5 Months Is All It Takes...

[Monday Morning]. Jenny was feeling better and was able to walk already. That morning, before going to school, Caroline came by the hospital to pick up Jenny for her to go home and rest up. Caroline helped Jenny walk inside of her house and set her down to sit in the living room while the other guys were there as well. Mark came down and saw everyone in the living and he was making his way to school. Mark remind all of the members to take good care of Jenny when he is at school.

Mark (*to the members) : take care of Yoojung while im at school today.
Jenny : dont worry Mark. we will be fine.
Mark : i dont know about that.
BamBam : we'll be fine hyung !
Yugyeom : we can take care of Yoojung, no big deal.
Jenny (*smiles & says to Mark) : go to school and good luck on the first day.
Mark : alright.

Mark kissed Jenny's head while she was sitting there and then left outside with Caroline who gave him a lift to school. After Mark and Caroline left, the 6 members sat there talking to each other while Jenny just looked at them like they needed a place to go. Then Jay appeared on the side of Jenny where she was sitting and he just nodded to give her a signal that they needed to talk. So Jenny spoke up to the other members and told them to go to anywhere they needed to go for the day so she and Jay can talk to each other about some matters.

Yoojung (*speaks up & asks) : Do you guys need to go somewhere today ?
Youngjae : we were but Mark told us to stay and take care of you.
Yoojung : where did you guys need to go ?
Jr. : me, JB, and Jackson were about to go practice in the dance studio.
BamBam : me, Yugyeom, and Youngjae were going to take a walk around the beach.
Yoojung : you guys go ahead, i can take care of myself just fine.
Yoojung : i'll be okay, dont worry.
Jackson : are you sure noona ?
JB : yeah, are you sure ? Mark hyung told us to take care of you, you can barely walk.
Yoojung : im sure. i can walk just fine.
Yoojung : just go have fun and come back until Mark gets back.
Yoojung : i'll cover for you guys, dont worry.
Yugyeom : alright, you take care of yourself now noona.
Yoojung : i will, just go.

All 6 members stood up excitely and went to get their things. Couples minutes later, the guys came down and left the house letting Jenny know that they were leaving for the day.

JB : we're going to head out now.
Jackson : you take care now.
Yoojung : i will.
Jr. : call us on your cell if you need anything, you have our numbers.
Yoojung : i know Jr.
Youngjae : we'll go now.
Yoojung : okay.

Everyone had left out the door leaving Jenny still sitting there with Jay by her side. When Jay was about to say something, Jenny put her finger on her mouth and shushed him quietly. She knew that BamBam was coming back into the house to get his wallet because he forgot it. After him leaving, Jenny finally got a chance to talk to Jay.

Jay : how did you know that he was going to come back ?
Jenny : he's BamBam, he normally forgets things around the house.
Jay : i see your used to them already ?
Jenny : its quite fun having them around.
Jenny : they put a smile on my face every time they speak.
Jenny : this house was empty until they came.
Jay : im glad. how are you feeling ?
Jenny : better than yesterday of course.
Jay : you were in a coma for hours, you must be tired.
Jenny : a little. im sorry that everything happened.
Jay : i should be sorry Jen. i almost risk your life but it turns out that i risked mine.
Jenny : everything was my fault, it really was.
Jay : it wasnt. i shouldve gotten drunk that day, im sorry.
Jenny : i guess we're both at fault.
Jay (*lifts his fingers up & does magic lifting up a piece of business card on the table)
Jay (*lifting the card to Jenny into her hands)
Jenny (*card in her hands & says) : you earned your powers already ?
Jay : the gods gave them to me couple hours ago.
Jay : they said that i needed it if i wanted to go heaven fast. they wanted to help me.
Jenny (*looks at the business card & asks) : what is this ?
Jay : it's JYP Entertainment's Business card.
Jenny (*looks up at Jay & says) : thats Mark's agency.
Jay : exactly.
Jenny : but why ?
Jay : i found out that he was in JYP Entertainment not long ago.
Jay : i knew that i was going to hand you the company
Jay : so i wanted you to work with JYP.
Jenny : so i could be closer to Mark, you think ?
Jay : correct.
Jay : i talked to JYP and we were in the process of merging my company to JYP.
Jay : so that way whoever owns my company next will co-own JYPLA.
Jay : so i told JYP about you and how you would be helping me out.
Jay : he gave me his business to give to you and
Jay : he said to call him whenever you are ready.
Jenny : ready for what ?
Jay : ready to co-own the other half of JYPLA and do the paper work.
Jenny : how did you know that i would agree to helping you ?
Jay : your Jenny, you love to help people. isnt that why you are a doctor ?
Jenny : i cant believe you would do this for me.
Jay : its not just for you Jen, its for me and the companies future.
Jay : i will always tell you this and you are fated to be with Mark anywhere you go.
Jay : and maybe helping with JYPLA,
Jay : you will actually be closer to Mark after all those years.
Jenny : is it really fate Hyunwoo-ah ?
Jay : Trust me, it is and it will always is between you and him.

Jay disappeared in thin air leaving Jenny speechless. It was already [10AM]. She took the business card and stood up to walk over to the kitchen table. She grabbed her phone and called JYP's office to speak to him about the company matters.

Jenny (*looking at the business card & calling)
Front Desk Person : This is JYP Entertainment, how may i help you this evening ?
Jenny : Hi. Im Jenny Lee, Lee Yoojung-imida.
Jenny : I wanted to speak to CEO Park Jin Young about the company.
Front Desk Person : Yes, what did you say your name was ?
Jenny : Lee Yoojung, Jenny.
Front Desk Person : Oh, thats right. CEO said that you were going to call.
Jenny : yes, thats right.
Front Desk Person : let me get him on the phone for you.
Jenny : thank you.
Front Desk Person : CEO Park Jin Young is on the other line.
Front Desk Person : Im going to let you talk directly to you now.
(*Switches the other line)
Park Jin Young : Hello. Is this Lee Yoojung ?
Yoojung : yes, this is she.
Park Jin Young : i was waiting for your call.
Yoojung : im sorry it took so long, a lot of things had happened lately.
Park Jin Young : i clearly understand.
Park Jin Young : I heard about Hyunwoo and i'm so sorry for your loss.
Yoojung : yeah, im sorry too.
Park Jin Young : I wanted to speak with you in person if thats alright.
Yoojung : Absolutely.
Park Jin Young : Then meet me in 15 minutes at the JYP Building in LA.
Yoojung : Sure, i can.
Park Jin Young : i'll see you then.
Yoojung : thank you.

Jenny stood up and went upstairs to change into something nicely. Afterwards, she came downstairs and locked the house and drove to the building to meet with Park Jin Young. When Jenny got to the company, she asked the front desk person if she could meet the CEO.

Front Desk Person (*sees Jenny walk in & asks) : How can i help you today ?
Jenny : We talked earlier on the phone.
Front Desk Person : Ah, yes. Your Lee Yoojung. your here to speak to JYP, am i right ?
Jenny : yes, thats correct.
Front Desk Person : Park Jin Young wanted you to meet him in the Jay building cafe.
Jenny (*confused looking)
Front Desk Person (*smiles & asks) : you must be confused.
Jenny (*smiles)
Front Desk Person : If you walk out the doors,
Front Desk Person : make a left and you can see the cafe there.
Jenny : thank you so much.
Front Desk Person : i'll let CEO Park Jin Young that your here in the cafe.
Jenny : i appreciate it.

Jenny walked out the doors and into the cafe on the side. She went inside and took a seat next to the windows. While she was sitting there, she was admiring the paintings/ quotes on the walls. Couple minutes later, Park Jin Young walked into the cafe and sat in front of Jenny noticing her. Then they started to talk.

Park Jin Young : Im so glad that you could make it.
Yoojung : i finally get to meet you, its an honor.
Park Jin Young : I heard that you were discharged from the hospital this early morning.
Yoojung : I was.
Park Jin Young : Im sorry if i asked you to come here so suddenly.
Yoojung : its okay. i rather be here than staying at home.
Park Jin Young : I hear that boys are living with you, how are they ?
Yoojung : they seem to like the place and enjoying free time on their own.
Yoojung : they seem really happy here having free time.
Park Jin Young : im glad i get to let them go on a vacation.
Park Jin Young : they work hard for what they want,
Park Jin Young : sometimes i think they deserve more.
Yoojung : they are doing a fantastic job thanks to you, you trainned them after all.
Park Jin Young : its good to hear that from someone else.
Park Jin Young : speaking of which,
Park Jin Young : i wanted to speak to you about the Hyunwoo's company.
Yoojung : what about it ?
Park Jin Young : Me and him talked about this not long ago.
Park Jin Young : he decided to hand his other half to me and find someone to co-own.
Park Jin Young : I guess he had found someone and thats you ?
Yoojung : i cant believe im saying this but its me.
Park Jin Young : why arent you acknowledging it ?
Yoojung : its not that. since i lost Hyunwoo, i mind as well help him out.
Park Jin Young : Hyunwoo had told me a few things about you.
Park Jin Young : why dont you tell me yourself about you.
Yoojung : I'm in my last year at UCLA majoring in MD and
Yoojung : i'm an intern at a hospital nearby.
Park Jin Young : MD ? A Medical Doctor ?
Yoojung : yes, sir.
Park Jin Young : thats impressive but why ?
Yoojung : ever since i was young, i felt like i had a need of helping people.
Yoojung : im not sure if Hyunwoo told you this but i lost my family due to an accident.
Yoojung : i lived alone after i turned 16.
Yoojung : so with the job, i can help myself boost up in life.
Park Jin Young : Hyunwoo was right about you.
Yoojung : what was he right about ?
Park Jin Young : he said that if you set your mind to something, then you do it.
Park Jin Young : and with that, i believe that you can help us co-own the company.
Yoojung : i believe i can. im not sure if this will be in the way of my schedule.
Park Jin Young : we will work something out.
Park Jin Young : so what we were planning to do is join forces with JYP and
Park Jin Young : Jay's company.
Park Jin Young : have his staff come and work for us here in JYPLA.
Park Jin Young : And you of course can looks out for the company.
Yoojung : what will i do ?
Park Jin Young : you will do what Hyunwoo does.
Park Jin Young : you are going to be the CEO of the company when im not here.
Park Jin Young : also, you get to scout anyone you like into the music industry.
Park Jin Young : Once the papers are done, we will have the staff move over to work.
Park Jin Young : i just need your signature in a few documents.

Park Jin Young pulled out quite a few documents and let Yoojung signed it. She was done signing it and they shook hands. Park Jin Young just had to finalize the documents and let everything set. After that, Jenny drove to UCLA to see her Professor in his office hours to talk to him about the job offer he offered not long ago.

Professor : what can i do for you Jenny ?
Jenny : i wanted to speak to you about that job you offered me.
Professor : Ah. what about it ?
Jenny : i have made up my mind and i cant take that offer.
Professor : i understand.
Jenny : you do ? i thought you wanted this for me ?
Professor : i did but i cant force you to do things you dont want to, its your life.
Professor : you once told me that you were going to open your own hospital in Korea.
Professor : thats your decision ?
Jenny : Yes.
Professor : how is it working out for you ?
Jenny : Im currently looking into it in the Korea magazines in town.
Professor : im glad.
Jenny : i want to continue being an intern until i leave to Korea.
Professor : i know you do and thank you for telling me.
Jenny : im sorry.
Professor : no, its fine.

After walking out of her professor's office, Jenny bumped into Caroline who was on her way to lunch with Peter. But before Caroline went to meet Peter, she sat down to talk to Jenny at their favorite cafe near school.

Caroline : why were you at school today ? arent you suppose to be home resting ?
Jenny : i was but i went to meet someone, two people actually.
Caroline : why are you out ? if Mark finds out then he will kill you, literally.
Jenny : he cant know and your not going to tell him, okay ?
Caroline : fine, but you have to tell me who you met ?
Jenny : I went to meet Park Jin Young.
Caroline : Park Jin Young ? He's here in LA ?
Jenny : aparently, yeah.
Caroline : so what happened ?
Jenny : remember when how i told Jay wanted me to take over his company ?
Caroline : not this again Jen.
Jenny : Now that Jay is gone, he wanted me to take care of the company all along.
Jenny : it was me who he wanted.
Caroline : how did you know that ?
Caroline : did he tell you before he died ?
Jenny : I................
Caroline : you what ?
Jenny : if i tell you, you cant tell anybody not even Peter.
Caroline (*makes a gesture with her hands) : Come on, tell me.
Jenny : Jay came to visit me after he passed away on the night of the accident.
Caroline : but you were in the hospital.
Jenny : He came there and talked to me.
Caroline : are you sure you weren't dreaming ?
Caroline : you were pretty unconscious that time Jen.
Jenny : it wasnt a dream, if it was i'd know.
Jenny : he is still around until i help him with the company, its his mission.
Jenny : it might sound crazy and everything but its the truth.
Caroline : are you sure ? your not sick right ?
Jenny : im not. it was him, his spirit. I couldnt touch him so it really means something.
Caroline : wow. he is his own spirit.
Jenny : thats what i said.
Jenny : so i went to meet Park Jin Young earlier regarding the company issues.
Caroline : so you went to meet Park Jin Young because Jay told you to ?
Jenny : he gave me Park Jin Young's business card and i called in.
Jenny : he really wanted to speak to me about this.
Caroline : and what did you do ?
Jenny : i agreed and accept. i signed the contracts and we're waiting for response.
Caroline : are you sure about this ?
Jenny : im not at all but if Jay risked his life for me then i mind as well pay him back for it.
Jenny : there's nothing else i can do for him besides this before he leaves.
Caroline : you mean heaven ?
Jenny : yeah. he needs my help and i have to give it to him.
Caroline : then what about Mark ?
Jenny : what about him ?
Caroline : Jay's gone and nobody is there by your side besides us.
Caroline : maybe its time for you to move on with love and find someone else.
Jenny : i cant possibly do that right now.
Caroline : and why not ?
Jenny : because its too soon.
Jenny : Jay just passed away and we haven't even had his funeral yet.
Jenny : my life just turned upside down after he passed away, its bad enough.
Jenny : you think i can move on like this ?
Jenny : he is still by my side watching every step i take or make.
Jenny : i want to move on but i cant, he's there watching me.
Jenny : i don't want to let him down, not like this.
Jenny : he's watching my every move Caroline.
Caroline : You said that you still loved Mark, what happened ?
Jenny : i still do and i always have but now is not the time for it.
Jenny : i love Mark and GOT7 too, i do.
Jenny : I wont move on until everything is settled and done.
Jenny : thats that.
Caroline : i want you to be happy with whoever you chose to be with.
Caroline : it doesn't matter if its Mark or Jay.
Caroline : Happiness is what me and Peter wants for you.
Caroline : what will happened in a couple years ?
Caroline : you wont be able to see them again, especially Mark.
Caroline : you'll regret love forever Jen.
Jenny : well, love can wait.
Jenny : besides, Jay cant let go of me just. what makes you think i can ?
Caroline : Let go of everything you and him had and move on.

After speaking with Caroline, Jenny drove home just in time [2PM] for Mark to come home from his first day of school. The other members were already home and wondering where Jenny was and they freaked out because she wasnt home yet and that Mark was on his way home. The guys gathered around the living room panicing wondering where Jenny was. Then Mark walked into the house coming home from school. He went into the living room where the guys were and asked them where Jenny was because he didnt see her in sight. At this time, Jenny was driving up her driveway and saw from outside that Mark was already home so she used the latter out back to her room window that was all the way up there and jumped into her room quietly. Then she changed into her clothes that she was wearing that morning quickly and came downstairs to the other members.

Mark (*walks through the door into the living room seeing the guys)
Mark : hey.
Yugyeom (*says trying not to panic) : Hey hyung !
Mark : where's Yoojung ?
BamBam (*stuttering) : she's..........she's...........she's......
Jenny (*pops up from upstairs & comes down) : Im right here !
(*The other members relief)
Mark : what were you doing upstairs ? your suppose to rest up.
Jenny : i was looking for something in my room so i went to get it.
Mark : what did you get ?
Jenny (*trying not to lie but does anyways) : i went to get my phone.
Mark : your phone ?
Jenny : yeah. i left it there when i was going to the bathroom earlier. i must've forgot.
Mark : alright then. im going to go wash up now.
Jenny (*signs of calm & relief) : okay.

Mark walks up half of the stairs and then suddenly turns back to the sofa and get his backpack that he forgotten. Mark started to ask the other members what they did earlier.

Mark : what did you guys do with Yoojung today ?
BamBam : we took good care of her of course.
Mark : why didnt you help her to the bathroom earlier ?
BamBam : huh ?
BamBam (*nervous & stuttering) : Ahh...... that's be...because.........
Jenny (*caughts in & answers for BamBam) : because i wanted to go on my own.
Jenny : the Doctor did say that i had to practice walking to get use to it.
Mark : thats good.
Mark : what did you guys do today ?
Yugyeom (*stuttering) : t.......t.......today ?
Mark : yeah today.
JB (*helps Yugyeom out & says) : we watched a long movie and took a short nap.
Mark : thats cool. im going to wash up now.
Jenny : you must be tired from a long day, you should go.

Mark walked back upstairs to his room and showered. While the others were downstairs in the living watching Mark walk up, Jenny started to scold them because they didnt know how to answer and lie to Mark.

BamBam : thanks noona.
Jenny (*looks down at them & says) : Yahh ~
Yugyeom : what noona ?
Jenny : im not letting you two speak up ever again.
Jr. : this is why we dont let them speak when things go wrong like this.
Jackson (*to BamBam & Yugyeom) : Just relax.
Jenny (*chuckles & smiles)
Youngjae : Noona, how did you get into the house anyways ?
Jenny : i climbed a latter all the way to my room on the back.
Jenny : i had to hurry because someone here didnt know how to cover up for us.
BamBam : im sorry noona.
JB (*to BamBam) : she wont ever forgive you, watch.
BamBam (*begs sorry to Jenny) : please noona, im sorry.
Jenny : just because of that, you all are helping me with dinner tonight.
Yugyeom : what ?
Jr. : Ehhh ??
Jackson : all of us ?
Youngjae : why ?
Jenny : stop complaining and hurry !

Jenny made her way into the kitchen and the other guys followed her. The members were hitting BamBam while walking into the kitchen. Mark went to his room, showered, and did his homework. Jackson and JB helped Jenny carry all of the ingredients out from the fridge while the others were around the kitchen studying the techniques of Jenny's cooking. After a while, they all gathered at the dinner table to have dinner together. Caroline came over to help out and have dinner as well.
