This Is My Life...

Jr. leaves the three to go gather the guys for dinner. Taehyun and Gi Young stood at the same place to talk to Yejin.

Gi Young : thank you for coming.
Yejin : thank you for having me. (*smiles)
Taehyun : Im glad you came too.
Yejin : I bet you were. (*slightly smiles)
Taehyun : i know your still mad at me from the last time i saw you. How are you now ?
Yejin : you were right. I did push you away and i shouldn't have.
Yejin : you were just trying to be my father and i didn't realize until now that i need you.
Yejin : me and Kevin do.
Taehyun : I'm here if you need anything.
Yejin : I'm glad you are.

Then the door bell rang and Gi Young opened the door. It was Minjee and she was welcomed inside the house. Yejin turned around and shocked to see Minjee there in the house and Yejin asked Minjee why she was there…

Yejin (*looks at Minjee & asks) : what are you doing here ?
Minjee : CEO Lee Taehyun told me to come and we needed to talk about something.
Yejin : about what ?
Taehyun (*to both girls) : you two know each other ?
Yejin : she used to know Youngjae and we go to the same school together now.
Yejin (*to Minjee) : your a trainee for BigHit Entertainment ?
Minjee : Ohhh, CEO Lee Taehyun didn't tell you ? i thought you two were close ?
Yejin : how did you know that ?
Minjee : the company knows you, everyone does.
Yejin : im not surprised.

The four of them walked to the dinning room and met with everyone. Yejin took a seat next to Mark and Minjee sat next to Youngjae at the empty chair. Then the dinner started. Everyone started eating and Taehyun started a conversation with Minjee.

Gi Young : i wanted to thank everyone who came to this dinner tonight.
Taehyun (*to Yejin) : So i hear you can produce and write songs in 2 to 3 hours.
Taehyun : hearing that you produced and wrote GOT7's first debut album.
Yejin : i did.
Taehyun : how can you manage to do that in such little time ?
Yejin : i grew up making music and writing it, you can say i become pro at it.
Taehyun (*pretends to ask) : does your parents make music ?
Yejin : my father owns a music company here in Korea.
Taehun : oh really ? which company ?
Yejin : i wouldn't say, its a private matter.
Taehyun : right.
Taehyun (*to Minjee) : I hear that you know Youngjae. how ?
Minjee : we were childhood best friends when we were young.
Taehyun : and you still are today ?
Minjee : i hope so.
Youngjae (*looks up at Minjee)
Minjee : He left me because he had to train with JYP Entertainment and
Minjee : we never saw each other since then.
Taehyun (*to everyone) : the reason why i called Minjee here today is because
Taehyun : i wanted her to work with Yejin on a demo CD that
Taehyun : is being sent overseas to an American record label.
Yejin : when will we work on it if i accept ?
Taehyun : tomorrow afternoon and evening.
Yejin (*stands up from her chair) : Can i talk to you outside ?
Taehyun (*stands up & says) : if you have anything to say then say it in front of us.
Yejin : fine.
Yejin (*becomes thrilled & angry)
Yejin (*says to Taehyun) : You knew that i have work and practice with GOT7 for
Yejin : the showcase and such, and yet you choose this time to ask me to work ?
Yejin : you knew and you ask me now to collaborate ?
Taehyun : Yejin-ah.
Yejin : why would you do that to your own daughter ?
(*Everyone at the table shocked when they heard the news)
Jr. (*questions Yejin & Taehyun) : Daughter ? Yejin is Taehyun's daughter ? what ?
Yejin (*looks at Jr. & says) : thats right. Lee Taehyun is my father, my biological father.
Yejin (*to Taehyun) : since we're here, why don't you tell Jr. about his real father ? huh ?
Taehyun : Yejin-ah, stop.
Yejin (*to Gi Young) : thank you for the dinner but i have to get going now.
Yejin : thank you for everything.

Yejin was fiercer and mad so she just walked out of the house with her things. She walked to the park where she normally played when she was little to think about the things she just did at Jr.'s house. All of the GOT7 members beside Jr. ran after Yejin to the park where she was at. Minjee had already went home after the big commotion. While GOT7 was looking for Yejin, Jr. stayed to hear what Taehyun and Gi Young had to explain for themselves.

Jr. (*to Taehyun) : what did Yejin mean by your daughter ?
Taehyun : Yejin and her brother are my real children.
Taehyun : When i was with their mother, she had Yejin and her brother. They are mine.
Jr. (*to Taehyun) : So your not my real father then ?
Gi Young (*explains to Jr.) : No.
Gi Young : Your real father died of a disease when you were young.
Gi Young : so i got remarried to Taehyun couple years after your father died.
Jr. : why didn't the both of you tell me before ?
Gi Young : you were so young then and i didn't want you to get hurt.
Jr. : well, I'm hurt now that you didn't tell me.
Jr. : How did Yejin feel about keeping this secret ?
Taehyun : we forced her to keep it from you all these years.
Jr. : so it wasn't her fault ?
Taehyun : its not. so don't blame her for what happened.
Jr. : i see now. you wanted to protect me from getting hurt ?
Taehyun : yes and we're both sorry.
Gi Young (*grabs onto Jr. & says) : Im so sorry son.
Jr. (*lets go of his mother)
Jr. (*says) : your my mother, you were suppose to protect me all the way.

Jr. walks out of the house looking for the others. The others saw Yejin sitting on the playground thinking about something. Then they came over to Yejin and talk to her and comforted her to make her feel better.

Yugyeom (*stands there with GOT7 & asks) : Are you okay ?
Yejin : Ohhh..
Yejin (*asks everyone) : Did you think i did the right choice of saying that ?
BamBam : Jr. needed to know and that was the only way for him to know that.
Yejin : it was an accident. i was so angry that i just said it.
Yejin : i didn't mean to say those things.
Youngjae : it was the right thing to do if thats what your thinking Yejin.
Yejin : the truth always hurt and especially to the ones you love too.
Jackson : yah ~ its over and done. whatever is done is done.
JB : I think you should apologize to your father about it and to Gi Young too.
Mark : she doesn't have to if she doesn't want to.
Mark (*to Yejin) : its going to be okay Yejin-ah.
Jr. (*runs towards Yejin & GOT7)
Jr. (*says to Yejin) : Im sorry Yejin. It wasn't your fault, it was my parents.
Yejin (*to Jr.) : you shouldn't blame them either,
Yejin : they were trying to protect you and the family.
Yejin : they would do anything for their son.
Yejin : My father did everything for you even when you weren't his real son.
Yejin : he wanted to do that for you.
Jr. : did you push him away because of me and my mom ?
Yejin : i felt like he completely forgot about me and my brother after the marriage.
Yejin : He really wasn't there in my mother's life as well, he was working late.
Yejin : thats why me and Kevin shut him out of our lives when we went to the U.S.
Jr. : we can fix this and start over again. it was a mistake Yejin.
Jr. : so I'm your step younger brother ?
Yejin : Ohhh ~

That night ended when Yejin and Mark was going home together. They said their goodbyes when they reached their homes and went inside to rest. When Yejin went home, she walked into her house into her room. She sat on her bed and thought about her father's wedding. She went to opened the dresser that she kept her money box in and took out the photo of Taehyun and Gi Young's wedding photo with Yejin in it. She kept on looking at it and then headed out to the kitchen with the picture to get a glass of water. Then she sat on the kitchen table to keep looking at it. And she heard the door open from the front and thought it was Mark who came in but it turns out to be Kevin who came back to get something he forgot.

(*The sound of the door opening)
Yejin (*hears the door opening & calls out) : Mark ? Is that you ?
Kevin (*comes in the house & says) : Its me, your bro.
Kevin (*walks into the house & sees Yejin)
Yejin : Kev ? what are you doing here ? i thought you were at your friends house ?
Kevin (*gets something from his room & yells) : i forgot to get something. i came to get it.
Kevin (*comes out & says) : what are you doing ? your not sleeping yet ? its late.
Yejin : i came home from a friends house for a dinner get together.
Kevin : oh yeah ? what friend ?
Yejin : GOT7, dad, and Gi Young.
Kevin (*shocked & asks) : why were you there ?
Yejin : they wanted to thank me for producing GOT7's debut album.
Kevin : i told you not to do that anymore,
Kevin : why are you still doing it when i told you not to ?
Yejin : I'm sorry. but your not the person to tell me what not to do with my life.
Yejin : you've got me so upset when you said you were leaving and
Yejin : running away from Daeho and Donghyun.
Yejin : i even broke my phone because of you.
Kevin : Is that why your not answering your phone lately ?
Yejin (*yells to Kevin) : THATS NOT IMPORTANT !
Kevin : Yah ~
Yejin : Just leave.
Yejin (*says in Korean) : Go !
Kevin (*walks half way)
Yejin (*stops him & says) : and here i thought you were my brother.
Kevin : i am. i still am.
Yejin : you weren't the only bad one in the family.
Kevin (*turns around & says) : what ?
Yejin (*shows him the wedding photo)
Kevin (*takes it & looks at it) : this is dad's & Gi Young's wedding. why are you in it ?
Yejin : i lied to you when i said i went to a friends house that day.
Yejin : i went because i still cared about dad.
Yejin : from that day on, i pushed him away.
Kevin : why would you go and not tell me ? we both decided not to go, why ?
Yejin : i cared for him and his new family, that's why i went.
Kevin (*puts down the photo)
Kevin : I didn't see why you couldn't told me about it beforehand if you wanted to go.
Yejin : that's the thing, i can never tell you anything because either i get rejected from it
Yejin : or you will be in my way of it. So I'm suppose to keep it all in because of you.
Kevin : i didn't ask you to Annie.
Yejin : i have made a decision for tomorrow.
Kevin : i don't want to know. From now on, whatever your decision is, you make it.
Kevin : I'm tired of everything and I'm not pushing you to this or that.
Kevin : Just make the right choices in life and everything will be fine. okay ?
Kevin : I've got to go, bye Annie.

Then Kevin left out the door and stood Annie there. After that Annie just went to bed leaving everything behind.
