Forever Fate
4 Years Later.
[4 YEARS WENT BY] I spent the last 4 years raising my daughter, Chaeyeon. Chaeyeon is already 4 years old. I became a part time mother and a teacher in Korea. My parents moved into the apartment I rented not long ago. They became supportive of my decisions in having Chaeyeon and helping me raise her while i work at the school. These past 4 years have been the best years of my life.

The school dismissed the students and teachers for their lunch break. I took the time to meet my uncle at a restaurant nearby. We talked for a few minutes and catch up with each other...
Keemin (*asks) : how are you lately ?
Jooeun : i've been better great these past few years.
Keemin (*asks) : where's Chaeyeon ?
Jooeun : she’s with my parents at home.
Keemin (*asks) : and their doing okay too ?
Jooeun : better now.
Keemin (*asks) : so how did they take it when you told them about Chaeyeon ?
Jooeun : my dad was furious and my mom wanted an explanation.
Jooeun : that stopped nagging after Nayoung was born so that's good.
Jooeun : the arguing and fighting stopped once Chaeyeon was born.
Jooeun : their happy to have Chaeyeon around now.
Keemin : that's very good of them to learn to love again.
Keemin (*asks) : what's going to happen now ?
Jooeun : i'm in a state where i can afford my own house now so i'm looking for one.
Keemin (*asks) : at the moment ?
Jooeun : yes Uncle.
Jooeun : i figure i make enough to have both my parents and Chaeyeon living in one big dream house.
Keemin : you know, i know someone who has been selling houses outside of the city for years now.
Keemin : they are in need of residents living there.
Jooeun : it's fine. The last time you helped me was when i met Chanyeol and became his roommate.
Jooeun : and now i have his baby. I don't want that to happen again.
Keemin : this time is different. Their not apartments but actual houses in a private village.
Keemin : it's like a small town where everybody knows each other and lives together.
Jooeun : i really shouldn't take offers from anyone anymore.
Keemin : it's not an offer Jooeun-ah. I'm just telling you so that you know.
Keemin : if you ever do want to, then here’s their card.
My Uncle Keemin slides the business card in front of me and i take a look at it. Then he continues to say…
Keemin : it's called Guang Village, it's about a 20 minute drive outside of the city.
Keemin : the owners are looking for short and long-term renters or buyers.
Keemin : it can go from $50 to $700 for a house or loft.
Keemin : they are willing to negotiate for the price you want so you have to talk to them.
Jooeun : alright. I’ll take a look at it this weekend.
