Eternal Love

A little note before we start, since this is a fantasy the years and ages are going to be a little different. So....
100 years = 6 human years
Eun is 300 years old (18)
Soo is 320 years old(19ish)

(Eun's POV)
100 years... It has been 100 years since I have last met him...
And now this?...

I enjoy recalling my memories from 200 years ago...
That was when just turned 100 (6)... I was much of an innocent child, there was nothing for me to worry and nothing to be sad about...
I lived in a fancy cave with my parents, 2 older brothers and one older sister, who had always been my best friend...
We aged slowly, matured slowly and grew slowly...
I liked the way things were back then... Since now it's all different...
Our family are all Kuhimos (nine tailed foxes), so we have a very special job to do on this planet. Forgot to tell you, our planet is called EXO planet, and it has existed for over a billion years...
Kuhimos are known for controling the weather and the stars in the sky. My father controlled the rain, my mother controlled the snow. My oldest brother Jiyong controlled Mars and my other brother Jin controlled the Venus. For my sister and I, we are actually the most important... We were born to control the sun and moon, mama said that we were born with the moon and sun birthmarks. She also said that this happened very rarely when Kuhimos were called to control the sun and moon. I controlled the moon, so my sister Soo has the harder job... Poor Soo...
We seems to be very important to this world... But our position among all the packs are actually not very high...
First of all, on top of everyone else... There's the wolves, our old neighbor...
They were powerful and rich. They gets all the respects and all the wealth. Our king of the entire planet is the Wolf King, he had lived for over thousands of years, he has all the wisdom you can ever ask for...
The King's wife gave birth to 9 sons, known as the EXO packs. They were around the same time as my sister and I were born. When the princes were born, people celebrated for a long time, my brother Jin always talks about those joyful days when the little princes were born.
On my 100th birthday, I went out by myself for the first time to play. Mother finally trusted me to let me go alone... So I walked... Pretty far away until I reached a very grand castle.
"Wow!!!" The baby me exclaimed.
The castle's door was closed, there were no guards. So I knocked on it, really loudly.
"Can someone open the door for me?" I yelled mindlessly.
I kept on banging at the door until the door opened by a little bit and a small little boy sneaked out.
He looked like he's trying to run away from someone, or at least not to be seen by anyone.
"Hey! Who are you?" I yelled, I was much of an rude kid.
The little boy turned to me, "Me? You don't know who I am?"
I shook my head, clueless.
"Well... You better do now, I'm the fourth prince Eun! I'm 128 years old!" He said proudly, "Father said everyone except for mother and father needs to bow to me, so what are you?"
"Bow? Why?" I asked.
"Because my father said so!" The boy said, trying to look taller, because the 100 years old me was only a half head shorter.
"Oh..." I said, I gave the prince a little bow.
"Thank you..." The boy said weakly, "So where did you come from?"
"I'm from the Kuhimo pack. My father is the leader of the pack. My name is Eun." I said proudly.
"Really? Kuhimos for real? Do you really have 9 tails?" The boy said with wide eyes.
I nodded, "Yes! But I can't show it to strangers! Maybe when we get to know each other better! So what's your name?"
"Baekhyun!" Baekhyun said, smiling.
"Baekhyun..." The little me repeated, "Nice name!"
"You too!" We laughed...

Starting from that day.... Baekhyun and I become friends, sometimes his older brother Suho who was 135 years old would come to play with my sister and I.... But Suho prefer to hangout with my sister and Baekhyun and I get along better...

The only place we would go to play was the Yongji fountain... It was like a magical place for us. We would go there almost everyday, repeatedly, for over a hundred years...
It was usually just the 4 of us... But a older boy would always come and sit next to us. I once asked for his name, his said it was Xiumin. He was very nice, but he never plays with us. Baekhyun told me that it was because his hyung was too old to play with us (he was 145 years old when we I was 100) . I could always find his eyes on me, whenever our eyes meet, he would blush... He was a mysterious boy, unlike Suho and Baekhyun who were always so noisy and energetic... He was always sitting next to us with a book in his hand...

100 years later, I was around 200 years old (12). We played normally just like what we would do everyday, when suddenly Baekhyun said, "We should create our own secret code!"
"Why?" Soo asked.
"Because if we can't keep track of each other, to identify each other's identity would a lot easier." Baekhyun said excitedly, "I already have something in mind!"
"What?" I asked.
"Um.... I was thinking about "Yehet" Baekhyun said.
"Yehet? What's that?" I asked.
"It's something our little brother Sehun say a lot, he's your age Eun, he's 210 years old. "
"Sehun..." Suho said, "Poor Sehun, he's not allowed to come out to play since he got in trouble with father..."
"Is your father harsh?" Soo asked.
"Yes!" Baekhyun said, "He makes us do way too much work! We're just kids!"
"Baekhyun! Father thinks you're old enough to handle things your way!" Suho said.
"Your'e such a mom, hyung!" Baekhyun said jokingly.
"Don't you dare call me that!" Suho said.
Baekhyun realized what he did and starts to run away from Suho.
"Come back!!!" Suho yelled.
Soo and I both laughed, I turned to look at Xiumin, our eyes met again...

I dreamed that days like this would last forever, and that we could never grow up to be adults...
But that's impossible... Even though we aged slowly... One day we'll turn 300 and become an adult... Mama said that adults aged slower, you would look the same when you were 300 years old and 1000. Mother was 1030 years old back then, she looked young...
I would always ask my oldest brother how it felt to become an adult since he just turned 300.
"Oppa... Is it painful?" That was something I would always ask.
"Um... It's different... But I haven't find it painful yet." Jiyong would smile at me and rub my head saying, "Don't worry Eunnie, don't worry."
My brothers are the nicest people on EXO planet...

But the good days didn't last long, 20 years later, I turned 320 (13).
That year was the long year with much sadness and tears...
I could always remember that rainy morning when mother told us this, "Soona, Eunnie.... I don't want you guys to be sad, but we're moving.... To a place very far away from here..."
I cried and yelled, Soo did too.
"Mama! Why?? I like this place! I have my closest friends here..."
"Ya mama! I don't want to leave neither!!"
"Mother!!!!"
Mother looked sad too, "I know... I'm sorry... But we're going to come back someday!"
Soo and I cried for hours and days... At the end, mother won... We had to leave our warm and comfy home... We have to leave our best friends, or... I should say... My first love...
I couldn't get Baekhyun off my mind... I tried every single way possible to say good bye to him before we left... But it turned out that we never got a chance to...

My childhood was filled with laughter, joy, love.... And also sadness and tears...
So it ended up that I grew up to a person this...
Will I ever be able to see them again? To see him?
