[SATURDAY, 11AM] I went to Guang Village with Chaeyeon that morning. When we arrived, we met a middle age women (Park Yoora) on the lawn of the admin’s office. As she walks us around the neighborhood to get familiar with the people, she tells us and asks about how our living situation is.
Park Yoora : you might be curious about the details on the houses.
Jooeun : yes, very.
Park Yoora : i'll be asking you about your living situation now.
Park Yoora : It’ll just let me know what type of house or loft you would want.
Jooeun : okay.
Park Yoora (*asks) : do you live with your parents ?
Jooeun : yes.
Park Yoora (*asks) : how many bedrooms would you prefer ?
Jooeun : we have a total of 4 people. I would like it my parents share a room.
Jooeun : Me and my daughter get our own rooms. So that’ll be 3 bedrooms.
Park Yoora : alright.
Park Yoora (*asks) : and do you mind being separated from your parents if we can’t find a 3 bedroom house ?
Jooeun : i don't mind at all. That’ll be even better.
Park Yoora (*asks) : are you going to be the head household of the house ?
Jooeun : yes, it’ll be me.
Park Yoora : we have a 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, living room space, and a kitchen.
Park Yoora : all houses have a front porch and a backyard patio with a grass lawn.
Jooeun : that's good.
Park Yoora : renting it would be $1,200 a month.
Park Yoora : Meaning that you would pay that amount every beginning of the month.
Park Yoora : buying it would be $700. You would have to put down deposit of $500.
Park Yoora : and then after two months, you would pay the rest $100 each month.
Park Yoora : these prices are for the house i recommended to you before.
Jooeun : the 3 bedroom, 2 baths.

Jooeun (*asks) : is it possible to see the house right now ?

Park Yoora showed us the house and it was beautiful. It was just like my dream house. After a while of touring the house, i turned around to Park Yoora and says…

Park Yoora took us inside of her office to sign the papers. After signing it, we walked outside with the papers in our hand and seize in everything. Chaeyeon was really happy of moving to a bigger home. I felt proud of what I could do. When Chaeyeon was running around, she ran into a guy (Chanyeol) who was wearing black Ray-ban sunglasses and a backward snapback hat. It made her fall down onto the ground and I ran to Chaeyeon to pick her up. She was okay and didn't cry at all. I nodded my head to the guy meaning i was sorry and walked away with Chaeyeon.
