Chapter 2
《Luna's P.O.V》
"KIM MYUNGJOON!" I shouted loud enough to make MJ drop the pan he was holding.
"O-oh, Luna! What's up?" MJ nervously rested his arm on the oven handle.
"What's up? I can't tell! The house is covered in smoke, MJ!" I yelled sarcastically.
I asked MJ to do one thing, and he barely burned the house down! Honestly, after all, I still couldn't be upset with him.
I sighed one last time and finally spoke. "I'm sorry-I-I just.." I trailed off. "Let's start over with the cake together, Okay?" With my apology, MJ happily smiled and followed my directions to re-bake Jenny's cake.
《Jenny's P.O.V》
It has been 4 hours already. How long do they plan on shopping, on my birthday?
It was Saturday night on my 20th birthday. Raina, Moonbin, and Eunwoo were dragging me along on their shopping trip.
We had been to 5 clothing stores when everyone stated that they were hungry. We spent 30 minutes at the food court choosing food and we took an hour to consume it all. Just when I thought I was free, Moonbin spotted a face painting booth. Later that lead us to all visiting the carnival.
It may have taken me 2 and a half hours but it was about time I gathered all my courage and asked them if I could go home.
"Guys," I started. I talked loud enough for them to hear me on the Ferris wheel. "Yes?" They replied in sync. "Can I please go home after this ride?" I finally asked.
"Sure! They should be done-" Raina cut Moonbin off. "With the... renovation!" Raina stuttered. Moonbin later joined in. "Yes, the renovation... that Minjae organized!" I gave them a weird look as the Ferris wheel ride slowly came to an end and we stepped off.
"Right-t-the renovation!" Eunwoo recovered from the Ferris wheel. "Looks like you caught us!" Raina laughed a bit at the end of her joke.
This all seems quite suspicious. Why did Minjae decide to renovate whatever part of the house on my birthday? Did everyone... maybe... forget?
《Rocky's P.O.V》
"I'm sure the heart banner would be great, Jin Jin," I argued. "Stars would be way better!" Jin Jin boasted.
"What in the world do stars represent?" I asked. Jin Jin and I were in the middle of decorating Jenny's living room for her birthday when we started arguing over which banner should hang in front on the entrance door.
"Stars for our debut showcase tomorrow, duh!" Jin Jin reminded. "Jenny's birthday is all about Jenny, not our showcase!" I yelled. "Are you saying our showcase doesn't matter, Rocky?!" Jin Jin exclaimed.
"Of course not! I'm just saying-" Jin Jin cut me off. "I think you're saying our showcase doesn't matter!" He yelled.
"Yah! Hyungs, what's wrong?" Sanha ran into the room. "Jin Jin says that we should use stars for the birthday banner!" I stated my case.
"Rocky thinks we should use hearts for the banner, he's being selfish about our showcase!" Jin Jin yelled.
We continued to argue until Sanha cut us off.
"Hyungs, why don't you use stars... and hearts?" Sanha asked, which left Jin Jin and me speechless.
"W-we didn't think of that." Jin Jin scratched his head awkwardly.
"Your brilliant, Sanha!" I exclaimed. "But the hearts are going outside" I smiled.
"Oh, Hyungs."
