5 Months Is All It Takes...

Jenny set her glass onto the table in front and sat there. Her eyes were about to close and she almost tipped over to the couch laying down, but Mark was fast enough to catch her and not let her fall. She became awake after that and they talked while sitting on the couch together.

Mark : its late, what were you doing still up ?
Jenny : i was going to sleep but i couldn’t so i came down to get a glass of water.
Mark : your lucky, i caught you or else you would’ve end up hurt on the couch.
Jenny : thanks.
Jenny (*lays her head on Mark’s shoulder & says) : if you were here earlier,
Jenny : i wouldn’t be with Jay.
Mark (*turns his head & looks at Jenny)
Mark : i am still very sorry about that. i hope you can forgive me Jenny.
Jenny : i forgave you long time ago. i can never be mad at you Mark.
Mark : sleep. i’ll stay here until you sleep.
Jenny : Mmmmmm...... (*falls asleep)

Jenny already fell asleep on his shoulder. During the night, Mark also fell asleep and he hasn’t slept really good in years. The next morning came [SATURDAY]. Jenny and Mark was still on the couch sleeping. Mark was hugging Jenny while Jenny was hugging him back sleeping nicely like a couple. It was [9:00AM] and Jenny opened her eyes slowly and looked up at Mark. She was surprised to see him right next to her sleeping. She laid there quietly mesmerized with his handsomeness when he was sleeping. Then Jenny took her left hand and lightly touched his nose and lips making him ticklish and flinching in his sleep. At that point, Mark could sense that Jenny was playing around with him so he just pretend to be asleep. When Jenny was releasing her hand from his face, Mark grabbed her hands making her in shock. Then Mark opened his eyes still holding her hand and said…………

Mark : You were messing with me, were you ?
Jenny (*in her soft voice) : I was admiring your beauty.
Mark : you looked beautiful when you sleep Jenny.
Jenny : no i dont. (*smiles)
Mark : yes you do. So you think im handsome ? (*smiles)
Jenny : Yes, your very handsome. (*smiles)
Mark : Your not bad yourself Jenny.
Jenny (*glances over at Mark strangely)
Mark (*looks at Jenny)
Mark (*says) : I mean, you gotten really pretty when you were growing up.
Jenny : are you saying that i wasnt pretty when i was little ? (*chuckles)
Mark : no, i dont mean it like that. You were always pretty in my eyes.
Jenny : i shouldnt be doing this when im with Jay.
Mark : he's not here Jenny.
Jenny : i know he's not but it doesnt feel right doing this behind his back.
Mark : what do you really feel ?
Jenny : i feel like i should be with you but at the same time, im with Jay.
Mark : i really want to make up for all those years ive lost you. will you let me ?
Jenny (*stands up & says) : maybe we should get ready for the day.

Then Jenny stood up and changes the subject and says that they should get ready for the day. Mark then pulled Jenny’s arm back making her fall onto his lap sitting on it. Jenny was shocked and she just stared into Mark’s beautiful eyes right there. Mark and Jenny was still on the couch mesmerized into each others eyes. Then Mark made a move and leaned forward to kiss Jenny gently with his lips. She closed her eyes slowly and she couldn’t believe that Mark stole her first kiss. In her mind, she thought of why her and Jay hasn’t kissed passionately since they dated. She felt like her and Jay’s kiss wasn’t as spontaneous as Mark and her kiss. Then Mark let go of the kiss and Jenny opened up her eyes again to look at him. Right at that moment, Jenny had a reflex of hugging him when she was there and she did. He felt happy and she did too. Then Mark and Jenny went off with their day and got ready. When Jenny was getting ready in her room, she couldnt stop thinking about that morning kiss with Mark and she felt so happy. Mark already gotten ready and was downstairs making breakfast for the guys before they woke up. After getting dressed, Jenny went back downstairs and saw Mark cooking and she suspected something weird from him and asked what he was doing while standing there looking at him cook.

Jenny (*stands there looking at Mark & asks) : your cooking ? (*smiles)
Mark (*looks up at Jenny)
Mark (*says while continuing) : Yes. i wanted to make breakfast for the guys.
Jenny : Do you need help ?
Mark : its not easy cooking for a full house, i praise you for doing it yesterday. (*smiles)

Jenny then walked over to the sink to wash her hands and helped Mark finish cooking. After finish helping him, Jenny stood on the side of the kitchen table and looked at her phone with orange juice in her other hand. Then Mark came over to Jenny and back hugged her warmly. She smiled and felt the warmness in his hugs. He wrapped his arms around her petite waist and she whispered......

Jenny (*whispers) : what if the guys see us like this ?
Mark (*whispers in her ear) : their sleeping, they’ll be right down.
Jenny (*lets go of the hug, turns to him, slaps his chest gently) : stop.
Mark (*pulls her back & hugs her)
Mark (*whispers) : you're just too precious, i can’t let you go.
Jenny (*smiles & says) : why do i feel like this when im with you ?
Mark (*whispers) : like what ?
Jenny : like my heart is going to explode.
Mark (*whispers) : you're in love Yoojung-ah, just admit it.
Jenny : im not like this with Jay, why am i like this with you ?
Mark (*whispers) : because you miss me and you cant let me go either.
Jenny : you're always right.
Jenny : I have to go meet my boss now.
Mark : i don’t want you to leave. At least have breakfast with me before leaving ?
Jenny : i’ll be back later, i promise. i have to go.

Mark and Jenny let go of each other. Mark walked Jenny out to her car and she drove off to meet her boss.
