Chae Seol’s POV

The time that I said I was going to relax was all a lie. It was in Monday morning and my body and soul are still awake. And my eyes doesn’t feel sleepy at all. My body is having a hard time adjusting the time from America to Korea. But I tried my best to sleep. I was halfway asleep when I woke up at the sound of my phone vibrating.


The time when the sun light was streaming under the blinds and I decided to get out of bed, even though I’m still sleepy. I forced my eyes to open just to check the message. It was Sehun.

“Good morning Seol seol-ah.” with two smiley face.

I smiled brightly and went to the bathroom. I looked at myself in the mirror and I widened my eyes as I remembered something.

‘I’m going to meet up with Sehun at 7:30!’

I did everything as fast as I can. I checked the clock near my bed and it’s already 7:25. I left everything on the floor messily. I took my bag, card, phone and plain coat with me. I step out of the room As I slide the card. I brushed my brown messy hair with my fingers. And as I got down in the lobby, I stopped and looked at my phone checking for any messages as I perceive a tall thin man in front of me looking down trying to meet my eyes.


I looked slowly into his eyes. His eyes were looking at mine with a sweet smile in his face. It was Sehunnie. He locked his arms with mine and we slightly ran as I see Exo standing in the lobby. They’re wearing Sunglasses and I can see their sexy lips with a smile and excitement. Sehun and I walked towards them as Baekhyun took my coat and bag while doing an aegyo.

“I’ll go take this and that! Just a reminder that I will be your handsome body guard today. And if you need something just call me, Ms….”

“Chae Seol.” I continued as I smile at him.

“Hmm, Chae Seol, Chae Seol? We’ll call you Cheollie then.” He finished. I don’t know where he got that nickname which caused us to laugh.

Chanyeol’s POV
I woke up at Baekhyun’s hit at my back. I growl at him in annoyance. We don’t have any schedules today because it’s our day off after the concert yesterday. I sat on the bed stretching while Baekhyun was giving me signals.

“Sehun-ah! He’s dressed up this early!” He whispered to me.

“Baekhyun hyung, you can come with me if you want to. I’m going to Chae Seol’s hotel.” Sehun shouted.

The whisper that Baekhyun did was almost his ordinary voice. Whisper that can hear across the room to other. But I’m sure that he did his best to whisper as quiet as he can but the thing is, he can’t.

Baekhyun and I joined him in the bathroom. While Sehun was brushing his hair.

“Sehun-ah can I come too?” I asked excitingly.

He looked at me in the eyes through my reflection on the mirror. “Why did you booked her a hotel room for a one week stay? I should be the one that’s gonna do things like that for her.” He dropped the hair brush and he curled up his eyebrows as he narrowed his eyes at me.


“It’s just…. Since she’s your friend…… she’s our friend too.” I replied. Since I couldn’t think of
anything just to pass this question, I panicked inside and I just tell him the first thing that pops in my head.

“YASS!” Baekhyun and I shouted as Sehun took a while to think yet he looked at us nodding.

And when Baekhyun and I shout, the result is:
It was so loud that we woke up the rest of the members. And they came out of their rooms one by one.

“What’s going on?” Kai and D.O scratched their heads in confusion.

Sehun rolled his eyes. “Okay fine, I’m going to Chae Seol’s hotel. But in this situation, I guess we’re all going then. But by now, you hyungs only have 15 minutes to prepare because I told her to meet with me in the hotel lobby at 7:30. So, the first ones to come in time can come with me. The rest, you’re gonna stay here. Plus, I told our manager hyung that I’m just going to have a free time, so I think that that will be okay. I’ll be in the van waiting for the lucky ones. Annyeong hyungs!” He waved at us teasingly.

“Wait… Who’s Chae-” Kai tried to ask Sehun but he left immediately.

As long as Sehun finished his like a story reminder, all of us rushed to the bathroom and closets. Clothes here, clothes there, clothes everywhere. Since we’re rushing, all of us took a shower quickly and dressed up. We’re 5 minutes early when we got down rushing through the van. Sehun was sitting comfortably near the car window with his phone in his hands when the rest of the members tumult him. Luckily, all of us came in time and we’re all going to visit her.


When we finally arrived at the hotel, we all waited nervously for her to come down. Sehun stood in front of the elevator just to check for her.

“Ah, what if she’s still sleeping? I’m still sleepy too.” Xiumin hyung asked as Lay yawned.

“Mayb…..” Baekhyun replied when Kai and Chen tapped our shoulders.

I looked slowly at Sehun’s direction as I saw an angelic lady standing in front of him.
When Chae Seol and Sehun’s eyes met, she began to blush slightly.

“Ah! So this is the girl that you guys are talking about inside the van yesterday? She’s really pretty though.” Suho hyung whispered from behind.

My heart beats faster when Chae Seol walked towards us. Then when she was introducing her name to us, I can see the way Sehun looked at her. Not just looking but staring at her. And Sehun kept that smile everytime he’s with her.

Chae Seol’s POV
We left the hotel and we I rode the van with them. They played their own songs just to keep me in company while on the road. I sat between Chanyeol and Baekhyun who was playing with me all the time we were together. The rest of the members are all pretty outgoing so it’s not hard to be close to them.

But the most distant to me is Kai. He keeps on talking to the other members except for me. I didn’t force him to talk to me or vice versa. But our eyes just accidentally met every time I looked back to see the other members. I found it uncomfortable so I just focused on what’s in front of me.


Baekhyun kept on sniffling me from shoulders to neck. I don’t know what’s going on inside his mind on why he’s doing that. And since I was avoiding his face from having contact with mine, I didn’t notice that I was moving closer and closer to Chanyeol and that I’m almost squishing him against the car window. He held my arm softly just to stop me from moving any further. I looked at his eyes in surprise. Our eyes locked for seconds when my heart beats rapidly. I bit my lips secretly when his eyes moved and looked into my lips.


Baekhyun pulled me away from that stare that can melt my heart anytime. Finally, he stopped sniffling me and asked.

“You smell good. Do you wear any perfume or something?”

“No.” I replied. I slightly rolled my eyes jokingly at him. I can have an instant heart attack from that anonymous feeling that I felt when I stared at Chanyeol and now Baekhyun, you just asked me if I wear any perfume? That’s all?

Finally we reached our destination. All of us ate breakfast first, then Sehun, Chanyeol, Baekhyun and the rest of the members bought me clothes, hats and stuffed animals while Kai and D.O went somewhere to buy their personal things. I wore my sunglasses and as usual, they have to keep their identities hidden too because of the fans and cameras around.

I played around with Chanyeol like nothing awkward happened in the van. While Sehun and Baekhyun kept on butting around whenever we have personal conversations.


After that, we all watched a movie together. I tried not to sit beside Chanyeol or instead sit beside Sehun or Baekhyun but I failed. The other members sat with each other and the only sit that has not been occupied was between Kai and Chanyeol on the very upper last row.

I prayed slightly. ‘I wish I have teleportation right now, so that I can go back home like right now! This instant!’ My heart continued to beat rapidly as I sat between them. Kai cleared his throat that makes me 100% more nervous.
I tried to sit comfortably as I can. Luckily, as the movie starts, I became more comfortable around them.

Kai’s POV
Her scent was the same scent that captured my attention in the instruments store yesterday. It feels like I don’t wanna go anywhere without her.

Chanyeol’s phone rang and he went outside the cinema to answer it. Then I took a glance at Chae Seol. Her head was moving back and forth while sleeping. I slightly held her arms and let her rest on my shoulder. I felt my heart skipped a beat and followed by a painful ache by just ignoring her and being distance to her since we met. I smiled as I looked at her.


It’s just that, I don’t do dates and I’m scared to fall in love with her. My smile disappeared as I remember Sehun. I know he likes her and I don’t want to break his heart. I’ve only known Chae Seol for hours but I felt that I’ve known her for years.


She tilted her head and she woke up. She moved her head away from my shoulder refusing to meet my eyes.

I looked at her. “Seol-ah, you can sleep more.” I smiled.

“Ah, I’m fine now, thanks. Oh, by the way, did I sleep loudly?” She asked curiously.

I burst out of laughing causing Sehun and the members to look at us.
“That’s what you really cared about?” I asked while giggling.

She took a sip of her drink then look at me almost laughing. Her weird face expression looks cute causing me to laugh more. Her side bangs wasn't enough to cover her blushing face.

“No, not at all. You’re so quiet though. But, why are you so cute when your face is like that?” I asked as I slightly leaned my face on her.

Chae Seol’s POV
I chose to sleep because of two things. First is that I didn’t get enough time to sleep last night. And second, my heart started to feel like it tighten. I haven’t watched anything in the cinema since I was a child, because I’m sensitive with dark and I often panic quickly. I asked my grandma once why I have issues with dark. She said that my cousin once locked me in a closet and when they found me, I was unconscious. Then after, as a result I got this tight space and dark phobia.


Anyways, when I asked Kai, he just laughed at me. I tried to be serious while looking at him laughing but I couldn’t. His eyes were so cute and they’re squeezing together. I burst in laughter then the rest of the members looked at us.

I saw Chanyeol’s silhouette as he came and tapped each members’ shoulders.

“Hyungs we need to get going now! Our manager is angry we need to meet him up!”

I looked at him in complete lost expression as the other members started to jump out of their seats and ran quietly in the stairs through the dark room

As I stood up my heart ached and lungs felt tighter as I breath. I started panicking and I couldn’t think properly. I’m having cold sweats running through my face and my hands are trembling. But I tried to stay calm and search for any things that could guide me. It’s like I’m blind through the mid dark.


“Someone….” I whispered softly

“Shh, I’m here. Don’t worry.” Someone whispered from beside me.

I paused as Chanyeol’s deep voice rushed through my body that calmed me down.

“Just hold my hand, you’re gonna be okay.” He held my cold hand tightly and guide my way out of the cinema.

When I saw the bright light on the exit door. Both of us ran and the other members waited for us. I let go of his hand immediately before the members even looked at us. And before they think that something’s going on between us.

“Cheollie! You look so pale! Are you okay?” Baekhyun asked immediately as I got out.
I nodded as I looked at the members worrying about me. I don’t want them to worry about me specially because this Is the first time I met them personally and this is the scenario.


“Do you need some water?” Suho added.

“No thanks, I’m okay.” I replied. As I smiled at them just to make their worries disappear.

“It’s just, where is Kai?” D.O asked.

Then all of us looked at the exit door. Kai walked towards us with his hands in his pocket as four teenage girls screamed.

“EX-EXO?” Then narrowed their eyes at us and observed us from far away.

I can see the way the Exo members panicked and looked at me, wide eyes and in complete shock.

“What should we do!” They whispered at each other.

“It’s EXO! Oppa Saranghae!” As one of the girls yelled causing many fans run as fast as they can.

“Can you run fast Seol-seol?” Sehun asked.

“No! Didn’t you see that she almost fainted?” Lay added.

“Give me your hand.” Chanyeol offered his hands to me.

“Ya! What do you think you’re doing? You can’t do this Yeol, are you trying to ruin your image?” Xiumin shouted.

“If I have to.” He looked at them in the eyes confidently.

Sehun’s POV
I don’t really know what’s going on inside his head. Again, why am I feeling this competent feeling against Chanyeol? I really don’t understand.

My mind went like a big chaos when the fans screamed and ran towards us. They were full of excitement and happiness. But in my head, it’s all about Chae Seol, my hyungs and our manager hyung.

I’m worried about Chae Seol. I don’t want her to be bashed by our fans. I should have just meet her personally and not in a public place with the EXO members. This is all my fault.

About Chae Seol and Chanyeol hyung. I can see and feel the way he looks at her. The glances that he took every second and I’m happy with it. I can see Chae Seol as my best friend only and I know she looks at me the same way. She’s like a noona to me that takes care of her dongsaeng.

The other staff came while there’s a big chaos at the mall. I looked at Chae Seol’s hand that was secured with Chanyeol’s. I can still see her worried and scared face through her sunglasses. I took a deep breath wishing not to cause any troubles to her and to us.

Then, the staff led us in out van. Chanyeol Kai and Chae Seol sat in one row, and I sat behind them with Baekhyun and Lay hyung.

“I’ll bring you to the SM Building.” The driver said as he turned around just to look at us.

“But why? Aren’t we supposed to go to our dorm because it’s our day off?” I asked.

“Cause your manager said so.” He said as he looked at Chae Seol nervously through the mirror.
