This Is My Life...

Mark followed Annie from behind. She was so upset and she cried some more when she reached the small river. She stood there looking out thinking about what Kevin told her and she became more sad. Mark came over to Annie and hugged her to make her feel better. While hugging her, he asked if she was okay and she just continued to hug him crying again. After that Mark walked Annie back to school. It was [1:55PM] and the bell rang for the final 5 minutes before class starts again. Annie had forgot her textbooks in her locker so she went to get it right away in the hall. GOT7 and everybody else was already in the class getting ready for class to start. As Annie was making her way back to her class with her book, Daeho and Donghyun made their way to Annie grabbing her neck against the lockers. Nobody else was in the hallways besides the three. Annie was so scared to see them again and she didnt imagine to see them ever again after that night. Daeho slammed Annie down to the ground after grabbing her neck. Annie was so hurt from her side stomach where it hurt. Then Donghyun looked down at Annie where she was kneeling on the ground and slapped her across her face causing her to have a scar with blood dripping down.

Donghyun (*says to Annie) : I thought i would never see you kneel like this to me.
Donghyun : I guess the day has finally come.
Donghyun : If i were you, i would work harder then ever and pay your debt to me asap.
Annie (*talks back & says) : I dont owe you it, my brother does.
Donghyun : i thought you were on your brother's side, i guess not.
Donghyun : You have the money in hand and i want it.
Donghyun : Is that why your brother is running from me ? from you ?
Annie (*says in a weak tone) : why are you hurting me so badly ?
Donghyun : its the fastest way for you to give me what i want,
Donghyun : thats the debt you owe me.
Annie : you think by hurting me you'll get what you want ?
Donghyun : i sure do.
Annie : your wrong because you will never get what you want if you ever hurt me again.
Annie : so if you want it then i suggest you to stay the hell away from me
Annie : until i give you the money.
Annie : and i will give you the money asap, dont worry.

Donghyun slapped Annie across the face again and walked away with Daeho. Annie kneeled there staring at them leave with a deep stare but she felt weak inside. She stood back up and straighten out her clothes from the ground. Before stepping into the classroom, she wiped the blood on her face cooly and stepped inside. Mrs. Kim was getting ready for the class lecture and Annie came into the room quietly to her seat. Mark didnt realized that Annie was hurt on her face until he turned to look at her when she was sitting there. Annie looked down at her booklet to read a question when Mark grabbed Annie's face and turned her around to face him. Annie was surprised when he did that and Mark touched her scar. She flinched back because it hurt when he touched it and let him go. Then Mark pulled her wrist and pulled her running outside to the nurses office. Everyone was looking at them leave the class right when the class was about to begin. The nurse was putting a bandage on Annie's face and wrapped her arm with a wrapped bandage. Then Mark walked out with Annie back to class. While walking back, they stood near the lockers to talk to each other.

Mark (*walking & stopped to ask) : Who hurt you earlier ?
Annie (*stops behind him facing his back & says) : Daeho and Donghyun.
Mark : the loan sharks ?
Annie : Ohhhh..
Mark (*turns around & faces Ailee) : why didnt you call me to rescue you ?
Annie : you think i didnt want to ? i did but i couldnt. i couldnt even breath.
Mark (*grabs Annie's wrapped arm)
Annie (*takes Mark's arm off of hers & looks up to him with her deep eyes)
Annie (*says like she means it) : Let me go. I can go back to class on my own.

Annie walked back to class on her own followed by Mark. When they got back into class, everyone had left for dance class. So Annie and Mark grabbed their backpacks and went to the gym. When they got to the gym, everyone was already changed into their gym clothes and getting ready to start the class. As Annie and Mark walked into the gym about to join the class, Mrs. Kim stopped them to talk to them in front of the class.

Annie & Mark (*walks into the gym & greets Mrs. Kim)
Mrs. Kim : Is it really necessary for you two to be late to my class ?
Annie (*bows down & apologizes) : Im sorry.
Mrs. Kim : Both of you sit on the benches for this period and not talk to each other.
Mrs. Kim : Hurry ! Go !

Annie and Mark walked over to the bleachers to sit a person away from each other while the other students were looking at them during that time. Then Mrs. Kim continue teaching the students some of the dance moves. While the two were sitting there, Mark couldnt take his eyes off of Annie and Annie had a feeling that he was looking deep down on her so she just ignored it. So while Annie was looking at the others straight forward when they were practicing, Mark whispered to Annie continuing to look at the others too.

Mark (*whispers) : Im sorry i said that to you back there, i didnt mean to.
Annie (*smiles while looking down & whispers back) : I couldnt scream for your name.
Mark (*whispers) : what ?
Annie (*whispers) : when i needed your help, i couldnt even scream your name out loud.
Annie (*whispers) : im sorry.
Mark (*whispers) : Im sorry too.

Annie then put her hands behind her back while sitting there. Then Mark sat closer to her and held her hand behind her back. They both smiled while watching the others practice the dance moves. After class was over, Mrs. Kim dismissed everyone to the locker rooms leaving Mark and Annie still there. Mrs. Kim stayed after at the gym to talk to the two before leaving them to clean.

Mrs. Kim : Put away all of the equipment and clean the floors.
Annie : Yes.
Mark : Yes.
Mrs. Kim : hurry go.

Mrs. Kim walked away. Mark and Annie started cleaning the whole gym. They spent the whole hour cleaning together all happily. During this time, the other GOT7 members were in the locker rooms changing and Jr. had to tell the other members about inviting them to dinner with his family at his house.

GOT7 Members (*changing their clothes)
Jr. (*says while changing clothes) : My parents invited you guys and Yejin for dinner.
JB : what ?
Jackson : why ?
Jr. : my parents wanted to say thank you to her and
Jr. : celebrate our first finished debut album.
Youngjae : their so nice.
BamBam : right. we should go and have dinner.
Yugyeom : Is it tonight ?
Jr. : Tonight at 7pm after practice.
JB : Is there a dress code for this dinner ?
Jr. : Dress nice but not fancy.
Jackson : Can i shower before coming to your house ?
Jr. : Please.
Youngjae : should we bring something ? a gift ?
Jr. : no, its fine. Just bring yourself.
Jr. : Im going to tell Mark and Ailee right now, i'll see you guys later.

Jr. went into the gym after putting on his regular clothes. He saw that Annie and Mark was sitting on the bench after cleaning up the gym all tired. Jr. came over to Mark and Annie to tell them about tonight.

Jr. : Mark, Yejin.
Yejin (*looks up at Jr. & says) : Oh, Jr.
Mark : Jr. whats up ?
Jr. : My parents invited us to have dinner with them tonight.
Jr. : you should come too Yejin.
Yejin : what time ?
Jr. : 7pm tonight.
Yejin : I have work. Ive missed some days and i have to make it up.
Jr. : but tonight is the only night my parents are available for dinner.
Yejin : alright. I'll be there.
Mark : is it formal ?
Jr. : just wear something nice and dont be late. we start once everyone gets there.
Yejin : i understand.
Jr. : i'll see you two tonight then. bye. (*waves)

Jr. had already left. Then Annie stood up to get her backpack to leave and Mark just sat there watching her and asking her questions.

Annie (*stands up & gets her backpack)
Mark (*looks at Annie & says) : You missed dance class because of me.
Mark : Im sorry that your going to make it up later.
Annie (*stood there looking at Mark joking around) : Everything is because of you.
Annie : i didnt get to participate in class today and i got in trouble couple days ago.
Annie : yeah....its all because of you. (*smiles)
Mark : Now you make me look like a bad person. (*smiles)
Annie : well, you are. (*laughs)
Annie (*spins around cooly & signals telling him to "come on")
Mark (*laughs watching her do that) : what was that ?
Annie : you think i wanted to make up the class later on ?
Annie : please....... im a fast learner.
Annie : are you coming or what ?? (*turns around & walks out of the gym)
Mark (*got up & grab his things to walk towards Annie holding her)

Mark and Annie walked together happily to Annie's work. While walking there, Mark asked Annie about Lee Taehyun and Jr.

Mark : Yejin-ah.
Yejin : huh ?
Mark : are you nervous about meeting your father again ?
Yejin : Im not sure what the right feeling is when i see him.
Yejin : Should i feel happy to see him again ?
Mark : he is still your father and you should feel happy to see him.
Mark : he's your only guardian left in your life despite fromKevin Kevin.
Yejin : He hasnt been there for me since.
Mark : what happens when you see Jr. and his mother with your father tonight ?
Yejin : I dont know. The last time i saw Park Gi Young was when they got married.
Yejin : it was the last time.
Mark : Jr. is really your father's child ? biologically ?
Yejin : Park Gi Young married earlier and had Jr. but
Yejin : his biological father died of a disease.
Yejin : Thats why me and Jr. are one year apart in birth.
Mark : then why does Jr. call your father dad if your dad isnt even his birth father ?
Yejin : Jr. was young then and he didnt know anything.
Yejin : Park Gi Young couldn't tell Jr. what happened to his real father,
Yejin : it would've break him.
Yejin : So she kept it a secret these past couple of years.
Mark : then how did you know ?
Yejin : my father told me about his situation with Park Gi Young and his real father.
Yejin : he told me not to say anything if i ever met Jr. in real life.
Mark : and you were there at the wedding ?
Yejin : They both of them invited me but i didnt want to go, neither did Kevin.
Yejin : But i went that night last minute to their wedding.
Yejin : i lied to Kevin that i was going to a friends house to hang out for a bit
Yejin : but it turns out that i went to the wedding for Taehyun instead.
Yejin : I stood in the back watching them get married across that hall.
Yejin : it nearly broke my heart when they got married to each other.
Yejin : i was only 15 then and Jr. was only 14 years old.
Yejin : it was hard to watch but Taehyun was happy and
Yejin : that's all i could've wanted for him.
Mark : All of GOT7 members were there at the wedding for Jr. We were so young then.
Mark : thats why i saw a girl who stood in the back of the room watching them.
Mark : that was you ?
Yejin : that was me. I couldnt stay long, i wish i could but it hurt too much.
Yejin : i left right after i gave my blessings to Taehyun and Park Gi Young. that was it.
Mark : So Park Gi Young knows you as Taehyun's biological daughter ?
Yejin : Ohhh.
Mark : Does Jr. know that ?
Yejin : No. Taehyun, Gi Young, and me kept it all a secret once we knew each other.
Yejin : it wouldve hurt Jr. even more if we told him.
Yejin : he lost his father and that was enough.
Yejin : he couldve been hurt more for all we know.
Mark : you should tell him at the dinner tonight.
Yejin : I really want to but im not sure thats the right choice here.
Yejin : Everyone is going to be there, its going to hurt him more.
Mark : sometimes the truth hurts but its the best idea to rather keep it inside.
Mark : you might want to reconsider it.

Annie already went to work. Mark had went home to get ready after dropping off Annie at her work. During work, Annie kept on looking at the clock. Lady Song saw that Annie was worried about something when she was looking at the clock so Lady Song asked her when the clock hit [6:30PM].

Lady Song (*worries for Yejin & asks) : Yejin-ah, are you okay ?
Lady Song : do you need to go somewhere ?
Yejin (*startled & says) : I need to be somewhere important but im worried i have work.
Lady Song : where ?
Yejin : Jr.'s family dinner, they invited us over to eat at 7pm.
Yejin : it doesnt matter, i have to make up for these hours ive missed.
Lady Song : Hurry go. Its more important then this.
Lady Song : You can make up the hours another time
Lady Song : Hurry, go.

Yejin takes off her apron and grabbed her things. Before leaving the shop, she hugged Lady Song and left out the door. Yejin went home to shower and changed into something nice. She put on a black long dress pants with a white short sleeve collar shirt with a light cardigan and some medium length black high heel with her black and white purse. After getting ready to go, she had walked out of the house locking all doors. When she walked reached out to Mark's house, she looked at her watch and saw the time. She was nearly late and ran near Lady Song's restaurant to catch a cab because that place was the only place that had taxi's. When she got in the taxi, she told the driver the address and he drove her there. At this same time, at Jr.'s house. All of the GOT7 members already arrived and just relaxed around the living room talking to each other to wait for everyone else to come to the house. While the two were in the kitchen, Park Gi Young and Lee Taehyun was talking about Yejin while preparing last minute food for the important dinner.

Park Gi Young : Is everyone here yet ?
Lee Taehyun : Yejin is not here yet.
Lee Taehyun : I invited one of my trainees to dinner if you don't mind.
Park Gi Young : the more the merrier. who is she ?
Lee Taehyun : Her name is Kim Minjee. I want her to work with Yejin on a demo CD.
Lee Taehyun : its for Minjee's overseas record label, she is going to transfer to the US.
Park Gi Young : its a good chance for Yejin to work outside of school.
Lee Taehyun : this is a good opportunity for Yejin.
(*Bell rings)
Park Gi Young : thats her (Yejin) now.

Yejin got to Jr.'s house and got off of the taxi. She paid and rang the door bell of the house. Jr. opened the door for Yejin and went inside to meet everyone.

Jr. (*opens the door & sees Yejin) : Oh, your here Yejin. Come on in.
Yejin (*walks into the house)
Jr. (*walks into the house behind Yejin)
Park Gi Young & Lee Taehyun (*comes out of the kitchen to meet Yejin)
Jr. (*introduces his parents to Yejin) : Omma, appa.
Jr. : This is the person i was talking about.
Yejin (*looks at them calmly & greets) : Im Lee Yejin, Annie-imida. Its nice to meet you.
Yejin : thank you for having me over for dinner.
Park Gi Young : we’re glad to have you over.
Park Gi Young (*tells Jr.) : Why don't you go gather everyone at the dinner table ?
Jr. : Alright.
