Gratefulness~ pt.1

I run right away to the workroom to the computer. The massage hadn’t relaxed my shivering muscels at all. Unfortunately, I see my little brother Anton sitting in front of the computer playing some war game.

"Hahaha you aar sou fani!" he guffaws with his headphones on, pronouncing English like an amateur. When I, myself, love studying languages and learning about different cultures, I take notice of it very easily.
I nudge little bro to his shoulder but he just snorts and pushes himself away from me without even taking a look at me. I nudge him again and he takes off his headphones.
"What!?? You are disturbing me!" he shouts angrily and runs his fingers through his dark messy hair.
"I have to see my e-mail right now", I tell him and lean my hand against the desk and wait.
"Not now!" Anton splurges and picks up the headphones again. I push them back against the desk.
"No. I have to see it now!" I shout.
"But why? Can’t you wait for a couple of minutes?"
"No, I can’t. It’s adult stuff, you won’t understand. Mom is making food and it’s just about ready. Go set the table or something", I give him a lure but Anton doesn’t budge from the chair. When he was younger, talking about food always did the thing, but I guess he has grown out of it.
I look how the little men run inside the screen and blow up ugly orcs in pieces. Anton looks very annoyed staring at me. He is waiting for me to leave him alone.
"Oh, pleeease!" I beg. "What do you want? A chocolate bar? Candy? I have one Fazer’s chocolate bar by the way, I got it from my friend…"

"You have to tell me why you have to get to check your e-mail", brother knows how to play this game. He isn’t only almost as good-looking as me but also nearly as wise as I am. I decide to give up because I can’t wait anymore.
"Ugh. Okay… Even though you won’t get it", I sigh and cross my hands on my chest.
"One company has sent me information because I won a trip to Hong Kong and I want to read it."
"What do you mean I won’t get it? That’s simple", Anton laughs. "I want to see it too."
I sigh again and he gets of the chair and I log in Gmail.
"YG entertainment - Information. I’ve never even heard of that. What the f*cking YG?" Anton wonders and moves closer to the screen.
"They have singers and actors on the payroll", I answer and click the e-mail open.

"Annyeong, Minea V", the e-mail starts.
"What the f*cking Chinese is that?? I don’t understand", he shouts contemptuously.
"It’s Korean. Just shut up that I can concentrate."

The e-mail continues:
"This is ya Coup d’etat! Sorry, we couldn’t resist…

~ About the flight
You are flying in the first class and yes, you may enjoy some champagne and quality movies while flying. One of Hong Kong’s best chefs will prepare you a delicious meal whenever you want it and we hope you are going to enjoy your flight.
Your flight back to Finland is organized when you tell the reception the day you want to leave.

~ Hotel ICON
You have a big suite on the top floor and BIGBANG members are staying as your neigbours. (*wink wink* They need to sleep though! Haha.)
When you arrive, you can have your key from the reception.
You may have breakfast 6:00-9:00 am and lunch 11:00 -12:00 am in the Market restaurant. We have paid everything for you in advantage! You can use the gym, spa or pool section if you want to.

~ Transportation
Like we promised, limo will take you to the hotel and to the concert. It will also take you back to hotel if you need it. The driver gives you instructions.

We will give you a number of our trusted co-worker Cecily who speaks english and will help you if you have any problems (you are lost, need recommendations or tips..). She may also call YOU so be ready!

"Hehee!" I shiver of excitement and I can already see myself jumping with the flower light stick in my hand in their gig. I’m just not sure who I should take with me… On the other hand I’d like to go alone so that I could get everything to myself but I’m not sure if I would be brave enough to go alone. I could always try to contact my friend Sara who I used to listen to Big Bang with.
"Right… Can I come with you?" Anton smiles so that his teeth are showing and he leans on my shoulder with both hands. I look at him suspiciously.
"You don’t even know what concert I’m attending to."
"So? Whatever. I’d get to visit Hong Kong!" Anton laughs. "Well, which band it is? It must be famous since it performs in Hong Kong."
"Hah… You know nothing about it. Umm… It’s a Korean band", I tell him quietly and Anton bursts into laugh.
"Korean?" he laughs loudly.
"So, it’s some Kpop-band that sings Lollipop-songs! Haha!" I feel insulted even though I did expect that kind of respond. Robert comes in the room and looks astonished. That’s all I needed right now…
"What are you laughing here?"
"I’m not laughing…" I say quietly.
"She’s going to see some Kpop singer in Hong Kong!" Anton shouts out loud and holds his hands around his tummy. Robert laughs while knitting his brows.
"Well, all righty then…" he gives a laugh and walks back to his room. I try to convince Anton but of course it doesn’t work.
"They actually play electro and they rap. They don’t sing any Lollipop songs.”
"Yeah, right!" he guffaws himself out of the room. I sigh loudly but I won’t let their opinions affect my good mood. There are a few millions of other people who also love and understand Big Bang’s music…

We sit around the kitchen table with my family. Robert fills his plate full of chicken and rice and Anton follows his example. Mom wipes the rice that has dropped on the table to her hand and throws it in the sink. Only my dad is missing but I’ve gotten used to it during these ten years…
Mom sits down and looks at me while reaching for a rye bread from the basket.
“Where will you be leaving then?” he asks and I can hear Anton giggling.
"The flight is on 26th day but first I have to get to Helsinki somehow", I say and take another scoopful of rice.
"I can take you so you get there safely… Maybe I could take Karoliina with me and we could stay in a hotel. It could be like a holiday for us too."
"Yeah, good idea", I get excited about how compliant my mom is although I can see she’s anxious. Soon she will be spending restless nights worrying about me. I must send lots of text messages from Hong Kong.
"But there’s only two weeks left", Robert points out and I nod.
"Yep! Fortunately! I really can’t wait for it!" I smile.
