Look upon the stars

It been weeks since you didn’t see Luhan. You went back to the original spot, the spot where you and Luhan always used to go. “What time is it…” you started to talk to yourself. “I wonder if Luhan is at school…” You sighed. “No. It’s 4pm. And no, school ended.” someone came up to you. You looked up, it was Luhan. You were surprised. “You got the time to think?” You asked him. “Yeah, I did.” Luhan sat right next to you. He stared at the sky. “You remember looking towards the sky, and finding the stars. You looked up, “yeah.” It was a clear beautiful night. You could see any constellation you can ever think of. “How many years has it been?” Luhan started to speak, “we been here since we were kids, right?” You looked at the sky, you nodded. “Say,” Luhan started to speak, “how…. how did you.. die?” You looked at him in surprise. Luhan never asked you this question for past 4 years. You looked towards the ground. “Swear you won’t get mad?” you asked him. Luhan nodded, “i promise.” When you were about to tell him, Soeun came in. You glared at her. “What are you doing here?” Luhan asked her kindly. You glared at him for saying that. “I was just in the neighborhood. It’s getting dark, why are you out here?” “Same goes to you. A girl at this age shouldn’t be out.” Soeun smiled, and sat next to Luhan. You clenched your fists. “I was at my cousins house, they said they had something amazing to show me. You?” Soeun asked Luhan. Her eyes, it seemed like… she likes Luhan. “I was looking at the stars.” Luhan looked up. When Luhan looked, Soeun laid her head on his shoulders.
You wanted to punch her. You wanted to kill her. You wanted to make her suffer how you did. But, you couldn’t. You couldn't do it. Luhan was there. Smiling nicely to her. He was always kind. Even to the people who were mean to him, he always were nice. You couldn’t hit Soeun, Luhan was smiling. He was happy to see her. All you could do is, stare at him… Look in the distance. Right when they were saying goodbyes… Soeun… Kissed Luhan. And you saw it, all of it… Right in front of you.
