~Yun Jae~
"Ms. So?" The teacher calls back to me and I look up from the classwork that I was doing. "Please go to the teacher's office with your things." I nod and put everything away, pushing my fake glasses up to the bridge of my nose. Going to the teacher's lounge, Ms. Jung comes over to me, "Ah, so you're the one that they're sending to my new homeroom. I'm lucky that it's you." I quietly look at her, confused. "The principal decided to create a new homeroom for a couple groups of kids that are going to have trouble doing their work. I just needed a student to help them." I nod, not talking. I never talk unless I'm extremely scared or I'm with someone I'm really comfortable with. I also never wear anything that exposes skin, I always wear my track suit, my over sized glasses and my dirty sneakers. I could never be found with a spot of makeup on my face, mostly because of my ruined self confidence. I follow Ms. Jung to the classroom right next to the dance practice rooms. She goes in first and says "Class, this is the helper that I told you about, please treat her kindly." She waves me in and I take a deep breath, walking in and turning to the students, who were all boys. Swallowing again, I wave and write my name on the board, sitting in the seat closest to the door. "I'll pass out your classwork for English, please ask Yun Jae if you have any questions." Ms. Jung says, passing them out and then leaving the classroom. "Did she say Yun Jae?" I hear a voice that I didn't want to hear at my school. Falling out of my chair, I look up to see my stepbrother, Junho staring down at me with disbelief. "What? Not going to say hello to your brother?" He asks and I shove him away as I get up. He grabs my shoulders tightly and I wince, trying to back away. "Can't you say hi to your brother?" He asks again, more aggressively. His hands are suddenly pried off of my shoulders, someone behind me says "Woah man, cool it. She's just a girl." I'm led back to my seat and someone kneels in front of my desk, resting his chin on the edge. "Gwenchana? We all just transferred here, so we'll need help on catching up, please guide us well. I'm Taehyung." He smiles at me and I manage to grimace back, my brain telling me not to smile, because I'll be ugly. "So how's my favorite sister doing?" Junho asks from behind me and I flinch, not wanting to hear his voice. "Dude, can't you see your sister doesn't want to talk to you?" Taehyung says, standing up and I give a little sigh of relief. Suddenly a bunch of other guys sit at the desks around me and I quickly push my glasses up to cover my face more. "Oh yeah, these are the guys in our group, Bangtan Boys." Taehyung points to each one of them and tells me their names. I nod, memorizing them already and Jimin slides his worksheet onto my desk, pointing at problem one. "Can you help me with this?" I nod and write out the syllables, nodding and shaking my head if he got it right or wrong. It went like that for the rest of the day, me helping the Bangtan Boys on their worksheets, whether it was English, Math or Geography. The last bell rang, and I made sure to get out of class as fast as I can to avoid Junho. Hiding in a sound room, I listen to my Ipod until it was time for the janitor to kick me out. Going out, I pause at the small pond near the back entrance, crouching down, I slip off my glasses and stare at my reflection. Was I really as ugly as Junho said I was? I think about all the times that he'd said that I was ugly, when all I wanted was a friend from my new stepbrother. A tear drops from my eyelashes, landing in the pond and making it ripple. Blinking, I wipe the tears that had started to form away and put my glasses back on, standing up. Zipping up my track jacket more, I walk home.

When I'd seen Yun Jae in the front of the classroom, my heart went wild. I haven't seen her for three years, but she's still pretty even though she's covering her face. Cocking my head to the side, I wonder why she's wearing a track suit and fake glasses. She waves to us and writes her name on the board, not making a sound. When she sits down, I ask "Did you say Yun Jae?" Just to confirm that it was her. She falls out of her chair and I'm on my feet, ready to help her up. "What, not going to say hello to your brother?" I ask, hoping she'd talk back, but she stays silent, instead, pushing me away as she gets up. I grab her shoulders, wanting her to look at me and talk to me. "Can't you say hi to your big brother?" I ask again and this kid with reddish hair pries my fingers off of her shoulders. "Woah man, cool it, she's just a girl." He leads her over to the seat she'd sat in first and introduces himself. "So how's my favorite sister doing?" I ask, wanting her to pay more attention to me and I see her flinch. Why did she flinch? "Dude, can't you see that your sister doesn't want to talk to you?" The kid asks me, standing up and a little tension from Yun Jae's shoulders go away. Sighing, I sit back as more of the guys from the back surround her, asking her for help. "What was that all about?" Taecyeon asks in a quiet voice. "I'll tell you later, let's do our work." I sigh and we do. After school, our two groups split into the different practice rooms and 2PM finishes later than BTS. We'd been kicked out by the janitor, so the boys had gone back to the van that the manager had parked at the back entrance while I got my bag from my locker. Going out, I notice a girl in a track suit crouched in front of a pond and I pause, realizing that it's Yun Jae. Watching closely, I see her take off her glasses, looking into the pond and suddenly the pond ripples, like a drop of water had fallen in it. Yun Jae quickly wipes her cheeks, putting her glasses back on and standing up. I hide myself a little and watch her zip up her track jacket some more before leaving. I go to the van and everyone yells at me for being slow.

I was walking to Grandma's instead of going with the rest of the guys to the dorms. It was her birthday today and I was going to bake a cake for her. Looking up from my phone, I freeze, seeing Yun Jae from class walking ahead of me. Instead of calling out to her, I decide to leave her alone, walking to Grandma's. Today seemed like a shock to her, considering that she was put into a classroom with a bunch of boys. The Junho guy seemed to really scare her, or something like that, I don't think she liked him much. From what I saw from the guy, he was genuinely concerned for her, but didn't know how to express it. I stopped across from Grandma's house and see Yun Jae walk into the yard of the house to the right. I blink, wondering if this is real. She comes out of her gate, holding something covered in foil and goes over to Grandma's house, punching in the code. My eyes widen and I slowly go over to the gate, punching in the code after I'm sure that she'd gone inside. Opening the front door, I hear a soft voice call "Grandma! I'm here! Are you home yet?" Gran replies from upstairs and I hear her come down the stairs. "Yunny ah! I didn't think you were coming today! How's my favorite baby girl?" Peeking into the room, I see Gran hug Yun Jae and my jaw drops. "Careful, I brought your favorite cake, baked it myself." Yun Jae tries to smile, but ends up with a small grimace. "Oh, why can't you get over that? It's not like he meant to." Gran scolds, but takes the plate covered in foil from her hands and going into the kitchen. I kick off my shoes and put my slippers on, quietly following them to the doorway of the kitchen. Gran sets the plate down on the counter and takes the foil off before gasping. "Thank you hon, this is exactly what I wanted!" She smiles happily, staring at the colorful fruit cake. "Mhm, I made sure there's less sugar so it's good for your health too." Yun Jae says happily, sitting down on a chair, her eyes wandering around the kitchen like she was in her own house. She sees me and she gasps, not able to speak, but points at me. "Hm, what is it?" Gran looks over at me and smiles. "Oh, Yunny ah, I told you a lot about my grandson right? This is my baby Taehyung, are you wondering why he's here?" She doesn't talk and Gran sighs. "Yunny ah, you need to be able to talk to people at least. Can't you say hello to Taehyung?" I look from Gran to Yun Jae, silently asking how they know each other. "Hi Taehyung," Yun Jae says quietly and I can feel my cheeks grow warm from her saying my name. "Oh, do you guys know each other?"

Notes

I hope it's not too fast. And I know that Junho is so clueless, but I'm making him like that, so deal. Please comment, subscribe and vote!

For the account problems, if it's because of gmail, just create a Facebook account (that you dont necessarily have to use) with the same email address you used for this site and log in with that. Google is being overprotective so i found this way. Try it. If it doesnt work, well.... i rdon't know what to do then...? Or you can make a different type of account that this site allows... as long as it uses the same email as your original account.
