[TUESDAY, 7AM] I woke up early to a delicious smell from the kitchen. I had no idea who was cooking breakfast but it smelled like the diner i usually go to back home. I could smell pancakes, oatmeal, bacon, eggs, maple syrup, toast, and butter. There were other smells as well but the foods just blocked it all out. I got up from the couch and walked over to the kitchen. I sat on the stool and watched Ryan cook breakfast for us. I looked at him work and he was amazing. He looks so passionate with his work. As i sat there, he asks as placing the food onto plates.

Ryan (*asks) : so how did you sleep last night ?
Jane : good.
Ryan : it didn't seem like it.
Jane (*asks) : what did it seem like ?
Ryan : like you didn't want to be in the same room as me for the first night.
Jane : it's not that i didn't want to be in the same room as you.
Ryan (*asks) : then what is it ?
Jane : for the first time in forever, i couldn't fall asleep.
Jane : when i can't sleep, i usually find another place to sleep like in the living room.
Ryan : you’re really talented in what you do.
Jane (*asks) : is that a compliment from you ?
Ryan : yes.
Jane (*asks) : how did you know what i did ?
Ryan : i saw your sketches last night when i came down to check up on you.
Jane : i thought you were asleep.
Ryan : i was, for a while.
Jane : what you saw is just a hobby.
Ryan : but you do it for a living at the company you work for.
Jane : it is my job as a designer but i can deliver so little designs to someone who works higher than me.

After saying that, i got a little sad. So with Ryan seeing that, he says…

Ryan : go wash up and come back down for breakfast.
Jane (*slightly smiles & says) : okay.

I walked upstairs to get ready for my day.

Ryan’s POV.
I saw the way Jane looked when i told her about actually showing her designs to her company. I had a feeling that she didn't want to talk about it so i tried to change the subject to something else. Apparently, it worked and it got her mind off of it.

I brushed my teeth, took a shower, and got dressed into something more day ready. I wore a white loose t-shirt, tan rolled up sleeve blazer, blue colored skinny pants, silver pointy high heels, with big bouncy curls at the bottom. I wanted to look professional and casual at the same time. While i was getting dressed in front of the mirror, i remembered what Ryan said to me a couple of minutes ago. I guess he was right about my job as a designer, but at the same time i wanted to be different and embrace my own thing. I wanted to create something much more than what people give me, my own ideas. I wanted to open up my own fashion business and create things on my taste or style. There were so much i wanted to do with my life since i'm still young. But right now isn't the time to think about this, it's Lila’s week. I should be helping her with her wedding.

After getting dressed, i walked back downstairs to see everyone getting into their seats to eat breakfast together at the family dining table. Everyone sat down and begins to eat, enjoying each one's company.

Cecelia (*asks the girls) : so what are you girls going to do today ?
Julie : right. Since there is so much to do before Saturday.
Lila : we have a long day today for both the guys and girls.
Natalia (*asks) : what are we doing ?
Lila : we are gonna do a last minute dress and tuxedo fitting at the store.
Lila (*says to Jane) : and you are going to bring my wedding dress.
Jane : of course Lila.
Lila : Jane is going to help us fix at the store.
Jane (*asks Lila) : i am ?
Lila : of course you are.
Alanis (*says in excitement) : this is going to be fun.
Kai : go get ready everyone and we’ll head out.

Everyone was finished eating and got out of the dining room to go get ready. Me and Lila were in the kitchen washing the dishes and talked.

Lila (*asks) : you alright ?
Jane (*smiles & says) : yeah, i'm fine.
Lila : i saw you sleeping in the living room last night.
Lila (*asks) : did something happen between you and Ryan ?
Jane : no. i just couldn't sleep last night so i moved to the living room to sleep.
Jane : i didn't want to disrupt Ryan’s sleep.
Lila (*asks) : you couldn't sleep again ? what happened ?
Jane : i guess i lost sleep these past couple of days.
Lila : the last time you stayed up was when that guy broke up with you.
Jane : yeah, i thought so too.
Lila : you’ll be really tired if you don't sleep Jane.
Jane : i know. I'm here now to support you.

I smiled at Lila and we dried the dishes with the cloth on the counter. At this time, Ryan was coming downstairs and stopped to listen when he heard Lila and Jane talk about him. He stood behind the wall listening. Lila continues to ask...

Lila (*asks) : so what do you think about Ryan ?
Jane : he seems like a good guy on the inside.
Lila (*asks) : what about the outside ?
Jane : i don't know, it's hard to tell.
Jane : I feel like he’s one of those guys that don't express their feelings so much.
Jane : but at the same time, he can be useful.
Lila : it sounds like you are starting to like him.
Jane : i have a weak spot for guys who cares a lot for me.
Lila : everybody wants that Jane, especially in a relationship.
Jane : i feel like it's too soon if i see it that way.
Jane : I vowed to myself that i wouldn't fall in love again.
Jane : the last time, i've fallen too fast and got hurt.
Jane (*shakes her head & says) : i don't want to feel that way anymore.
Lila : Jane. you're at the age where you need to find love and get married.
Lila : even if it happens again.
Lila : you need to get out of your comfort zone and talk to people, be loved.
Jane : i hate it when your right.
Lila (*smiles & says) : i'm always right Jane.

Me and Lila smiled at each other and finishes our job. Me, Lila, Kai, Ryan, Alanis, Kim, Natalia, Devon, Jon, and Scott all took a big van to the shop nearby. As we got to the wedding shop, the lady who worked there showed the guys and girls where they will be changing in. Me, Lila, Alanis, Kim, Natalia were in the girls room. Kai, Ryan, Devon, Jon, and Scott were in the other room on the other side of the hall. We all got dressed into our tuxedos and dresses and came out of the rooms to the main stage room. I helped Lila with her wedding dress and fixing a few last minute things on it. After i was finished, i helped fix the bridesmaids dresses. There weren't that many things to fix since it was made well and professionally.

Then i helped the guys with their tuxedos. The tuxedos had a lot of work to do and it wasn't made the way a tuxedo should. So i helped each person from Kai, Ryan, Devon, Jon, and Scott. When it was Ryan’s turn, he whispers to me saying while i was fixing the tuxedo he was wearing…

Ryan (*whispers asking to Jane) : so you think i'm useful huh ?

I was taken back to what Ryan was asking me. So i continued to work on the tuxedo and says...

Jane : i didn't expect you to be the type to listen to other people's conversations.
Ryan : i happened to be in the same neighborhood when you and Lila were talking this morning.
Jane : I wasn't sure about you then.
Ryan (*asks) : what about now?
Jane : I would have to find out myself.
Ryan (*smiles & says) : your something Jane.
Jane : I hope that's a good thing Ryan.
Ryan : we started on a bad start.
Ryan (*asks) : is it okay if we start over fresh?
Jane (*smiles & says) : sure.

I guess that me and Ryan are on good terms now. I mean, we did start off a little rough.

Ryan’s POV.
I felt the need to confront her about yesterday morning and we are good now. She seems like a girl I've never dated before and more delicate. I really want to get closer to her and know her a bit more.
