[9:45PM] Couple hours went by. Dahyun was released from work and went to talk to Miyoung about taking the weekend off so that she could go on a class trip with the school. As Dahyun was walking towards the office, she overheard Miyoung talking to Joohyun about the project and Joohyun were convincing Miyoung to not do the projects. Dahyun smiled as she heard that but her smiled disappeared when Miyoung regretted the idea. Joohyun gave up after hearing Miyoung regetting the idea and walked out of her office to see Dahyun standing there. He whispered to Dahyun before he leaves to go home..

Joohyun (*whispers asking) : you heard, didn't you ?
Dahyun (*whispers back) : yes. i'm sorry Uncle.
Joohyun : i'll try next time.
Dahyun : thank you.
Joohyun : i have to get going now. bye Dahyun.
Dahyun : bye.

Joohyun left walking away leaving Dahyun going inside of Miyoung's office.

Miyoung : Dahyun.
Dahyun : stepmother.
Miyoung (*asks) : what did you need ?
Dahyun : i wanted to ask you if i could take this weekend off from work.
Miyoung (*asks) : where are you going ?
Dahyun : i'm going on a school trip. camping trip with the entire school.
Miyoung : sure.
Dahyun (*asks) : really ??
Miyoung : yeah. just tell Yoonmae and Jooin about you taking the weekend off.
Dahyun : of course.
Miyoung : then you may leave now before you are late for your curfew.
Dahyun : yes. thank you.
Miyoung : now go.

Dahyun politely bows down and walked away.

She quickly took the bus back to the campus.

After getting checked from Jenny, Dahyun took a shower and did her homework. She did have much homework to do so she did them right away.

[1AM] Dahyun was already in bed but she couldn't sleep so she went to put on her jacket and shoes. She grabbed her phone and key to walk up to the rooftop to get some fresh air. As she was sitting there looking out to the city lights, she thought about so many things. Hyunwoo was still mad at her and there wasn't anything she could do about it. Then Hanbin came to the top to see Dahyun there. He sat next to her looking out to the city.

Hanbin (*asks) : how come your not sleeping yet ?
Dahyun : there's a lot of things on my mind.
Hanbin (*asks) : like what ?
Dahyun : Hyunwoo is really mad at me because i didn't tell him my secrets.
Hanbin : well, he is your close friend.
Dahyun (*asks) : are you siding with him ?
Hanbin : no. i'm just stating the truth.
Hanbin : if you are true friends, you would tell them everything.
Dahyun : but some secrets are not worth telling. it might hurt them.
Dahyun : the truth hurts.
Hanbin : it might but its for the best.
Hanbin : don't put too much thought into this and get some sleep.
Hanbin : you shouldn't be staying up so late.
Dahyun : i know.

Hanbin and Dahyun sat there quietly for a while before Hanbin said to Dahyun...

Hanbin : there's something i have to tell you.
Dahyun (*asks) : what is it ?
Hanbin : you've been helping me too much lately.
Hanbin : and we are good friends to each other.
Hanbin : what i'm trying to say is that i like you, i really like you.
Hanbin : we have a lot in common and it takes two people to be close to each other.
Dahyun : Hanbin.
Hanbin : i understand that you don't feel the same. we can just remain friends.
Hanbin : i'm going to head to bed now. goodnight Dahyun.

Dahyun couldn't find her words so she just smiled as Hanbin left the rooftop. She sat there all night thinking about everything.

For the rest of the week, Dahyun and all of the students packed for their camping trip.
