5 Months Is All It Takes...

After bringing in the groceries, Jenny placed them on the kitchen counter and started to cook. While in the middle of cooking, her cellphone rang and she went to pick it up.

Jenny (*cellphone rings & goes to pick it up)
Jenny : Hello ?
Jay : Jen ? what are you doing ?
Jenny : im in the middle of cooking, why ?
Jay : i need to talk to you right now.
JB (*comes into the kitchen & looks around)
Jenny : right now ? can it wait ?
Jay : its urgent.
Jenny : alright.
Jay : meet me at the cafe near your house.
Jenny : i'll see you there.

After hanging up the phone, Jenny put her phone into her purse and told JB that she needed to go somewhere right away.

Jenny : JB-ah.
JB : huh ?
Jenny : can you finish cooking for me ? i have to meet Jay, its important.
JB : sure.

Jenny rushed out the door right away leaving JB to finish cooking. After a while, Mark came into the kitchen and asked JB where Jenny was and helped him out with dinner.

JB (*cooking dinner)
Mark (*comes into the kitchen looking around to see where Jenny was)
Mark (*asks where Jenny was) : Where's Jenny ?
JB : Yoojung ?
Mark : Oh.
JB : she said that she needed to meet Jay for some reason, its important.
Mark : Alright. Let me help you.

Mark helped JB with dinner. Jenny got to the cafe nearby her house and met with Jay there. He was sitting there and she came to where he was sitting and sat to talk to him.

Jenny : Is there something wrong ?
Jay (*says like he's drunk) : i need to speak to you about Mark.
Jenny (*notices that Jay is drunk & says) : were you drinking earlier today ?
Jay : so what if i was ?
Jenny : how many times did i tell you not to ?
Jay : your not the boss of me, dont tell me what to do.
Jenny : your drunk and im not talking to you about Mark. Not until you are sober.

Jenny ran outside in front of the cafe until Jay ran after her and grabbed her arm dragging her to his car to drive her somewhere.

Jay (*grabs Jenny's arm to the car)
Jenny (*tries to let go & says) : where are you taking me ? let me go !

Jay dragged Jenny to his car and drove her on the freeway super fast making Jenny scared. Then they started to talk again about their relationship and how its going.

Jay (*says while driving) : Was i a toy for you to play with when Mark came ?
Jenny : what are you talking about ?
Jay : why didnt you break up with me again when Mark came ?
Jenny : because i wasnt sure what was going on between me and him.
Jenny : i felt bad enough doing everything behind your back with him.
Jenny : but i love him enough to love you Jay.
Jay : i dont know if i can believe you anymore.
Jay (*drives faster)
Jenny : Jay, your driving too fast. Please, drive slower.

Jay drove too fast that a huge truck hit Jay’s car causing them the car to flip over and damaged. The police and fire fighters came to rescue them and Jenny was really injured and was taken to the hospital right away. Unfortunately, Jay had to risk his life and died but his soul has lifted up not ready to go into the next life yet. Jenny was wheeled into the hospital surgery room right away and did a small surgery with a Doctor there. She was in there for 2 hours. While GOT7 was having dinner together, they got a phone call from the hospital saying that Jenny was in an operation and GOT7 needed to be there for her. So GOT7, Caroline, and Peter came into the hospital to wait for the good news on Jenny's operation. Couple minutes later, Jenny was done with the surgery and wheeled into the ICU rooms to get cared from the other nurses there. Jenny was still unconscious and has not woken up from her sleep yet. Everyone was so worried and there in the room for Jenny. BamBam, Youngjae, Yugyeom was crying sitting beside of Jenny. Then the doctor came in the room and told everyone the bad news about Jay.

Doctor (*comes into the room & asks) : Are you all here for Jenny Lee ?
Caroline : yes, Doctor.
Peter : how is she ?
Doctor : Jenny will be fine, she is in a coma and wont be in one for long.
Doctor : The accident was really bad, the car that Jenny was in hit a huge truck.
Doctor : thats why it caused the car to flipped over.
Doctor : right now, She needs the rest.
(*GOT7, Caroline, and Peter all relief)
Doctor : the bad news is that the other person, Jay, passed away during the accident.
Doctor : we couldnt get in time to save him and he had already died at the scene.
Doctor : im so sorry that we couldnt do much for him.
(*GOT7, Caroline, and Peter started to all cry)
Doctor : i have send my regards for his family, i'll leave you guys to it.

The Doctor walked out of the room leaving the guys heart broken that they lost a close friend that Jenny was close with. They all stayed at the hospital room together until 10PM. Caroline and Peter left to see Jay's body in the frozen room while the other guys went home devasted to hear the bad news. Mark decided to stay a little while after to take care of Jenny. He went outside to get some air for a while and came back into Jenny’s room. He saw that a nurse was checking her blood pressure and asked Jenny something because she was slowly waking up. He walked inside and after the nurse was done, she left out the room. Mark came over to Jenny and asking her how she was doing.

Mark : I was so worried about, are you alright ?
Jenny (*in her soft voice) : im fine.
Mark : do you remember anything that happened earlier ? the Doctor told us.
Jenny (*in her soft voice) : i remembered what happened during the accident.
Mark : thats good that you remember. we were worried that you would lose memory.
Jenny (*shakes her head)
Jenny (*in her soft voice) : Is Jay okay ?
Mark (*looks down & depressed)
Jenny (*in her soft voice) : where is he ?
Mark : he’s gone Yoojung-ah.
Jenny (*in her soft voice) : he's gone ? what do you mean ?
Mark : He died at the scene of the accident earlier today.
Mark : the Doctor was too late to save him, he was already gone.
Jenny (*in her soft voice) : that can’t be.
Mark (*says in his sad voice) : im so sorry.
Jenny (*turns to her side & a tear fell on her cheek)
Jenny (*says while crying) : its impossible.
Jenny : i was there with him all this time. how can that happen ?
Jenny (*says while crying) : its my fault, everything is.
Mark : you cant blame yourself for what happened.
Jenny : but he......
Mark (*holds Jenny's hand & helps her be strong)
Mark : he would want you to be happy here Yoojung-ah so dont blame yourself.
Jenny : i cant believe he’s actually gone.

Mark hugged Jenny tightly trying to comfort her and she told him to go home and rest. And so he listened and went home. Jenny was laying there in her hospital bed still thinking about Jay and suddenly Jay appeared beside her bed side and said something to her make her shocked....

Jay (*appears by Jenny’s bed side)
Jay (*says) : Mark was right about what he said to you earlier.
Jenny (*shock to see Jay there & asks) : I thought you were...
Jay (*finishes the sentence for Jenny) : Dead ?
Jenny : i didnt mean it like that.
Jay : i know Jen. I am dead but my spirit is still here.
Jenny : why arent you going to the afterlife in heaven ?
Jay : i have 49 days to fix things before i leave permanently.
Jenny : what do you still need to do here ?
Jay : the company is in your hands now since i died.
Jenny : i thought you gave it to your mom ?
Jay : i left the company for you because i know that you can take care of it on your own.
Jay : its under your name now.
Jenny : we talked about this before and im about to graduate soon.
Jenny : why are you still wanting this for me ? I wanted to become a Doctor.
Jay : i can always rely on you when i was still here and i still will rely on you.
Jay : i wasnt against you becoming a doctor but i needed you to help me out.
Jay : its my last mission before i leave. Please Jen.
Jenny : all of this was my fault.
Jenny : why would you come asking me for help when i caused this ?
Jenny : if only i were choose between you and Mark, this wouldnt happen at all.
Jenny : you risked your life for me to live. i feel bad enough, why would you ask me ?
Jay : its the not matter of fact of choosing between me and Mark.
Jay : its fate and destiny. whoever you choose to be with is your choice.
Jay : no one asked you to choose between life.
Jay : i didnt care enough for you when i was undead,
Jay : but i want to take the chance now to help.
Jay : i wish i could go back in time and fix those mistakes ive made towards you.
Jay : i really wish to Jen.
Jay : i wanted you to feel the same way like you did with Mark towards me,
Jay : but i guess i couldnt do that.
Jay : i was so caught up in my own life that i completely forgot to make you happy.
Jay : Mark was right, you should listen to him.
Jenny : what was he right about ?
Jay : he said that i would want you to be happy here and thats true,
Jay : i really want you to be happy.
Jay : no matter what path you go through in life,
Jay : i want you to be happy with whatever you decide to do.
Jay : it was really fate that brought you and Mark together after all those years.
Jay : dont you think that sometimes it was mistake for me
Jay : to ask you out from the beginning ?
Jenny : it wasnt a mistake.
Jenny : im glad you did because i wouldnt forget about him without you there.
Jenny : but when you proposed to me,
Jenny : i had a feeling in my heart that Mark was always the one.
Jenny : Im sorry Jay.
Jay : i knew from the beginning that he was the number one person in your heart.
Jay : He will always be.
Jay : if we can stick together and work everything out, everything will be fine. trust me.
Jenny : everyone is telling me what to do and im trying my best to do so.
Jay : then help me out.

Jenny agreed to help Jay out with the company.
