Chanyeol : it's been a while Jooeun-ah.
I turned around to face Chanyeol and says…
Jooeun : it sure has been a while Chanyeol.
Chanyeol (*asks) : how have you been ?
Jooeun : better than always.
Chanyeol : that's good.
Chanyeol : i've seen that you've gotten married, congratulations.
Jooeun : i havent got married yet.
Chanyeol (*asks as pointy at Chaeyeon) : and who is this ?
Jooeun : this is my daughter, Chaeyeon.
Jooeun : we really have to go now. It was nice seeing you Chanyeol.
I turned around to walk away when Chanyeol called me back once again.
Chanyeol (*asks) : is she mine ?
Jooeun (*asks) : what makes you think she’s yours ?
Chanyeol : that one night we had together.
Jooeun : you would hate me even more if i told you the truth Chanyeol.
Chanyeol : so she is mine.
Jooeun : i don't expect you to accept Chaeyeon as your daughter.
Jooeun : i like my life the way it is, i'm happy this way. You should be too.
Jooeun : so don't help me even if you want to.
Chanyeol : i want to be there for her Jooeun-ah.
Jooeun : i can't let you. You should be a musician, that's what you are.
Jooeun : The public doesn't need to know about Chaeyeon.
Jooeun : anyways. We have to go. I’ll see you around. It was nice meeting you again.
I walked away with Chaeyeon thinking it was okay. But i did the right thing of walking away from him again. Chanyeol went to his sister, Park Yoora, office to talk to her and see if the village was okay. He walked inside the office to say…
Chanyeol : hey.
Yoora : hey baby bro.
Chanyeol (*asks) : did Jooeun buy a house ?
Yoora : just recently.
Yoora (*asks) : why ?
Chanyeol (*asks) : how many rooms ? which one ?
Yoora (*asks) : why are you so concern ?
Chanyeol : just tell me.
Yoora : a 3 bedroom, 2 baths home for both of her parents and daughter.
Yoora : now tell me.
Yoora (*asks) : Why are you asking me about her ?
Chanyeol : she’s the girl that i met when i was looking for a new roommate at the old apartment.
Yoora : that was years ago.
Chanyeol : yeah and she has a child.
Yoora : don't tell me that it's yours.
Chanyeol : it is.
Chanyeol : you have to let me move into her house thinking that she got the wrong house here.
Chanyeol : it will be like old times where we met again.
Yoora (*asks) : why are you doing this Chanyeol ? do you still love her ?
Chanyeol : i'm still in love with her, i've always been.
Chanyeol : i don't want to lose her again.
Yoora : you better not mess it up this time.
Chanyeol : i won't, i promise.
Yoora : fine. I’ll give you the exact date when she moves in so it gives you time to move in a day early.
Chanyeol : thank you sis. I’ll owe you big time.
Yoora : you're going to owe me by checking up on the new residents in the village now.
Chanyeol : yes ma’am.
Chanyeol went walking around the village checking up on the new residents. While my parents were babysitting Chaeyeon at home, i went to meet Lily at the cafe. I wanted to talk to her about meeting Chanyeol again. As i walked into the cafe shop, i saw Lily sitting there waiting for me. I walked over to take a seat in front of her and we started to talk.
Lily (*asks) : what's wrong ?
Jooeun (*asks) : what makes you think something is wrong ?
Lily : you sounded worried over the phone when you told me you wanted to talk.
Jooeun : you are my best friend for a reason.
Lily : right.
Lily (*ask) : so what's the matter ?
Jooeun : i met Chanyeol again earlier this morning when i was leaving the village.
Lily (*asks) : were you two happy to see each other again ?
Jooeun : he was but not me entirely.
Lily (*asks) : why, Jooeun ?
Jooeun : after so many years, I've never thought we meet again.
Jooeun : I never wanted him to know about Chaeyeon but because she was there,
Jooeun : I had no choice but to tell the truth.
Lily : but you love him though.
Jooeun : I don't even know if he loves me back.
Lily : of course he does.
Lily (*asks) : what's the matter with you ?
Lily : i mean, you use to talk about Chanyeol all the time when he’s not here.
Lily : you even told me that you fell in love with him.
Lily (*asks) : do you not love him anymore ?
Jooeun : i really do love him but i'm afraid.
Lily (*asks) : what are you afraid of ?
Jooeun : of where it's going to take us.
Lily : there is nothing you should be afraid of Jooeun-ah.
Lily : love happens to everyone. We want you to be happy with love and who you spend it with.
Jooeun (*asks) : how do i undo it ?
Lily : you can't. Its permanent forever.
After talking to Lily at the cafe shop, i left to go home. Chanyeol walked into the cafe where Lily was a moment after to see her there. He was surprised to see her so he stopped to sit and talk to her. He still remembers Lily as Jooeun’s best friend.
Lily : it's been awhile since the last time we seen each other.
Chanyeol : right.
Lily (*asks) : how are you ?
Chanyeol : i've been living life to the fullest.
Lily : that's good to hear.
Chanyeol (*asks) : and how are you and Yoori ?
Lily : we are doing quite well actually.
Chanyeol : that's good.
Lily (*says & asks) : you're curious about Jooeun, aren't you ?
Chanyeol (*asks) : is she doing well ?
Lily : she’s okay.
Chanyeol : i'm assuming that you had met her already.
Lily : just a few minutes ago actually.
Chanyeol (*asks) : did she say anything about me ?
Lily : i think you should be the one to talk to her about that.
Lily : i've known Jooeun for a really long time and i can tell by her expression.
Lily : she still loves you Chanyeol but she just doesn't want to admit it.
Chanyeol : i want her to be happy with her life.
Chanyeol : i feel like i missed out on so much.
Lily : maybe you shouldn't miss out on it anymore and be with her like you wished.
Lily : be there for Jooeun and Chaeyeon.
