehyung is like this big warm sunshine that would make everyone smiles...
Oh forget it... Jinam thought. It's all the past now.
Now that it's no longer dark, what else matters?
