Believing In Love Again
Situation ; What's Right & Wrong.
[6PM] We were all done with the wedding rehearsals and went back into the house. We rested for a short while before eating dinner together one last time. Ryan cooked dinner for us. I didn't feel like eating because i felt sad of what me and Ryan were talking about. So i sat outside where i normally sit by the lake to think things over. Cecelia (*asks) : are you okay ?
Jane (*slightly smiles & says) : i should be.
Cecelia : after my previous husband died, i was so devastated.
Cecelia : i was like you. I thought i didn't believe in love again.
Jane (*asks) : what changed ?
Cecelia : that's when i met Matt. He changed my whole perspective on love.
Jane (*asks) : how did you know he was the one ?
Cecelia : he cared so much for me even when he was busy. He did everything to protect me.
Jane : he’s a good man.
Cecelia : he is.
Cecelia : the greatest part of being with someone is that you know they’ll be there for you.
Cecelia : they’ll protect you whenever things get bad.
Cecelia : that's when you’ll come to love them truly.
Jane : the thing is, i messed up completely with relationships in general.
Jane : i'm so blinded by the persons love that i dont even notice whats going on.
Jane : i don't even know how to fix it anymore.
Cecelia : i'm assuming that this is about Ryan.
Jane : he’s great at everything that he does and he cares a lot.
Cecelia (*asks) : then what is the problem ?
Jane : i drifted him away because he and Scott were fighting for me.
Jane : i didn't want them to fight and end up hurting each other.
Cecelia : i would be honor if i were you if two guys were fighting for me.
Jane : i'm just going to move on and be happy.
Cecelia : if that's what you want then okay.
Me and Cecelia smiled at each other and continued to look up at the sky. After a while later, Julie Manson (Lila’s Mom) ran out towards us in panic telling us…
Julie (*says in panic tone) : it's gone Jane !
Me and Cecelia stood up and turned around to face Julie. We also panic for a second and i asked her…
Jane (*asks) : what's wrong Mrs. Manson ?
Julie : the dress i was going to wear tomorrow for the wedding is gone.
Cecelia (*asks) : what do you mean gone ? you didn't bring it ?
Julie : i thought i did but it isn't here !
Julie (*asks) : what do i do ?
Julie : i have nothing to wear tomorrow.
Jane : okay, calm down Mrs. Manson.
Jane : i have a solution to that.
Cecelia (*asks) : what solution is that ?
Jane : i can make you a dress tonight if you want.
Julie (*asks) : where are you going to get the material and sewing machine ?
Julie : all of the stores are closed for the weekend.
Jane : i have some fabric in my car and there's a sewing machine in the basement.
Cecelia : we should do that then.
Jane : okay, let's get going then !
I rushed to my car to get all of the fabric from the trunk of my car and went up to the basement. Cecelia and Julie were already there waiting for me sitting on the sofa. We spent all night in the basement together. I think i got closer to them that night. I measured Julie’s body to the right measurements so i could know how to make it. By 3am i was done with the dress and it looked beautiful. I displayed it on the fake mannequin that i had in my car which i brought up earlier.
I left it there and fell asleep on the table with my head down.
Cecelia (*asks) : are you okay ?
