The Difference between Salt and Sugar

Min Joo’s POV

“Luhun, get off me.” I said annoyed

He kept feeling my arms… ugh annoying… I slighty pushed him off and got back up and continued the dance routine, WHY CAN’T I get these steps down, Xiumin always dance and it looks so easy and like a waste of time.

Even though Woo Jin gave us a 5 min break, I tried the step over and over again in the mirror. UGH!!! Frustrated, I finally took off my shoes and sat down and chugged my water bottle. Kris grin and walked over, and next to me performed the dance routine perfectly.

“If you ask nicely, I’ll help you.” He said to me and reached his hand down to help me up

I slapped his hand away and got up by myself. He’s so arrogant.

Kris’s POV

What a cocky jerk, I was just trying to help him get the steps down, can’t he even appreciate a little bit of what I’m trying to do to help him.

I scoffed and put my hand on my hips. We practice the dance routine about 10 more times and finally it was our lunch time. We went down to the sm town café and saw other trainee team eating and watching us.

For lunch they served us, side dish, boiled pork belly and a large helping of rice. We all sat together and ate. I sat across Xiumin and ate quietly and quickly. I looked up and Xiumin looked half exhausted and cold barely lift his spoon and ate little by little. His tired eyes met mine and he glared at me slightly tired and looked annoyed, so I glared back. Just then as I looked at him he falls over on the table.

“Xiumin? Xiumin?” Lay said shaking him

Xiumin didn’t wake up, he was passed out…. PASSED OUT!!!?!?! WHAT!!??

“OTEKE?!” Luhun panicked

Just then Tao got up and carried Xiumin, WOW Xiumin looked really light like that. Tao turned and said, “Don’t say anything to Mr. Park and the other instructors, we’ll be back before our next schedule starts.”

TAO NORMALLY NEVER TALKS!!! WHAT’S GOING ON?!?!?! I got up and stopped Tao for a min.

“Maybe, I should take him…” I said

It kind of feel it was my fault for not looking out for him even though he’s sort of a punk, but …. I hate to admit that’s what makes him cute honestly…

“I’ll take him, Hyung, you should look out for the rest of the others.” He said and left

But inside I felt upset for Tao not letting me take Xiumin, but he was right.. I should stay here with the others… everyone looked concerned. I couldn’t look away as Tao carried out Xiumin… what is this? Worry… I mean I care for everyone on this team… but… why am I so mad at Tao…

Ah! It must be because I’m the leader and I felt like he took a little of my responsibility!!! THAT MUST BE IT!!! Wait… why, am I trying to convince myself that must be it!

Min Joo’s POV

I opened my eyes and I was lying down on a bed. I looked over and Tao was sitting next to me. I blush and got up. What happened… we were eating… that’s all I remembered…

“You passed out… the nurse here said you just overexerted yourself.” Tao said sitting quietly with arms crossed.

“H-how did I get here?” I asked embarrassed

“I bought your over here to rest… but we have to go in a little bit for our vocal lesson.”

“Does Mr. Park or anyone know I’m here?” I asked cautiously

“No just our members…” He said

“Thank… you for bringing me here…” I said, “How embarrassing… huh… First to not even get down those dance steps and now to pass out because I could get those stupid steps down.”

“No… It’s not stupid to do something you love… or try to achieve your dream…” Tao said to me

“My dream…” I thought

That’s right this isn’t my dream it’s Xiumin… I just need to work hard for him.

“Your right… Thank you.” I said

Tao then looked at me serious… and leaned over… closer to me…

“Yes???” I asked

“Nothing, let’s go…” He smiled for the first time since I’ve seen him and took my hand. I blushed as we walk holding hands to the vocal practice room. We walked in and the others looked relieved to see me. Kris looked happy too but his smile soon stopped when he noticed Tao was holding my hand. Embarrassed, I let go of Tao’s hand and stuffed my hands in my pocket.

“Are you okay!” Luhun exclaimed and hugged me

“Yeah… I’m okay…” I replied

“Don’t scare us like that!” Lay said and punched me in the arm

“Luhun Hyung almost cried…” Chen laughed telling me

“Yah! I didn’t! I was just worried and something was in my eyes!! Really!!!” Luhun protested

“Haha… thank you guy, I’m okay… sorry for causing you to worry…” I said and smiled

“This is the first time you opened up to us, Please lean on us if you need after all we’re a team.” Lay smiled

“I will thanks…” I smiled

Somehow… I really didn’t care about them in the beginning but… the way they treated me there’s really was no way for me to stay so cold to them…

Tao looked at me and smiled… I blushed… he looks super cute when he smiles…

Kris’s POV

I felt relieved to see Xiumin… but… still… I don’t like… the way Tao looks at him for some reason… am I just crazy??

“Okay get warmed up!” Yuna smiled walking in

“Yes.” We all replied

Yuna looked really pretty. She was our vocal coach but she was younger than us and really gorgeous. She sings beautiful and everyone was enchanted by her we could barely sing properly because everyone was trying to show off to her.

Yuna’s POV

As I taught each of them they all sung halfhearted… ugh no feeling… they were all just trying to show off… if there’s one thing I hate it is people who sing to show off. Just then Xiumin sung, his voice was soft had a slightly feminine feel to it but was powerful… Just then I locked eyes with him for a moment…. I blushed but he didn’t look away… OMG…. My face was burning hot… something was different about this guy… I knew that as their vocal coach I should try anything… but as he sung… I felt drawn to him… I will make him mine… even though I know I should but… this is love at first sight!!!

I smiled and looked ambitiously, with my looks no man can resist… Xiumin Oppa… you’re mine now…

Min Joo’s POV

Yuna kept looking at me weird but I thought maybe it’s because I was doing well…?
