When Your Dream's Are Now A Reality
"Don't be sorry JinAh-ssi! Welcome to YG Entertainment!"
- I froze. Like the assistants had to drag me off stage along with the piano because I couldn't even move. YG ENTERTAINMENT?! I got into YG! Like what even does thou mean?
- After getting dragged off the stage, I was standing in the hallway, still frozen and out of reality.
- "You can't believe it either huh?"
- I looked up and saw the angel-like singer, Lee JinHee, walking towards me. Wah! She is so beautiful! Like a princess!
- "Uh, JinAh? Nice to meet you, I'm Lee JinHee."
- "I know, I'm Byun- I mean Im JinAh!" I need to stop doing that. Thankfully she didn't catch, my potentially disastrous, screw up.
- Suddenly, a professional looking lady introduced herself as "Mrs. Song", and walked up to us with a clipboard.
- "I am in charge of trainees at YG, meaning that I will be in charge of you two shortly. Congratulations on passing this audition. In two day's, please meet me at YGE at noon, we have a lot to discuss and sign before you officially join our team of trainees. Here is my card if you have any questions between then."
- Wah! So this is really happening! I stared at the purple business card, unable to absorb anything. I turned to JinHee, who looked really professional nodding her head, and studying the business card as if it was a test booklet. Compared to her, I looked like a 5 year old.
- "Also." Mrs. Song continued. "Remember to bring all your things, because you will move into the dorms on that day too. Goodbye."
- "A new house!" Oh jeez, I said it too loud.
- Mrs. Song smiled and said, "It temporary, when you become famous we will move you a big one."
- Once she left, I was cheering down the hallway. I was going to be a singer.
A Few Weeks Before
- "I'm ready to sign these papers manager-nim! Ready for my 2 Billion Won!
- "Alright, sign these." He handed me the divorce papers. I quickly signed and handed them back to him.
- "So wheres my money?"
- He quickly stood up and turned around to leave. "I said, Where is my money ahjussi!"
- He sighed and turned around, "It's not real JinAh, there isn't any money. He just needed you to sign these papers...and that's it."
- "Your joking right?"
- "I'm not, he also wanted me to tell you that he isn't paying the rent for this house anymore."
- "So that's it huh? That bastard is leaving me with nothing! Nothing at all!"
- "I'm sorry...JinAh-ssi. I tried to talk to him, but he didn't listen..."
- "IT'S YOUR FAULT! WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO NOW! I DON'T HAVE A JOB, OR MONEY, OR EVEN A FAMILY TO GO TO? YOU GET IT AHJUSSI! I HAVE NOTHING!!!"
- "I'm sorry JinAh. I will try to talk to him again."
- "You won't." I walked up to him and paused. Before I gave him my Hell's Round House Kick in the face! He yelled in pain. That's when I stole the papers back and ripped them to shreds and threw them out his office window.
- "Now we are back to where we started Ahjussi. Sorry, I'm out."
- I cried as I raced out of the building all the way back into my apartment THAT BASTARD. THAT FREAKING BASTARD, GO DIE! That week, I locked myself in my house and closed the windows and cried my heart out. Once I had calmed myself down, I sat over by my only possession, my baby grand piano. I needed to get myself sane again.
- I decided to finally leave the house and take a walk, I noticed a poster that said, "YG Global Audition's in Korea!"
- Why not Im JinAh,
