Candle Lights

I woke up a little dizzy, not remebering exactly were I had slept, but certain is was not my bed thanks to a stiff neck. It seemed like it was really early outside, a little after sunrise I'd say, judging by the little light that came in through the blinds. I started getting a up slightly in order to look at my soroundings and shake the diziness off, which happenned quite quickly as something moved under the covers beside me. I almot had a silent instantanious heart attack just as I remebered I slept in the same room as the boys so moving covers were absolutely normal. And my thoughts were met by a small mumbling coming from the covers beside me, confirming Suga was the one who almost killed me unknowingly. I chuckled as silently as I could at this thought as I layed back down, giving up on the idea of waking up, and going back to sleep a little more.

I had a very light sleep from that point on, inbetween conscious and unconscous state, so I couldn't really tell weather I was dreaming or not. There were various weird situations that flashed in front of my eyes, sometimes I was really far away in an island, or a desert and sometimes I was back at my appartment with the boys doing various strange things. I could hear them talk but it didnt make sense so I just gave in to another strong fatigue wave as I dozed off deeper intp drea,ms yet again.

Next time I felt myself emerging back into reality, I felt a small breath of air stroking my hair gently. I was still halfway dreaming that I was laying in a bed of flowers as I opened my eyes slowly. And to my surprise they met another pair of brown irides. The pupils widened quite quickly and by the time I had blinked to clear my view, they were gone, followed by a strondous noise next to the door. Still confused I looked in that direction to find Jung Kook getting himself up, as he seemed to have tripped on the covers laying around. I blinked a third time and he was gone. Intrigued by what had just happenned, I decided it was time to get up and stop having weird dreams.

I stretched vigorously, sat up and to my surprise, I was alone in the room, tangled amongst the colorful covers. I tried to get up from under the covers but a chilly air awated for me, so I took a lighter cover and wrapped in around my shoulders. I stepped outside and 3 colorfull heads turned ly way and smiled.

'She's alive, ladies and gentleman!' - the mint haired boy stated, smiling pleased with his joke.

'Good morning to you too' - I answered gigling and yawning.

'Sorry to dissapoint you but it's actually good afternoon' - the pink head turned to me, smirking.

'What do you mean?' - I replied, confused.

'Do you know what time it is?' - Jimin asked tilting his orange head.

'Obvisouly not, otherwise she wouldn't have that confused sleepy look on her face' - Jin said gently, entering the room, coming from the kitchen with a cereal bowl in his hands.

'OH SHE'S POUTING' - a smily and energetic Hobi came running to my cheeks yet again. I dind't even realize that I actually was pouting to Jin's words.

'Yah, J-Hope! my cheeks aren't made of play doh! - I couldn't stop mysel from laughing at this weird morning reunion.

'Hey! Those are MY play doh cheeks!' - Tae slapped J-hope's hands slightly as to indicate him to take his hand off and grabed it with his own hand.

'Hey!' - I looked at Tae, probably with ahamster face as they were both pulling my cheeks in opposed directions.

'Kids let's at least let her eat some breakfast before we start tearing her apart' - Omme Jin intervened calmly and handed me the cereal bowl he had been holding.

'Oh, thank you' - I felt touched he though about my breakfast, which made my thoughts wake up - 'Oh my, I'm sorry, have you guys eaten anything yet? Do you want me to make something for you?'

'It's ok (y/n), we're fine, the pink princess already made breakfast for us' - Rap monster told me reasuringly.

'I took the liberty to use the kitchen to start doing things for everyone as I woke up first. I hope it doesn't bother you' - Jin smiled.

'Oh no not at all!' - I said relieved and thakful to Jin then turned to Namjoon - 'And let me ask who are you, of all people, to call anyone the pink princess?' - I said flicking his hair with my fingers, to which the others obviously started laughing.

'Ok you win this round' - His said after a little while thinking of a comeback, to which Hobi highfived me.

'Any news from outside?' - I asked as I started to eat my breakfast, now sitting down on the couch.

'Not really, we were a little focused on eating and waiting for you to wake up actually - Jimin said.

'Oh let's listen to the radio then' - I suggested and they agreed. We sintonized the radio again an sat quietly listening to the news. They were quiet observing my exprssions as I was the only one actually understanding what was being sad, though they repeated the same message in english after. Only the crunching sound of my chewing and the radio filled the room for a couple of minutes until I choked on my own food. they knew something was up.

'Are you okay?' - Kookie asked worried. I hadn't event noticed when he appeared in the room or if he had been there all along and just didn't sepak up.

'I am' - I said as I calmed down and drew another breath, and looked to the leader - 'But you're not going to like what I heard'

'Stop the suspense, what's wrong?'

'Well we are now officially quarantined. Our region of the city isn't as badly atteinted as others were by the storm, so the zones were people are in danger are a priority for help to attain. As this zone is a quite well off neighbourhood, people have more means to survive without help so for now help will be coming only in at least 14 days, as for now there are still many snow storms to come in the next days. They need to get to the people who are in danger first'

'Ok, that means we will be isolated for at least 14 days from now?' - Suga asked

'Yes, it seams we'll be cornered in the part of city for at least that time' - Rap monster said and I noded.

'It's a good thing we made provisions for quite some time then, otherwise it could have been a big problem' - Hobi noted trying to light up the little gloomy ambience.

'True, we'll just have to figure out a way for us not to freeze for now. At least we have a quite confortable shelter to stay' - Jimin continued, glaring a little at Suga, which made me laugh, remebering the state I found him in last night in their room. The rooms!

'Alright then, if you guys will be staying for 14 days I will assign you to the real bedrooms of the house, and NO' - I interrupted as V was goinng to say it was not needed -'You will not continue sleeping on the floor, we have enough rooms in this house for you guys not to have scoliosis by the end of this madness'

'Alright, alright. How many rooms are there so we can settle on who sleeps with who?' - Rap Monster rose his hands in rendition when I thretened to interrupt him.

'Well there's my room, my sister's, my parents and the guest room' - I said as I counted on my fingers.

'Good, that'll be more than enough. that makes two rooms of two and one room of three' - Jin said and the leader acquieced.

'What do you mean a room of three? Someone will have a room alone, my bedroom only has a single bed' - I scratched my head.

'And were would you be sleeping?' - the maknae asked.

'In the dance room' I answered simply.

'You have legit lost your mind if you really think we're allowing you to sleep anywhere but you're bed because of us' - Suga stated and they all nodded serious.

'From what I'm seing there isn't even a point for me to try to argue' - I gave up and they moved on to choosing the roommates -'So back to the roommates, how will you guys choose?'

'How about we draw straws, three different sizes, the ones who get the same will be roomies?' - suggested Tae, to which they all agreed. I went into the kitchen, cut 7 straws, ligned their top parts and hit the bottom one inside my hand and came back.

'OK, you'll take it and wait for everyone to have one then reveal who's with who' - I stated and I could feel them growing nervous - 'Let's start with the eldest' - I turned to JIn. He took the second to the right and turned around to see. One by one they took straws until only one lasted and it was for Jung Kook.

'Why don't I get to choose?' - he complained jokingly, and dramatized - 'Fate is imposed on me, while I like to make my own fate!'

'OH, just take the straw already to be over with the suspense' - Jimin stated, hohlding tightly on his straw.

'Ok, on 3 you will meet your roomate' - I said - '1... 2... 3!'

Once again there were cheers and there were tears. They ended up separated in three rooms: the guest room would host Jin, Hobi and Tae, Jimin and Namjoon would share my sister's room which left Kookie and Yoongi to sleep in my parent's room. The matter settled, we all proceeded to moving the little stuff they had into the bedrooms, so I could show them the rest of the house and how things worked.

'So this is my sister's room, but really feel at home and use it as your own' - I said as I opened the door and let them in.

'It's so tidy!' - Kookie let out in an impressed whisper.

'She is the tidiest of the family' - I smiled.

'And we shall hope it stays that way' - Suga spoke simply and they all eyed Namjoon for some unknown reason *cof* irony *cof*

'One last little thing, here' - I said as I opened the door to the bathroom and brought them in - 'We'll have to share this bathroom, as if you open this other door, it leads to my room. So whenever you'll come in to shower, please remeber to lock my access as to avoid some accidents'.

'Yeah, we'll make sure to remeber that' Jimin said, blushing lightly

'Oh that explains the impressive amount of washing creams and make up on the counter' - pointed out Suga, trying to help us and change subjects.

'Yes, sorry! I'm going to make some room for you guys as well to put things here and feel free to use all you want in here as well' - I said, then moved back into what would now be their room - 'So please feel at home! This room is yours now'.

'Thank you, (y/n)!' - Both Namjoon and Jimin said together as the rest of us walked out and to the other rooms. We then moved to my parents bedroom.

'Kookie, Yoongi, here's your room' - I opened the door, entered, and motionned them to follow me.

'Wow, it's big' - Suga let it slip.

'It is one of the biggest of the house yes' - I smiled at their admiration - 'and, you've got your own bathroom'

'Nice!' - the maknae went to take a look - 'There's even a bathtub! I really wan to take a nice warm shower'

'The towels will be in the first drawer' - I pointed as I spoke then something came back to my mind - 'Just a little thing: as here the light switch isn't in the bathroom but in the room, you have to turn it on before you go in, so be careful not to let your roomie in the dark under the shower'

'Great, you just gave the little devil a marvelous idea to make my life hard' - Suga looked desperate.

'She sure did' - Kookie confirmed with a mischevious glint in his eyes.

'That's for the both of you to handle from now on' - I laughed at their disbelief and took the other three to their room.

'Last but not least: the guest room' - I opened and they followed me in -'So here you have a double bed, and someone will have to sleep on the little bed on the floor, and you guys too have your own bathroom'

'This is great, thank you' - Jin smiled gently.

'The covers are in the cupboards, there are some old things in there to which I'll try to find a new spot so you can have space for your things' - I held my hand on my chin thinking of wether I ahd forgotten anything.

'Are we allowed to used that computer?' - asked V, visibly excited at the sight of the electonic.

'As soon as we have electicity back on' - I laughed and then remebered and felt my heart clench a little - 'Oh right, we need to find a solution for the heating of the rooms, or else we'll all freeze'

'Isn't this a fire place?' - J-hope asked innocently.

'You're a genious!' - my heart felt easier and I hugged him in a reflex. It's only after a few seconds I realised what I had done and pulled myself together and apologized looking down - 'I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to. I mean I meant to but it was just a reflex... I forgot about the boudaries... I'm'

And I was interrupted by a bear hug.

'Please, don't apologize. If it's okay to you, it doesn't bother me, I like hugs!' - Hobi said folding his arms around me, surprising me with his actions.

'In that case I want a hug too!' - Said V, who came and hugged us both.

'Now I feel left out' - pouted Jin, who then completed the group hug.

'Guys, it's beautiful but I can't breathe' - I said laughing, my voice being muffled by the various layers of human flesh. we all let go of each other and I turned my attention to the former matter - 'I'm goign to get the others, we should probablly go back to the supermarket and get more food, but also look for firewood'

Knock, Knock

'Yes?' - answered Jimin from inside the room.

'Is everyone dressed? Can I come in?' - I asked, I didn't to cause more unnecessary discomfort.

'How could we not be dressed if we don't have anything else to wear?' - Namjoon opened the door with an ironic expresion.

'Oh god, we have so much to take care of' - I sighed exasperated but a funny thought crossed my mind.

'Oh, oh... looks like someone had an idea' - the leader frowned.

'Yes I did! I was already coming over to call you so we could go down to the supermarket to replenish our stocks, get firewood and other survival goods, but I just remembered they have a clothing section there as well'

'Are we going shopping?' - the mint haired boy spoke right behind me, making both my and Jimin's hearts jump.

'Where did you come from?' - I asked, my hand on my heart.

'It's a very good idea, we would need that eventually anyway' - Jimin agreed, after the little scare.

'And we don't know if we'll keep having access to the supermarket if it keeps snowing like this' - Jung Kook said coming into the room and looking out of the window.

'It's settled then' - I smiled.

'Let's get the coats and go' - the pink haired boy propped to his feet - 'Let's go get the others.'

The three other members agreed promptly to go shopping with us. Everyone got their designated coats for the cold and we all stood outside in the balcony with a very interesting soundtrack:

'We're going shopping, we're going shopping' - J-hope did his happy dance.
