I felt worry fill my whole body as it grew hot.

S.coups noticed my weird behavior as he walked up to me again.

"Hey, is something wrong?" he asked.

"Did Vernon just-"

"It's just acting, don't worry!" he calmed me down, but I didn't buy it.

"Let me talk to him okay?" he smiled as I nodded.
Before I knew it, I was left alone again.

Afraid of what he would say, I walked away, trying to hide myself.

Before I knew it, I heard S.coups' voice nearby.

No way! Did he do this on purpose?! I cursed in my mind.

"Hey Vernon, what was that acting all about?" he asked.

"Was it weird?" he asked unsure.

"It was good, maybe too good. You had the most simple part, why make so much out of it?"

"Well, I want to do a good job"

"Do you think (Y/N) would like it?"

"She is not here, so it doesn't matter right?"

"Were you always this towards her?" S.coups asked with anger in his voice.

"No, but, things changed."

"Why do you suddenly butt in?" he asked irritated.

"Because I care about (Y/N)"

"Leader? Do you-"

"I just don't want her to get hurt" he responded in a stern tone.
"Really?" Vernon asked.

Silence filled the room between them.

I sneak peaked at them, and I saw them just standing there, staring at each other.
"Vernon, do you love her?"
"what kind of stupid question is that?"

"If you don't, I take her" he confessed.
"I do love her, but this long distance is just too hard for me."

"Well, (Y/N) is doing everything to keep it going!" S.coups snapped.

"How do you know? You don't know how clingy she can be!" Vernon yelled back.

So, me trying to keep our relationship together was being clingy?

"Sorry for wanting us to be together" I said, revealing my hiding spot.
"(Y/N)?! W-what are you doing here?!" Vernon asked me with widen eyes.

"Spare it Vernon... If you wanted to end it, just say so. It hurts less" I said before walking away from the location.

Surprising, my tears didn't fall from my eyes.

Vernon was panting, like he was out of breath.

I just stared blankly at him, listening to his explanation.

"I know I have been cold towards you since the day I visited, but that was because..."

"We had an important meeting that day"

"What?!" I asked furious.
"And you didn't tell me?!"

"So you decided to just ignore every damn thing?"
He didn't answer my question so I spoke up again.
"And what was it with that girl anyway?? Your acting looked really realistic, too real to be honest" I rolled my eyes.

"That was because I missed being close to a girl!"
"So just any girl is fine with you!?"

"Of course not! But I had to act right?!"

"The director told me to imagine the girl as you when I acted, so I did.

I felt guilty for yelling at him so I tried to cheer him up.

He slowly leaned in, making our foreheads touch.
"I really wish you could stay with me forever" he whispered.

"Maybe I can" I smiled.

"I talked to my job, and maybe I could start working here in Seoul" I smirked as I watched Vernon's reaction.

He lifted me up starting to spin me around.
As soon as he sat me down, he leaned in, kissing my lips.

"I really do love you (Y/N)." he smiled.
"I love you too Vernon"

"Do you forgive me?" he asked, making a puppy face.

"Just if you make me breakfast tomorrow" I smiled.
"Deal" he kissed my forehead.
