Important Favors.
When Dani arrived to work, she clocked in and distributed the coffee to everyone in her department quickly. Then she went to her office cubicle to start working.
After a while, June came towards Dani's desk with a folder and asks....
June (*asks) : can you file these for me and log them into the system ?
Dani (*says with a smile) : sure.
Dani (*asks) : do you need it in the system right away?
June : by today please.
Dani : alright.
Dani began to take the folder and put it into the system. Hannah called Dani on her desk phone.
Dani (*picks up the phone) : hello?
Hannah : come to my office right now.
Dani : yes ma'am.
Dani hung up the phone and walked to Hannah's office. She went inside and talk to her.
Dani (*asks) : what did you want to talk to me about?
Hannah : I need you to meet with Joyous Entertainment company (JEO) today.
Dani (*asks) : isn't that your job?
Hannah : it is.
Hannah : I have to meet a celebrity that is coming to town today for another endorsement.
Dani : I'll meet Joyous today for you.
Hannah : the meeting will take about half an hour.
Hannah : it's at 1pm.
Hannah : Ask for Mr. Daryl Jarvis, he's the boss for the entertainment company.
Dani : okay.
Hannah : take the folder from June's desk and study it.
Hannah : from there, you'll know what to talk to him about.
Dani : yes ma'am.
Hannah (*asks) : how is the manufacturing going for the upcoming spring line?
Dani : I went to the factory yesterday and everything is processing.
Dani : I need to go back today to see the finishing touches.
Hannah (*asks) : what about the prototype?
Dani : the prototypes are almost done. We just need a little adjustments and we’re set.
Hannah : the models need to get fitted into the prototypes asap for photos.
Dani : once it's finished I'll tell Marcus to help me.
Hannah : good job Dani.
Dani (*smiles & says) : thanks. I'll get back to work then.
Dani walked out of the office and back to her desk. She worked on putting the designs into the system until her lunch break. It was 12:30pm and Dani dropped everything to go talk to June.
June : hey Dani.
Dani : hey. Hannah told me to get the folder for the meeting at 1 today.
June : okay, give me a second.
June sorted out her desk to find the folder and finally found it. She gave it to Dani and Dani accept it. Then she says to June.....
Dani : thanks.
June : no problem.
Dani (*asks) : is the contract inside ?
June : everything should be inside ready to go.
Dani : alright. thanks again.
Dani walked out of June's office with the folder. While she was heading to lunch, Max went into his boss office to talk to him.
Max (*asks his boss) : you wanted to see me Mr. Jarvis ?
Daryl Jarvis : yes. please have a seat first.
Max takes a seat in front of Daryl Jarvis and he begins to talk.
Daryl Jarvis : Miss Hannah Kim is coming to discuss a project.
Max (*asks) : what are we doing for her company ?
Daryl Jarvis : her company is helping us design clothes for our upcoming new artists.
Daryl Jarvis : for those who are going to debut soon.
Daryl Jarvis : also, she had agreed to design the clothes for our company music video.
Daryl Jarvis : from the set design to the clothing, she is giving it a try this year.
Max (*asks) : so who is responsible for this ?
Daryl Jarvis : you are. you are going to join forces with Hannah's employee and do this.
Daryl Jarvis : you're going to review the theme to them and they will know what to design.
Max : but sir, i have a lot of work to do with debuting Yenny Kim to become an artist.
Max : we have a lot to do in this time frame and we meet a deadline soon.
Max : we are looking at one month here.
Daryl Jarvis : we're not pushing back the date but what we can do is extend the studio days.
Daryl Jarvis : that means that Yenny Kim will release a full length album instead a mini album.
Daryl Jarvis : so it gives her more time to create songs and give you time to work with Hannah.
Max : this is happening so fast. i can't do this on my own.
Daryl Jarvis : you're not. you will someone from Hannah's company to help you.
Daryl Jarvis : they will tell you everything you need to do and make suggestions.
Daryl Jarvis : it's the most busiest time of the year but we need this to succeed.
Max : alright.
