Broken Hearts and Crystal Tears

It took a while to settle themselves down, but Exo finally was back in the audition room. Two more trainees auditioned, but their performances were definitely not as sensational as Summer’s flawless performance.

~outside audition room~
Summer was grinning from ear to ear as she walked out the audition room. She wasn’t looking where she was going, and bumped into someone.

“Omigod, I’m so sorry.” She stared closer at who she just bumped in, and realized who it was. “Oh! Minnie (Min Rin)! It’s you! I just finished my audition. And OMG Exo is picking the best 5 performers to form the new group!!!! I met THE EXO!!!!!!”

“OMG REALLY? I have my audition in just a few. How did you do? You showed them your impressive singing right?”

“I hope they thought my voice was impressive… Anyways, good luck! Show them your moves.”

~inside the audition room~
Exo heard the door to the room open, and in walked a very charming girl wearing very bright colored clothes. She had piercing eyes, a perfectly shaped face and a slim body.

“Hello, my name is Jung Min Rin, otherwise known as Minnie, and today I will be performing SHINee’s Lucifer,” the girl said confidently.

Inside, Jung Min Rin was slightly terrified that she would be performing in front her ultimate idol group, Exo. But she put a determined face on and pretended that she was in the practice room alone with her best friend, Summer. She took a deep breath, smiled, and started performing.

Minnie sang and danced her heart out, performing each move with energy flowing through her body, almost like electricity. Although her voice wasn’t as good as Summer’s, Minnie
was definitely better at dancing. Her facial expressions were fierce and flawless, each move sharp and clean.

Exo wasn’t expecting Minnie to do the hip thrusts, but when she did, all the Exo members were speechless. Kai smirked to himself. If Taemin oppa saw this, he would be very jealous.

As Minnie finished and bowed, Exo clapped and cheered loudly. Although their manager would be very angry at them, Exo carried her out the room, shouting with excitement. But Minnie had already fainted because of being in the same room and performing in front of the twelve boys.

They bumped right into Summer on their way out of the door, and a very surprised Summer joined Minnie to be carried around the SM building. Everyone was speechless as Summer and Minnie entered the audition room again, as two miracles had just arrived into their careers.

The rest of the auditions continued, with some very fascinating performances that wowed Exo, finishing at around 10pm.

“Wow, there were some really good auditions!” Chanyeol exclaimed.

“The ones who really caught my eye were Minnie and Summer. The two were really enthusiastic and flawless, through looks, moves, and singing,” Luhan said.

“Manager hyung told us to go to the meeting room at 10:30. It’s 10:20, let’s get going,” Suho reminded them.

~10:30 pm~
“The girls that just auditioned are all very talented, and we must narrow it down to five,” manager hyung said. “Here are the girls’ profiles.”

After an hour of discussing, they finally picked the 5 girls that would be picked as the members.
