Andria POV

I’m on my way to the next lecture. My head is filled with the thoughts of JB and Mark.

Why is JB so serious today? Did I do something that hurts his feelings or something? And Mark suddenly gone without saying goodbye and…why do I even care? Uurghh! Why am I worried about them again? Okay I am worried about the TWO of them because they are my FRIENDS!

Suddenly I feel I bumped into something and the next thing I know is that I was on the floor.
‘Hey are you okay? Andria? What are you doing here?’ said a guy.

‘Are you okay?’ said another one.

I instantly look at the both of them. It’s JB and Mark. They grab both of my hands and lift me up so that I can stand properly.

‘Are you hurt?’ said JB while checking my body just in case I hurt myself.
‘I’m fine I guess and don’t worry I’m not hurt.’ I replied and smiles.
‘Andria what are you doing here? Aren’t you going to be late for the lecture?’ asked Mark.
‘Hhmm? I’m on my way to the lecture.’ I said confidently.
‘Are you sure? Then why are you here?’ Mark replied.

What on earth is he saying? I really am on my way to the lecture, of course I’m just passing by some hallways and…wait the minute. Where am I? I’m not even in the hallways. I saw lots of buildings and I see the sun shining so brightly. I looked around and realized that I’m not going to the lecture but to the rooftop instead.

‘Andria? Are you okay? Is something wrong? You looked confuse? JB asked me this time.
‘Oh it’s nothing! Basically nothing! Hahaha! I think I need some air.’ I replied clumsily.

Both of them laugh. ‘Yah you looked weird today.’ said JB.
Wow say someone that’s acting particularly weird than usual.

‘Yeah, I feel a bit suspicious still about you suddenly came up here.’ said Mark showing his naughty smile.

Okay I need to think of something to stop mark’s curiosity.

‘What? I can’t go up here and get some air?’ pouts my mouth.

Both of them laughed. Mark suddenly pinched my cheeks.

‘Ouch! What was that for?’ I whined.
‘That’s for being cute.’ Mark whispered in my ears before going down the staircase.
‘What?...’ I rubbed my cheeks.
‘Yah we better get going.’ said JB and smiled. The both of us followed Mark from behind.

We are a bit far behind from Mark now. I decided to talk to JB.

‘JB aa~, can I ask you something?’ I asked while walking with him.

He stopped and holds my arm stopping me. ‘What is it?’ he said while looking at me seriously.

‘Eeemm~ I was wondering what happened to you this morning? You looked awfully serious and quiet.’ I said honestly and look him in the eyes.

‘Why do you want to know?’ he continues asking.
‘Well I just want to know.’ I said while looking at my feet.

He holds my shoulders and turned me to face him. ‘You’re worried about me, are you?’ he asked while looking at me in the eyes.

I’m totally shocked and caught off guard. I can’t lie anymore and finally nodded to say yes.

‘Oh? Really? Why? Andria you are making me confuse.’ he asked again.

‘What do you mean you are confused? I’m only worried about you. I mean we are friends right? Isn’t that what friends do? Friends would actually worry about how each other are doing, right?’ I asked.

‘Okay now I get it.’ He finally smiled at me.
‘About this morning, it’s just me with my thoughts. I mean I was thinking about something and I’m totally sorry if I ignored you. Sorry Andria aa~.’ He explained.

‘That’s about it? You were thinking about something? I thought I did something wrong and made you angry or something. You know how worried I was? I even asked around to find where you were heading to.’ I replied.

‘Wow you are really one good friend Andria. A really caring type of friend I see.’ he said while checking me out and pouted his lips with his arms across his chest.

‘Are you sure we are friends? By the looks of it, the both of us can be more than just friends. Don’t you think? You sound like my girlfriend rather than just a friend.’ he winked and smiles at me before he walked away.

‘Yah! What are you doing? You want me to kill you right now? That statement is way out of the line pal.’ I said and run after him. I walk next to him and punched his arms.

He burst out laughing and teases me before we both went to our respective classes.
