Finding You & Me

Addy then stopped and took a taxi to Caesar's Palace. As soon as she got there, she paid the taxi driver and went into the restaurant to meet up with the girls. Addy saw Kris, Caroline, and Aria standing in front waiting for Addy. When Addy got up to them, she apologized for coming back so late. Then they all headed inside. They were inside waiting for their foods to arrive. During this, they all got a chance to talk about their day to each other.

Kris : Guys ! (*grabs everyone's attention)
[Addy, Aria, Caroline looks up at Kris]
Kris : i'll pay for dinner tonight.
Addy : we wouldnt let you do that.
Aria (*figures something is up & asks Kris) : did you win jackpot today ?
Caroline : We did ! Ding ! Ding ! Ding !
Aria : how much did you two win ?
Kris : lets just say, its enough to buy a plane ticket to Korea.
Addy & Aria (*says at the same time out loud) : Two thousand dollars ?!?!?
Caroline (*shhing Addy & Aria to quiet down & says) : keep your voice down.
Caroline : and correcto !
Addy : how ?!?
Kris : we played blackjack.
Aria : Oh my god ! Your guys are so lucky.
Caroline (*asks Aria & Addy) : what did you two do today ?
Aria : i went shopping and i bumped into this cute guy.
Caroline (*being noisy & asks) : what was his name ?
Aria : i dont know. i didnt get a chance to ask him. he just left afterwards.
Kris (*asks Addy) : what did you do ?
Addy (*tries to lie & says) : oh nothing. i just walked around the city.
Caroline : the whole day ?
Addy : yeah.

Their food came out and they started eating. Afterwards, they all took a taxi back to their hotel. While Kris and Caroline were walking up to their rooms happily taking the elevators first, Aria stopped Addy by grabbing her arm talking to her.

Addy (*turns around & asks Aria) : whats wrong Aria ?
Aria : you didnt go alone, did you ?
Addy (*confused & asks) : what do you mean ?
Aria : you were with Mark the entire afternoon, were you ?
Addy (*pretends not to know & says) : i dont know what your talking about.
Addy (*looks the other way)
Aria (*looks at Addy & says) : you were !
Addy (*looks back at Aria & asks) : how did you know ?
Aria : after i bumped in JB at the mall, i saw him going towards you two to talk.
Aria : and from there, i saw you and Mark together.
Addy : were you spying on my the entire time ?
Aria : Dont worry, thats all i saw.
Aria : why didnt you tell the truth earlier ?
Addy : i didnt want you guys to judge me. you know how Kris does.
Aria : who cares what she thinks. we are more than happy for you to meet someone.
Addy : well, he's leaving back to LA tomorrow with his family.

Aria then looked over at the reception desk and sees Mark and his family there with their suitcases. Then Mark notices Addy and Aria talking at the lobby. Aria faces Addy to say something.

Aria : it looks like he's leaving today with his family and members. (*signals Addy)
Addy (*looks over at Mark & makes eye contact with him)
Aria (*says to Addy) : you should talk to him before he leaves.
Aria : i'll tell the others you'll be up in a minute.
Addy : thanks Aria.
Aria : go.

Addy walked towards Mark making him come to her too. After the two were face to face, Aria took the elevator up to the room. Addy and Mark stood there to talk before he leaves for sure this time.

Mark : Hey ?
Addy : your leaving a day early ?
Mark : yeah. we wanted to head home and get ready for christmas.
Addy : ah, i see.
Mark : how did dinner go ?
Addy : it went good.
Mark : i was going to text you telling you that i was leaving a day earlier.
Addy : i got the memo. (*smiles)
Addy : Merry Christmas Mark, to you and your family.
Mark : you too Addy. to you and your friends.
Mark : bye.
Addy : bye.

Addy and Mark hugged one more time and then went their separate ways once again. Mark went to his family and members while Addy took an elevator up to the room. Mark checked out of the hotel and drove back to LA with their car. When Addy got up to the room, she was tired from the day and laid on the bed. Kris and Caroline were in the bathroom getting ready for bed when Aria sat at the desk table asking Addy what happened with Mark.

Aria : so what happened ? did he leave ?
Addy (*says in a low tone) : he left.
Aria : you dont sound happy about it.
Addy (*looks up a Aria & asks) : what happens when you fall in love Aria ?
Aria : so you fell in love with him ?
Addy (*nods & says) : i think so.
Aria : who knew you would fall in love so easily ?
Addy : its different with Mark. Alex couldnt even compete with that.
Aria : will he be back ? Mark.
Addy : he said there might be a 50-50% chance that he might come back to Las Vegas.
Aria : after the holidays ?
Addy : yeah.
Aria : well, lets just hope okay ?
Addy : im going to go take a walk, i'll be back later.
Aria : its late, where are you going to go ?
Addy : just to think about something.

Addy rushed out of the room grabbing her purse. Aria just looked at Addy clueless and worried that she might end up doing something bad. Then Kris and Caroline both came out of the bathroom and looking around if Addy came back yet. They didn't see her and asked Aria where Addy could have possibly be at that kind of time.

Kris : Addy hasn't came back yet ?
Aria : she came back a while ago.
Caroline : and where is she now ?
Aria : she went to take a walk outside.
Kris : and you let her go ?!?
Aria : yeah. just let her go, its been a long for her.
Caroline : the city is a dangerous to be at night and especially for Addy.
Caroline : we should have let her.
Aria : she needs the walk, trust me.
Kris : is there something your not telling us Aria ?
Aria (*hesitates & says) : Addy hunged out with Mark today.
Caroline : but she said that she went by herself.
Aria : she didnt.
Aria : she lied because she was afraid we would judge her for hanging out with him.
Kris : if she told us the truth then we wouldnt judge her.
Caroline : yeah, we're more than happy for her.
Aria : i'm worried for her too.

While Addy was walking around Las Vegas, the city that never sleeps, Mark was in the car sitting in the passenger seat while his dad were driving with the other 6 members in the back seat of the van sleeping. Mark was still awake and looking out the window thinking about the good times he had with Addy and smiled. His dad glanced over at Mark while driving and saw how happy he was. Then Mark remembered that Addy had gave him something for Christmas and so he took it out of his backpacks and opened it. There was a Christmas card that Addy had written a while back on top of the box.

Mark (*reads the card in his head)
"Hey Mark. Thank you for everything, once again. I think its the first time in forever that i have spent such good time with someone like you. Its strange how you manage to make me smile everytime we hang out together. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas holiday with your family. Eat lots of food and spend valuable time with your family. I wanted to give you this. Since you love our brand so much, i thought you wanted a gift card from us. Its for you and your members. There are 7 gift cards with $3,000 on it each. Also, for yourself, i got you a pair of Dr. Dre beat headphones. It's the first design and limited edition from our HBA line. I hope you like it. Lots of love from me to you, Merry Christmas Mark. - Love Addy."

After reading the card, Mark took out the gift cards and saw the names of each member of GOT7 on it. Then he opened the box of Dr. Dre beat headphones. He loved the color and smiled as he was staring at it. Then his dad turned to look at him while driving and asks...

Dad : what are you smiley about ?
Mark (*looks up at his dad & says) : nothing.
Dad : whats up with the gift ?
Mark : it was from a friend i met in Las Vegas, she gave it to me.
Dad : she ?
Mark : yes, its a "she".
Dad : what ? early Christmas present ?
Mark : yeah.
Dad : she seems like a wonderful person to give you all of that. (*points at the gift)
Mark : i didnt expect it that much from her.
Dad : what do you mean ?
Mark : she finished her degree within 4 years of college and created HBA on her own.
Mark : and yet, she has the time and money to get a person a gift.
Dad : maybe she likes you.
Mark : that cant be possible Dad.
Dad : and why is that ?
Mark : i mean, i like her but theres just something in the way between us.
Dad : maybe thats because your a kpop idol now.
Mark : i dont know, maybe.
Mark (*changes the subject & asks) : is Tammy coming home with Kaylie for Christmas ?
Dad : i think so. i still havent heard anything from her yet.
Mark : i really miss Kaylie, its been forever.

For the next couple of days, the four girls just hanged out together and explored more of Las Vegas together. Addy arranged the furniture for her HBA store with the help of Caroline as well. Kris calls Andres to see if her clients were doing okay with the court stuff. Aria found a popular tattoo shop that she liked and helped the shop out with her skills.
