You and I

I decided to leave the company, only to go back and hangout with Lily again after talking thinking about what my father had said to me. By the time I got back to the venue,she was already preparing to start the first song,so I sat down in one of the stadium chairs and watched her preform. As she was preforming, I could see the passion and the dedication that she had within her something that I didn't have starting out. To me everything has always been somewhat handed to me because of my father being the founder of Stardom entertainment,so it was easy to make it to the top without any problem.

Whenever I didn't get my way, I would come into my father office complaining about it and he would seek out that the issue gets situated. Then not only that, my father would do anything for me no matter what which made it even worse, he would go out of his way and start firing employees if they did anything bad to me from being at the top or if I came to him complaining about something. Moreover, sometimes as a employee if you were lucky enough you wouldn't be fired, your paycheck would be lessened or be suspended for a view days or so. I truly envy Lily and many other artists that they get to experience real conflict and even make good friends.

Qri,Namjoon,Eun Jung, and Boram are more like childhood friends than real friends of mine. I didn't really have to do much to befriend them, of course me and Namjoon have all ways been close. The reasoning behind that was because his father and my father was business men before we even was thought about. Our father and mother basically wanted us to be close friends,yet I don't really regret our friendship. Then, I met Qri through Namjoon sense they both did a collaboration for one of her comeback albums,but I never really took a liking to her that much.

However, Namjoon seemed to like her very much,so I kinda didn't mind having her around simply because he liked her. Then, their was Eun Jung who is like a female image of me,yet she to can be a handful sometimes as well. We met due to Qri being longtime friends with her and she decided to transfer to our company. Boram and I are childhood friends,we met in High school and then we fell in love with each other.

''Kai, What are you thinking about so sudden?'' Lily asked

''Nothing!'' I replied back

''Are you sure its nothing? Cause you look like you were thinking hard about something. Could it be about Boram?'' she asked curiously

''No! I don't want to be in a relationship with her anymore with her, we are officially done,but we still can be friends. If that's okay with you and you don't mind me hanging out with her.'' I told her

''Babe, Of course. I don't mind you hanging out with her besides you guys have been friends for a long time before I was even in the picture. This is your life not mines,do as you please,but be careful.'' she responded back softly

''Lily, you sure are a nice girl and also understanding of my feelings. You are just the right person that I need in my life,so please be by my side forever no matter what.'' I said to her kissing her on her cheek

''Thank you! Well, I have to go and continue to rehearse for my upcoming concert and to answer your question. Yes, I am going to attend this years company dinner party as I always,so you can stop thinking so hard about.'' she said proudly walking off to the front of the stage

After spending time with her, My heart finally felt at ease knowing that she was going to attend the dinner,so I decided to take her along with me in one car. Instead of her going with her manager in one of the company's cars like she always do and I could also go shopping with her to buy an outfit to her liking. However, I wanted to buy her a gift,but I didn't know what she liked,so I decided to wait on that thought before embarrassing myself.

It was the day of the dinner and the others were so excited for the performance. As for me, I was excited to take Lily to the dinner as her boyfriend and she as my girlfriend. I don't know how they would react to the both of us as a couple,but I didn't care anyway no more. We made sure that everything was in place and in order,so we could get the show started. I went back to the company Stardom, to make sure that Lily was dress and prepared so we could head to the location.

She looked so amazing when I saw her come from the dressing room, she had on a long white dress with sparkles and white shoes to match. Before leaving, I placed a necklace that had my name engrave in it for her,so I placed on her neck. She loved it and kiss me in happiness. As we made our way to the entrance, the others were already there at the dinner and was seated waiting for me. Lily and I had our hand interlocked as we made our way to the table. The others and the artists were all shocked that we were together,but it seemed that my father was smiling happily as if we were getting married.

As we both made our way to our table, everyone kept on whispering and hissing. I didn't mind because if they didn't like us as a couple then they would have to deal with it. When I turned to look at her, she was smiling in that gorgeous dress that she picked out for herself and the gift that I got her and that was all that mattered. It was time for Boram and Qri to preform their song together on stage,so they stood up and preformed. When their performance ended everyone was so amazed at how good Boram could sing.

Which it ended in a success it made us happy seeing that the chairmans were happy with the performance secret that we put on. After the show ended, everyone chatted and ate while enjoying themselves which also made me happy seeing everyone happy. Of course, The others didn't say much about my grand entrance with Lily,but I know that they will eventually have something to say about it. Moreover as the dinner was coming to an end, Lily stood up and disappeared for a minute only to appear on the stage in front of us. She had made a costume change from the dress to an more outfit that was made to preform in,yet everyone was shocked that she was going to put on a preformance of her own.

Everyone gave her their undivided attention to see what she was going to sing and how good she was going to do. She decided to sing one of her songs off the 'Winter solstice' album I only knew that because I was the only one who listened to it. She did amazing,so as a bonus I decided to go up with her and preform with her which also surprise the audience as well. But everyone seemed to loved it specially my rap part that I had freestyle. After her preformance everyone was cheering for her and clapping for her not only her,but us as well. It made us both proud as she leaned in to kiss me before heading back to her table.

I could see the others angry face from the front of the stage,so I decided to keep my distance from them as possible. However, I was still proud on the fact that both shows were a success and thats all that mattered as well. I took Lily back home and she even invited me in side her dorm,so I decided to sleep there with her.
