March 2017 (present time)
Jinam rolled over and pulled her blanket.
"Ouch!" She yelled as she fell on the floor.
Normally, the girl would just stand up and go back to sleep... But for Jinam she had to reach for the bed and slowly pull herself up...
And yes... She has been living in this darkness for 8 years...
Jinam searched for her phone on the night stand, but nothing was there.
"Did I knock it off again? Ugh..." Jinam groaned, now this has happened again, it will take forever to find her phone... Since it could be anywhere.
Jinam stood up and found her way to the closet, she decided to change first. Her brother Jimin buys all the clothes for her, they are all simple color so Jinam could match them without seeing the colors.
She slowly reached over to the jeans section and pulled out a pair of jeans. But she pulled it too hard so everything fell the floor.
"Darn it!" Jinam said.
Jimin opened Jinam's door, and walked in, "Jinam-ah! Looks like we have to get you a guide dog!"
"Stop it oppa!" Jinam said, while bend down to pick up the jeans.
"Let me do it." Jimin walked over and picked up all the clothes that had fell on the floor.
Jinam smiled, "It seems easy for you, right?"
Jimin rubbed her hair, "Come on, I made break fast!"
Ever since 8 years ago, Jimin did everything for her little sister. Cooking, laundry, earning money... And supporting this little family.
Jimin is the most precious person to Jinam, and it's the same way for Jimin...
The park siblings had gone through a lot... Yet they both choose to stay cheerful and positive.
Jimin pulled out the chair for his sister to sit down, then he brought the food to the table, "Let's eat~"
"Let me guess..." Jinam smiled, "It's bacon and eggs right?"
"Omo! Jinam! It's almost like you can see..." Jimin said.
She smiled and thanked him for the food, "But I wish I can see you again, and the rest of BTS."
Jimin nodded, "Me too..."
"When's Kookie gonna be back?" Jinam asked.
"Probably tomorrow... What? You miss him?" Jimin teased.
Jinam shook her head quickly, "Ani! (no)...."
"i'm going to train today." Said Jinam.
"Why? With Jang Sik noona?"
Jinam nodded, "No, but she's been helping me a lot... J-Hope oppa is lucky to have her."
Jimin smiled, that's true. Jang Sik is a awesome girlfriend... He wishes to have one for himself someday... A girlfriend that's like Jang Sik and his sister...
"Yah! I almost have my choreography down!" She smiled proudly.
"Omo Chinja?! (really)" Jimin smiled, "That's awesome!"
"Haha! Wait for it!"
"Don't disappoint me Jinam-ah!"

Jinam can now walk freely on her own, Jimin left early to practice at Bighit. Jinam also has to meet up with her best friend Haeyoung.
Haeyoung is a cute looking 18 years old girl and she's V's cousin. She has been Jinam's best friend ever since elementary school and coincidentally she happened to be related to one of Jimin's team mates.
Jinam walked while holding onto the wall, in the darkness she's trying to crawl out and find her own piece of light... She's been doing that for the past 8 years.
Uncle Park passed away last year, he was never married and didn't have any children. Jimin and Jinam were like the only children to him... But they seemed so distant from him. They became independent when Jimin debuted... But they still often visit Uncle Park.
Uncle Park hid the fact that he had cancer ever since they debuted, he got it just a little before Jimin debuted. And it was quick and sudden... After a little while, Uncle Park was no longer with them.
Jimin and Jinam had lost their last family member, it's just them now... Their grandparents passed away except for their grandmother on their mom's side, who has Alzheimer. She has completely gone crazy and couldn't remember anyone.
They tried to visit her but she would just scream and yell... Maybe Jimin's life seemed perfect on the service... But he and his sister has been suffering a lot inside.
Jinam was grateful for her lovely brother, who was always positive and cheerful. He was like Jinam's sunshine, her happy source... He would always make her smile. And the rest and the BTS gang, they are all lovely and funny guys who would make Jinam's day brighter.
"Hey! Jinam-ah!" Jin walked to Jinam and smiled.
"Jin oppa?" Jinam asked, not sure who it was.
"Yep! You're getting good at this!" Jin rubbed her hair.
"Thank you~" Jinam smiled. She had always liked Jin, he was like her soulmate. He would cook for Jinam and tell her jokes. He would help Jinam to get better at singing and dancing. Except for her brother, the most trustworthy person for Jinam is Jin.
"Let me take you to the building!" Jin said and grabbed her hand.
Jinam nodded and followed Jin.
They walked on the familiar road that leads them to the Bighit building, it was a small road and there's barely anyone that would go there. So it's perfect for them.
Jinam has always wondered how it would look like. The road was short and narrow, but she could always smell the fresh air and sometimes the cherry blossoms... It was just the beginning of spring... Jinam's favorite season...
"Are the flowers pretty?" Jinam asked.
"Yep~" Jin said as he bend down to pick one up for Jinam.
Jinam held to her face and smelled it, she always loved the smell of a cherry blossom.
Jin smiled at her, he picked up another on and put it on her head, it looked like a pretty hair accessory.
"It brings good luck~" Jin said, "Grandma told me that if you put a cherry blossom on a pretty girl's head it will bring good luck to her."
Jinam smiled slightly, then sighed, "Am I pretty? I haven't seen myself in 8 years..."
Jin patted her back, "You are... Come on, let's go."

Haeyoung has been standing outside the Bighit building for a while, the guards wouldn't let her in no matter what.
She has been calling Jinam but she won't pick up.
"Aigoo... These people... Can just believe that I'm V's cousin?! I mean..." Haeyoung walked around outside the building.
From a far distance, Haeyoung saw Jinam walking towards the door with Jin.
"Yah! Park Jinam! Bbali!!!" Haeyoung shouted.
Jinam and Jin sped up their footsteps after hearing Haeyoung.
"Jinam!" Haeyoung ran to them, "Why didn't you pick up my calls?"
"Sorry, Haeyoung-ah! I forgot my phone. It's no use for me anyway." Jinam said.
"Aish... The guards won't let me in! Please help Jinam and Jin oppa!" Haeyoung said.
"Why didn't you call V?" Jin asked.
"Well... His phone was turned off and..." Haeyoung explained.
"Alright let me talk to the guards." Jin walked away.
Jinam laughed at Haeyoung, she was probably really worried. She has always been like that, stressing over little things ever since elementary school.
"Oh Jinam! I love your outfit today!" Haeyoung said.
"On chinja?! Jimin picked it out for me."
Jinam was wearing a perfectly matched outfit, white ripped jeans with a black long sleeve shirt, also a denim vest outside of it.
"You should let him do it more often!" Haeyoung said.
Jinam nodded. Jin came back and told them that they can go in now. Haeyoung eyed the guards as they walked in.
As soon as they got in, Jin ran into the dancing room and began practicing.
Jinam and Haeyoung walked in the vocals room and started practice singing.
"What song should we do?" Jinam asked.
"How about... Run?" Haeyoung suggested.
"A BTS song?"
"Yep~ I'll play the piano." Haeyoung said. Even though she couldn't sing that well but she's very good at piano.
Haeyoung's fingers ran through the keys gracefully. Jinam's voice going along with it. They sounded amazing...
People say Jinam looked like Jimin and sounded like him... Yet for those 2 siblings are both amazing at singing....
The song stopped after around 3 minutes... Haeyoung clapped.
"You're getting better! Soon you'll beat Jimin." Haeyoung said.
Jinam shrugged, "Maybe? But I could never dance like him."
Haeyoung suddenly stopped talking... Maybe Jinam can't... Without her vision... Dancing has been extremely hard for Jinam.
"Come on, lets go to the BTS practice room." Haeyoung grabbed Jinam's hand and led her out of the room.
"Let me walk alone." Jinam said as she let go of Haeyoung, "I need to practice."
"Oh." Haeyoung sighed.
Jinam walked along side the wall, when her hand reached the door, she went for the handle and pulled it open.
Haeyoung followed along. The room was big and warm. The members were sweating and dancing in tank top and T-shirts.
Haeyoung stared at them with daze, she couldn't get her eyes off of Suga.
Jinam recognized the song, it was from their new album, "Not Today".
Jimin waved at Jinam and Haeyoung, the rest of the members nodded but didn't stop.
Jinam sat down leaning her back on the wall, Haeyoung joined her.
She closed her eyes and enjoyed the music, "Not Today" was a hyper and cool song, also one of Jinam's favorite.
Even though she has never seen the dance but she could feel the energy inside them, she could feel the movements moving along with the melody of the song.
"Jinam-ah!" Haeyoung said while kept on staring at them, "How can any human dance like this?!"
Jinam chuckled.
"No seriously!!" Haeyoung exclaimed, "They are so sexy when they dance! Especially Suga.. Awe... Just look at them-
Haeyoung stopped knowing she had said the wrong thing. Jinam just smiled and nodded.
The BTS sure are sexy dancers. Their body moved fluently with the beat, every single step is on point, their arms swung back and forth gracefully. They jumped and moved flawlessly. It seemed like every girl who sees them dancing would fall in love with them.
If only I can see you... Thought Jinam... If only she could see Jimin again... And also the rest of the boys, how would they look like? Are they more handsome then Jimin?
Jinam stared at the darkness with some vivid light... The light was moving... As if it was in motion...
That was strange... Jinam thought... So she closed her eyes... But she could still feel the light... It was getting stronger and stronger... Brighter and brighter...
Then her head began to hurt... Everything is starting to get dizzy... It seems like the earth is moving... But it's not an earthquake... It couldn't be since Haeyoung was sitting next to her and being perfectly fine...
Whats wrong with her?! The light keeps on getting brighter... The pain inside her brain increased... Jinam clenched her fists and bit her lips as she was trying to hide her pain... But Haeyoung seemed to notice.
"Jinam, are you okay?" Haeyoung said, looking worried.
Jinam nodded, then shook her head. She didn't want to say anything... Nor did she had any energy to say anything...
"Omo! Your face is so pale! What's wrong?!" Haeyoung said, she looked at Jimin. He was still dancing with the BTS, didn't seem to notice if there was anything wrong with Jinam.
"Haeyoung... Leave me..." Jinam said painfully. Now all she can see is light... Was it because it was too bright in the room? She can always see light... But not this much...
The pain was getting stronger... It almost felt like as if her head was going to explode... The dizziness is getting stronger along with the pain, Jinam wanted to scream out but she couldn't...
"Yah... Jinam... Don't scare me!" Haeyoung said.
Jinam grabbed Haeyoung's arm... she was sweating... More than the boys dancing... She was looking as pale was a piece of paper... Her hands were cold...
"Jinam-ah..." Haeyoung said as she held her hand.
Jinam tried to keep her head up for one more time... But she lost all her energy... She leaned back without any awareness..
She fell backwards... Haeyoung catched her...
The cherry blossom that Jin put on her head this morning landed on the ground along with her pale, cold hand....
