"Mommy, Daddy? Why are you sleeping? We have to go! Everything's burning!"
You cradle your parents' heads in your arms. An explosion is heard from behind you.
"Mommy! Come on! Stop the Red Milk from pouring out, It hurts"
You put your mothers hand on your arm. "You always said you could heal it!!"
Your house falls to the ground and people are screaming. You start crying.
"Mommy! Daddy! Please wake up!!"
Tears fall on their faces.
"Mirae?" "Mirae!"
You hear. You turn around.
"Mino!"
He rushes over to you, and grabs your hand.
"We have to go, Mirae,bad people are coming." ,
"But what about my mommy and daddy?" , "They'll-"
Gunfire and screaming grow and you start crying harder.
"Come on, Mirae, we got to go! Your Mommy and Daddy will be fine, just stay with me!" , "NO!! I Can't leave mommy...and daddy..."
You push Mino away.
"Mirae....I had to leave my mommy and daddy too..." , "Huh...?"
He holds your hand tighter. You spot a little red ribbon on his pinkie finger, but decide to not ask about it.
"Bad people are coming, Mirae."
Soldiers are coming from every which why and suddenly your hand wasn't connected with Mino's.
"Mino?! Where are you going?!"
Mino tries fighting the soldiers to reach you but you're pulled farther apart.
"Mino? Mino! MINO!!"

You wake up, sweating. "Another nightmare."
"Mirae, are you alright?"
It was Jin, A close friend you met a couple years after the tragic day.
"Yeah, It was just another nightmare."
He sits beside you and lays his hand on your shoulder
"Are you sure you want to go back to work so soon? Your nightmares are just getting worse."
You pat his head and smile.
"I'll be okay. It's my first day coming back after a couple months. I'm surprised they havent fired me!"
"Why work Mirae? You are filthy rich already, you don't need to work, you can just relax for the rest of your life here."
"I can't try and be normal?"
You laugh.
"That's not what I meant."
Jin gets up and brushes the dust off his pants.
"Honestly....You need to go home and stop babysitting me. I don't like being in debt."
Jin laughs, and smiles.
"I'm just being the best friend I can be. If I was going to charge you, I would be rich."
You get up and get ready. You rush Jin out of your apartment and lock the door.
"I've got work, so I'll see you a couple of hours." , "Gotcha."
You wave goodbye to Jin and set off on your way.

You arrive at your workplace and are greeted by just about everyone.
"Yes, hello everyone! I'm back!"
One of your fellow coworkers rushes up to you and smiles.
"Mirae, the HOTTEST guy just joined our team a couple days ago! Come and see!"
New guy? No one even BOTHERED to email me about this!
"Okay, lead the way."
She rushes past many meeting rooms along with the lounge. Up the elevator and through the eye scanner, the door opens up to your teams computer desks, etc.
"Guys, Mirae's back!"
Suddenly a guy you've never seen before shoots up from his chair. You recognize him instantly after he says the words...
"Mirae?"
Your eyes widen.




"...Mino?"

Hello~ I'm starting up a new series, and If you like it people comment,vote and subscribe ^o^! I really like this series so far. I really wanted to write a tragic type of story, but I never got around to it. If you are observant, I am using different writing styles for the stories I'm writing currently to figure out what kind of writing style I like most.

I also really like the SNOTP(Soft Notes On The Piano) series, and I will continue to write it.

But as for ABS(A Breathless Summer) I will NOT continue to write. Here's why:

• I am so over the writing style it was made with
• Searching for the perfect images for the story is painful and kills time I dont have.
• The characters' depth and names are too hard for me to remember.
• It's now WAYY too basic for my taste
