Taehyung wandered around the library, he was supposed to be getting help from Namjoon with some of the heavier mathematics in his Engineering for the Modern Age class. The entire library was empty save for a few people in the history section and one of the student librarians working the front desk. He tiptoed around his battered vans hitting the carpeted floors. Namjoon had told him to meet him in the back where rows upon rows of tables sat, but once he got there there was nobody. He looked around again, hoping for a glimpse of the tall, lanky, silver haired boy. An exasperated sigh left him; once the sound left him someone hunched over a thick text book's head snapped up to glare at the loud boy. He waved his hands apologetically with a boxy smile.

After a few more minutes of wandering aimlessly he wandered back to the table area of the building. There was a girl sitting alone at a table, her messy black hair falling around her face as she stared down at an intimidatingly large textbook. Wondering if maybe she knew Namjoon, Taehyung made his way over to her. He tapped her shoulder lightly, she jumped and looked up at him.
"Ne?" She questioned after a moment.
"I was wondering if you knew a friend of mine; he's tall, lanky, goth, silver hair?"
He wasn't sure how else to describe his hyung.
"Ah, Namjoon-oppa? Ne, he and I are going to study here soon if you'd like to wait with me." She nodded towards the empty seat beside her. Grinning Tae took the seat.
"Ah! My name is Kim Taehyung."
"I'm Mi Chiyun, nice to meet you." She offered him a smile.

Chiyun looked at the boy beside her; his glossy looking black hair was covered by a battered looking black dad cap that was turned backwards. The rest of his outfit seemed worn in as well. He wore a pair of just-above-the-knee shorts that hugged his legs but it was easy to tell that he wore them a lot due to the worn patterns on the tops of the thighs, they were rolled once or twice at the bottom. A loose white t-shirt covered his chest, and that itself was covered partially by a large black and green flannel which had the sleeves rolled up just past his elbows. His face was rather handsome, albeit childlike in a way.
He reached into his backpack and pulled a book that was titled The Mathematical Gateway to Engineering.
"Is Namjoon-oppa helping with your math?"
She couldn't help but be curious.
"Ne! I guess he double booked himself today." He chuckled.
"I guess so." She laughed as well.

"What are you studying?" Taehyung asked, he leaned over her shoulder and looked into her text book.
"Oh, this is for one of my Philosophy courses. Namjoon-oppa and I usually study together for this class."
"Ah? Are you a philosophy major too?"
"Ne."
"Oh! Cool, are you good at math?"
"I'm okay at it, I'm not sure how good I'd be with the engineering aspect though."
He grinned even wider as she smiled over at him, his grin was cute. It was a boxy kind of smile that showed almost all his teeth.
"What's your major?" Chiyun asked, he seemed so free and careless but he was studying a heavy math.
"I'm a Mechanical Engineering major, but I really like my minor too. My minor is Geology."
"Really? Those are some pretty hefty courses."
"The science comes naturally, it's just the math that messes me up. I understand it but I can't write it down, ya know?"
"I gettcha."

Finally after a while of talking the boy they were both looking for finally arrived. He had his backpack slung messily over his shoulder, he had some ink smudged on his cheek.
"Hyung!" Tae yelled.
"Shh!" A sharp voice hissed from the front desk.
Taehyung quickly bowed in apology.
"Sorry, I got busy. My last client went longer than I had anticipated. Chiyun, I'm very sorry. I didn't mean to tell you we'd study and tell Tae he and I would. I understand if you're frustrated."
"Ah, it's not a problem. Taehyung and I have had a wonderful time just kinda talking."
Tae felt his face stretch into a grin again.
"Ah, good. Tae, is this the math you were talking about?"
"Ne."
"Okay, let's get started."

The time went by quickly, after around forty-five minutes the math was explained and finished. Chiyun felt slightly disappointed because now Taehyung wouldn't have a reason to stick around. He closed his book and put it into his bag but didn't make move to leave.
"Hey we should go get dinner when you guys are done. That new ramen shop on campus is usually empty on Fridays, weird right?"
"Sounds great." Chiyun commented with a smile.
"Yeah, you should text everyone else and have them come with us. For once it wont be an odd number." Namjoon commented as he dug through his backpack for the philosophy book.
"Aye-aye." Tae mock saluted him and pulled his phone from his pocket.

The group of three walked in a small line across the quad; Tae in the middle, Namjoon and Chiyun on either side of him. The ramen shop was on the opposite side of the campus from the library. Apparently a large group of boys would be meeting them there, or so Namjoon had commented as they finished their study session.
Chiyun looked at Tae again; his hands shoved into his pockets, he'd gaze up at the sky occasionally. Every now and again someone would call out a hello to him. He'd offer them his boxy smile and wave.

Tae smiled to himself as he walked beside Chiyun, she had a certain air about her that really drew him in. She was calm and relaxed about things, but he'd had the chance to see her look serious as well. As she and Namjoon had began discussing the Philosophy course her eyes became determined and serious. She looked casual in what she wore. Her messy looking black hair was tousled from running her hands through it often. She wore a pair of ripped up black jeans and a maroon tank top, over the tank top she had a beaten up denim jacket that was covered in patches. She wore a pair of creepers that made her come up to Tae's chin. She wore a black cord choker that was wrapped around her neck a couple times, a long silver chain with a simple black crystal hung around her neck as well.

As the trio made their way up to the ramen shop on campus the sound of loud voices could heard.
"Yah! Hyung! You can't be so mean!" A sweet sounding voice cried out in was sounded to be pain.
Chiyun glanced over at the two boys beside her who seemed to be completely at ease in that situation.
They got closer and it was easier to make out five figures standing next to one of the cherry trees a little bit off of the sidewalk next to the ramen shop.
There were two rather short men, the shortest of which seemed to be the cause of the loud voice. He had orange-y copper hair, and a soft looking face. Chiyun had seen him around campus occasionally when she went into the art building.
The other shorter guy seemed to be the antagonizer, he had messy bleached out blonde hair and wore all black.
"Yoongi-hyung. You shouldn't bully him too much, he means well." Namjoon commented as they got closer to them.
The man with bleached out hair scoffed and rolled his eyes before commenting,
"He shouldn't be so sensitive."
He then proceeded to wrap an arm around the copper haired man.

"Ah, Chiyun-ssi! These are our friends, that's Jin-hyung! He's a cullinary major, he's also our RA."
The man that Tae had pointed out was almost as tall as Namjoon, he had fluffy looking brown hair and a soft smile that did not match his broad and tall build.
She bowed quickly, once she rose he bowed as well.
"This is Hobi-hyung! He's a dance major."
A man with messy black hair that was pushed off his forehead smiled widely at her, he had a lean build that seemed to fit that of a dance major.
"This is Yoongi-hyung, but you heard Namjoon-hyung point that out already. He's a music major."
She had seen Yoongi in passing in the library or around the quad where he seemed to study often, not only that but she was vaguely aware that he and Namjoon where roommates. She bowed again and he did the same.
"These two are Jiminnie, and Jungkookie!"
"Yah! I'm your hyung." The copper haired boy, Jimin whined.
The final boy that was apparently named Jungkook was just slightly shorter than Tae, he had messy looking black hair and a youthful face.

After the introductions the large group of eight sat at a table, their side dishes scattered over the huge table that occupied a good portion of one of the small rooms attached to the main part of the shop.
"Chiyun-ssi," Jin started, "What's your major?"
"I'm a Philosophy major." She smiled at him.
"Really? You must have a lot of classes with Namjoon."
"A few. He's a very good study partner."
"Ah! That's why you were all together, that makes sense now." Jimin cut in a look of realization flashing across his face.
"What's your minor?" Yoongi questioned his elbow leaned against the table and his chin resting atop his hand.
"Astronomy, I really enjoy doing it."
"Are you in the Astronomy Club with Namjoon?" Hoseok asked, a wide grin on his face.
"Hm? Oh! Yes! I asked Namjoon-oppa to join with me. I thought he might enjoy it plus it could maybe serve for artistic inspiration."

Taehyung grinned as he felt Chiyun's leg brush his as she shifted on the bench beside him in their booth table. She was sat right next to the wall, he was beside her, next to him was Jimin, and then Namjoon. Everyone was questioning her and practically hanging on her every word. She let out a laugh and Tae grinned even wider, she sounded like a bell ringing. It was something light and relaxed.

Dinner ended and the large group stood to leave, Jimin stood beside Chiyun and Tae on the other side of her.
"What building do you live in?" Tae questioned, the smile still having not left his face through dinner.
"Hm? Oh, I live in 006."
"Ah, we live in 518. Jimin and I share a room, and Yoongi-hyung and Namjoon-hyung are roommates, and Hobi-hyung and Seokjin-hyung share a room. Oh, Jungkook shares a room with his friend Yugyeom."
She smiled at him again and he felt joy fill him even more.
"Really?"
"Ne. I should walk you back to your dorm, it's dark and late." Taehyung commented with a grin.
"Ah, ne. Thank you, Taehyungie! Namjoon-oppa, I'll see you tomorrow for the Metaphysics lecture?"
"Ne, ne. Have a good night Chiyun-ssi." The tallest of the seven boys called out as Tae pulled on her arm.

"Chiyuniee!" Tae laughed/whined as she walked extremely slowly as he tried tugging her forward.
"Yah! You shouldn't rush me." The smaller of the two couldn't help but giggle up at the boy.
Finally giving up he slowed to walk right beside her, he shot her a wide smile and extended his hand out to her. It didn't seem forward or awkward with him at all, it just seemed to be in his personality. He was obviously an affectionate person. She placed her far smaller hand into his and chuckled as he began to swing him in large movements.
"Do you like your major?"
"I really do, it's something that I'm very interested in and have a pretty great understanding of."
"You seem to be really good at it, does that come naturally too?"
"I study a lot, I don't really get a lot of sleep but it's okay because one day I'll be doing something amazing with my degree. What about you? You must really enjoy engineering."
"Ne! It's amazing, being able to design things that function, I was working on a robot for Robotics club the other day and it's coming together really well."
"Really?"
"Yeah! You should totally come over some time and see it!"
"I should." She said with a grin.

"Welp, this is my stop." Chiyun commented as they stood before her building.
"Here, you should give me your number and we can hang out." Tae commented with a sunny smile.
Chiyun smiled back and reached into her bag and pulled out a sharpie. She scribbled her number down on his arm and passed it to him, extending her arm to him. He messily scribbled down some digits and handed the sharpie back.
"Have a good night, Taehyungie."
"You can just call me Tae-Tae! But yes, you too!" He pulled his hand away from her and waved slightly before turning around and heading back towards building 518.
