Chae Seol’s POV
I woke up with a massive head ache as I heard the other members being so loud and crazy at the living room. I guess I was the last one to wake up while they are having fun.


“What’s going on in here?” I went to the living room with my eyes half closed as I scratched my head.


“Heol. Look at our leader here sleepyhead.” Minha said jokingly. As the other members laughed.


“Unnie, Is Jungkook sunbaenim and Kai sunbaenim really….” Yeji asked


Embarrassment rushed through my body as I remembered everything the happened yesterday. Too may happenings happened yesterday that felt like a dream. I stepped on my sunbaenim’s foot and about that….. that kiss with Jongin….


A knock in a row turned all of the members to quiet down.


Akkane took a peek through the peep hole seeing her struggling feet trying to tip toe.
“JU-JU-JUNGKOOK SUNBAENIM!” She said whispering while covering her mouth as she almost choked.


I looked like I was in the middle of existential crisis but I widened my eyes when Akkane said Jungkook sunbae was in the front of our dorm.


‘Wae (Why) Wae, Waeeeee?? I haven’t even brushed my teeth! What in the world!? I don’t think I can face him. With bare face? No…. I’ll be working with him! Business partners. Snap out of it!’


The other members widened their eyes with silence as they fangirl over Jungkook.
‘Do I open it?!’ Akkane mouthed.

He knocked again.

‘Yaaaa! Answer me!’ she continued.


Without any further, I tried to go to the bathroom but someone’s using it. So I ran to the room as quick as I can. I think he saw me anyways so what’s the point?


“Hello….” I felt shivers running through my body when I heard Jungkook’s voice.


“Hello sunbae! Come on in! But, what brings you here early in the morning?” I peeked through the ajar door as I saw him sat on the couch.


“Oh, I just wanted to say good luck to all of you for your debut stage later so I brought some foods.”


I saw Eunae got out of the bathroom so while his attention are fully to the members, I think I can go now.


I fast walk towards the bathroom when I tripped on a shoe on the floor that caused him to gather his attention to me.


‘Aish!’


“Chae Seol-ssi?” He asked in a manly voice.


I turned around covering my face with my hands and bowed at him.

“Sorry I can’t face you right now, I’m bar----”


He stood up and brushed my hair with his long fingers. I was shocked so I didn’t really get in track that he already put my hands out of my face.


“You’re pretty even bare faced. Don’t worry.” I stared at his chest. Not being able to believed to what he just said.


‘After I stepped on his foot… How’s he being so nice to me? I should be reported right now for being disrespectful to my senior.’

“Awwww~ That was soooo cute Oppa~” The members whined.


I felt my cheeks growing hot in embarrassment so I ran to the bathroom and take deep breaths. I decided to take a cold shower and brush my teeth. After I got out of the shower, Akkane knocked on the door telling me that she received a call from our manager telling us to prepare cause we’re being picked up.


Jungkook was on his way out of the door when he saw medrying my hair with a towel. I stopped him and called his name louder.


I widened my eyes seeing him out of the door.


“JUNGKOOK SUNBAENIM! WAIT!” All of the members looked at me with surprise.


“Can we please talk in private?” I lowered my voice after I realized my loud voice.
He looked at me in the eye and he smirked as a reply. He raised his eyebrow and pouted as he gave me signs saying ‘out’ with his lips as he went out of the door.


I followed him and stood in front of him making him stop. I know that the members could possibly hear our conversation so I took a step forward for only the two of us to hear.
Without breaking an eye contact, I started the conversation. This. is.not.the.cute.jungkook.im.talking.to.right now.


“It’s just. It really bother me about what happened at the elevator. I’m really really sorry. Even though I know it’s not my fault that I stepped on your foot I’m sorry too. Rehearsals are just killing me these days specially due to our debut but---”


Not finishing my sentence, he dried my hair using the towel using his hands.


I pulled the towel when It was covering my eyes and only my lips are showing. Again, we made eye contact.


“Sunbae? I’m so-”


“It’s okay. I know how it feels. I’ve been in that situation before. I know and it’s okay. I should be the one saying sorry to you.”


I got out of my senses and pulled the towel out. As I took it I touched his warm fingers and my body stopped moving for atleast 5 seconds.


Again, he continued drying my hair.


“Aigoo! You really.”


I stared at his face as I saw the Jeon Jungkook different from stage.


He suddenly stopped.


“Chae Seol-ah...” A slight pause filled the atmosphere between us “Can we be friends? Not between sunbae and hoobae but between Chae Seol and Jungkook.”


“Ye?”


As I stared blankly at him I heard our managers coming.


“Call me when you have your answer. I wrote a sticky note under your phone when you left it on the counter.” He smiled as he patted my head.


I turned around seeing the managers surprised about seeing Jungkook sunbaenim in our dorm.
“WHAT WAS THAT?”Ms. Song gave me that teasing look.


“It’s nothing Ms.Song. Nothing special.”


“Hmmm. Okay. Girls, let’s start packing up for our today’s special schedule shall we?”
