A K-pop Idol's Guide to Surviving a Zombie Apocalypse

There was even more screaming than when we went to that haunted house. I think even SM would have been proud of how high Minseok hyung went ... It was so high that the closest zombie stopped. Honestly, I'm not kidding. (Jungkook told you that, didn't he?)

It wasn't long before everything had descended into chaos. And there were a group of zombies piling onto where I had last seen the choreograper, and yeah ... I didn't look back at that. We were soon backed into a corner, and had nothing to attack with except the sterio (which was way too heavy) and our gym bags (unless you counted the little chair at the back.) The familar sky-patterben walls even seemed to be darker. I don't know. I was too busy freaking out (I didn't scream!)

"What do we do?" cried Kai, awkwardly kicking out at the zombie which hhad come too close. "We're cornered!"

Baekhyun was still standing frozen deep in the corner, his face weirdly blank. Chen was still whimpering, somehow Suho hyung was NOT crying (I know, really unexpected - ow! Hyung!!) yup, it seemed like wevwere doomed.

Until -

"HEY!! OVER HERE!!" A shout from the door. Instinctively, most of tye zombies turned towards the new sound, and the people were making such a racket outside most of them left us. Although it still took all nine of us to bring down the remainders. Like Lay had complained - "Where's Tao when you need him?"

"In China," mumbled Chen, kicking out at the zombie somewhat tentatively.

"Do you think it's spread to China?" suddenly asked Chanyeol, his eyes wide as he forgot about the zombie. I jumped in to kick it (seriously, we need some weapons!!) and shrugged. "Hopefully not ... That place is PACKED. There's so many people, ..." I trailed off. "Um."

"Guys!! Come on!!" Kai waved his hand, and quickly dodging around the zombies still left standing (thank god they're only a little bit faster than in the movies) and saw that it was SHINee who had drawn out thevrest of the zombies .. Who were now a pile of beheaded bodies on tye floor. Eww.

"Snuck it out from the kitchens," grinned Jonghyun, waving around tye big knife. I didn't bother to tell him he might accidently behead us too as we started to head towards the fire escape, still weaponless. Onew hyung was at the front, armed with a folded-up bunch of metal poles which lookef like a collapsable music sheet stand. Nice.

"The others?" Kyungsoo whispered after avshort walk in silence. Minho sighed. "I don't know."

"Should we look for them?" asked Baekhyun uncertainly. He glanced back towards the main building. Key paused, a torn look on his face as he glsnced around. "I - we came to you guys because we knewvwhere you were and you were on the same level as us. I don't know about the others ..." he shook his head helplessly. "Shoul we ...?"

Minseok blinked, stopping. "I can't ... Hear anything," he muttered after a while. It was true - an eerie silence had settled over the building likevfog. "Does that mean that ... Nobody is left?"

Nobody answered this time.
