A K-pop Idol's Guide to Surviving a Zombie Apocalypse

"Sehun, please stop laying woth the knives, you're freaking me out," hissed Chen, raising his own weapon - a long wooden practise swprd which he could barely life (haha) - threateningly. Rolling his eyes, the maknae stopped, and instead rolled over, lying spread-eagled on the floor. "I'm bored."

"You are bored." Key stared at him incredulously. "It is the e nd of the world, we might die tonight in horrible greusome deaths, we don't even have decent weapons, and you're bored?!"

Shrugging, Sehun stared around the room for a while, before standing up and walking out to where Kai and Taemin were last seen, before backtracking, grabbing a (clueless) Yixing and dragging him along with him, shutting the door.

"What was that." Jonghyun sighed. "You know, coming to think of it, I'm starting to get bored too." He laughed. "Who would have guessed?

"Then get some sleep," ordered Suho, pointing at the couch. "You'll all need sleep."

"I can't sleep," stated Chen dryly. "I'll just keep watch." He walked over to the barricades by the window and sat down, back facing them. Sighing, I looked at Suho. "I'll take a watch too from upstairs. Anyone else?"

Only Onew said yes. "What about Sehun, Kai, Lay, Taemin ... Where are they actually." He frowned. Standing up, I opened the door to yhe corridor, and in the first room, it was empty. Second room as the room with the... Body. Also barricaded in case it came alive or something like in the movies. Third door - yup, they were here. And -

"What are you doing??" I gaped at them. Only Lay replied to me. "Dancing. Can't you see?"

I had no idea how they danced without the music. "Why are you dancing?"

"We were bored," drawled Sehun. (Where's your respect maknae? Hey - don't look at me like that.) "And it's good excercise," added Kai. I also had no idea how they could talk normally whilst dancing. If it was me, I'll probably talk really weirdly. To the beat or something. (K'm not the only one who does that, you know? I know all of you guys!) "Um ... it's a zombie apocalypse," I said. Dumbly. Sniggering, Sehun replied, "Oh, sorry, I didn't notice those weird people chasing us and eating other people." I sighed. I was getting nowhere. "I'm guessing you guys don't want to take watch," I said. All four of the dancers nodded simutainiously - creepy. "Fine. Make sure you get skme sleep though, I think we will ... move in the morning."

Taemin stopped dancing. "Where will we go, hyung?" he asked, a hint of nervousness in his voice. I shrugged. "I honestly have no idea."

"Okay." Kai sighed. "I think I'll go to sleep now." Breaking away from the small group, he headed over to a corner and hopped onto a sofa. "Goodnight hyung." After an afterthought, he added, "Or maybe bad night." Grinning half-heartedly, I stepped out and headed back to the corridor and into what I think was the living room, where most of us were. "They're dancing. None of them keeping watch," I reported. Baekhyun blinked. "But it's not like we're going to have normal schedule tomorrow," he said bluntly. "I know. Onew hyung, you can keep watch near the back door. I'll go upstairs. We can switch in a few hours." They all nodded, and I finally settled down a few minutes later, peering out through a tiny crack in the barricades (a large warbdrobe and chair) down at the streets below, where I could see small, distorted black shapes beginning to emerge from the buildings, and started to hear the erratic moans that made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up . I was just glad that I couldn't see them properly - I wondered if they would look like the zombies in the movies.

Jongdae was right. I don't think I'll get much sleep tonight.

Further down the street, a streep lamp flickered and went out, plunging a section of the street into darkness.
