Blanket Kick

- Jungkooks p.o.v -

I brought her to our dorm. It felt like we went back to our past. I looked at her as she put her hand on her forehead. ''I told you to go home, you even have a fever?'' I took a towel and dried her hair.

''But I'm feeling pretty well..'' she mumbled.

I sat next to her. ''So.. are you going to tell me what happened?''

''Do I have to?''

''Ya.'' I said.

''Araso, araso.'' she said.

''.. Your father and my mother used to like each other, they were in love. But my mother cheated on him.. that's why he doesn't accept us two together. He told me to act like I just played around with you so you would hate me.''

''You guys.. met?''

She nodded and sighed. ''Your father was just scared I would cheat on you like my mother did. He didn't want you to feel the same thing.

''I don't believe you would cheat on me. For 2 years I was asking myself if I was having a nightmare. I hated my life.'' I hold her hands. ''I love you and my feelings won't change, and I know you're feeling the same way.''

''Thanks, Jungkook.'' she smiled.

''Ya, thanks? That's it?''

She frowned. ''What should I say then?''

''Oh, I don't know.. maybe, I love you too? Aren't you watching a lot of kdramas!?''

''But.. that's so cheesy.'' she laughed.

''Ya, Lee Seolbi!'' I took the towel to hit her as she quickly ran away.

Suddenly the doorbell rang. That's weird, I thought the members were still practising? I opened the door and saw my mother.

''Mom? What're you doing here?''

''I wanted to visit my son of course! Can I come in?'' she smiled.

''Well.. yeah.''

She came in and looked at Seolbi. Seolbi quickly stood up and bowed. ''Ah, annyeonghaseyo, my name is Seolbi.. I guess you're Jungkooks mother?''

''Miss Lee Seolbi?'' she said and then smiled. ''Such a nice timing, I wanted to talk with you.''

- Seolbi's p.o.v -

We were sitting in the living room while Jungkook was in his room 'cause his mother wanted to be alone with me. I wonder what she wanted to talk about.

''You must heard about your mother, right?''

''Yes, I have.. why--''

''Honestly, it's not true.''

''What do you mean?'' I slowly said.

''Your mother didn't cheat on him. She was a good person.''

''Neh?'' I frowned. ''I don't.. really understand.'' I uneasily laughed.

She sighed. ''I was friends with your mother, I know her the best.. we would tell each other everything.''

- Jungkooks mother p.o.v -

''I heard there will be a new guy in our class! They said he's really handsome!'' I said.

''Really? I'm so excited!'' Seohyun (Seolbi's mother) said.

''Class is starting!'' our teacher came inside.

''Stand up. Goodmorning teacher!'' everyone bowed.

''As you guys all heard we have a new classmate, his name is Jeon Samdong.''

When he came in I immediately fell in love with him. But I was not the only one.

''Annyeonghaseyo! My name is Jeon Samdong. Please take care of me~'' he bowed.

''You can sit next to Seohyun.''

Seohyun hold her hand so he could see it was her. He smiled and sat next to her. I was so jealous of her. She could sit next to such a handsome guy.

When I walked outside I saw Seohyun and Samdong talking with each other. They were laughing with each other. I walked towards them.

''Oi, what are you guys talking about?'' I smiled.

''Oh, nothing.'' Seohyun laughed.

''Well, I see you tomorrow then? I'll pick you up.'' he smiled and walked away. He didn't even greet me. He could only see Seohyun and she could only see him.

After a couple of weeks they were already dating. I didn't had a lot of contact with Seohyun after that. But one day..

''You like Samdong right?'' she asked.

I looked at her. ''Are you joking? Of course not.'' I stuttered.

She smiled at me and hold my hands. ''I'm sorry.. you don't need to lie. I already knew it from the beginning.. I just didn't want to let him go. But I think it's time now.''

I frowned. ''What do you mean?''

''.. I.. have a baby.''

My eyes widened. ''S-Seohyun.. how!?''

''I was drunk, this is just an accident.. I wanted to tell Samdong but.. the doctor said there's a high chance I will have cancer.''

My eyes widened. ''.. Cancer?''

She sighed. ''I'm going to give the baby to someone else and going to break up with Samdong..'' she stared at me for awhile.

''You like him. Please take him away from me. I trust you as my best friend. Please don't tell him this..''

Back to now

''Even now I'm married with him.. I still know he likes Seohyun. He's just scared to say it.''

I was almost crying hearing the story. So I actually did the exact mistake as my mom did.. We were both thinking this was the best resolution, but it wasn't.

''Seolbi.. I'm so sorry.. really, I should've said this earlier.''

''It's okay.. when you're in love you have no idea what you're doing. My mom said you had to keep it as a secret and that's what you did.''

- Jungkook's p.o.v -

I opened my door a little and tried to hear what they were saying.

''But this is different.. because of this you and Jungkook are having difficulties now.''

''We're fine now! You don't need to worry.'' Seolbi smiled.

''If you guys could just go back when you were just little..'' my mother mumbled.

''When we were little? What do you mean? We met each other before?''

''.. You don't remember? You already knew each other since you were little.'' she laughed.

''We.. do?'' she said.

''You guys were best friends since little. But his father knew you were the child of Seohyun. That's why you guys were parted. You guys just played together for one day. That's why you probably can't remember.''

''How did we became best friends in one day?''

She laughed. ''You guys must immediately liked each other.''

We already met each other? But why can't I remember?

I was playing outside alone. I kicked the ball really hard. It rolled away. I quickly ran towards it but a girl took it.

''Oi! That's mine!'' I yelled.

''Let's play together.'' she smiled.

''Pft, this is mine. Buy yourself one.''

She surprisely looked at me and began to cry.

''Ah, aish.. allright, allright! Don't cry! We can play together, just this time.''

''Really?'' she immediately smiled again.

''Ya.. you were acting!?''

She laughed.

''You're really something!'' I laughed.

''My name is Lee Seolbi.'' she gave her hand.

''I'm Jungkook, Jeon Jungkook!'' I shook her hand.

We were smiling at each other.

''Jungkook, what do you want to be when your older?''

"I'm 7, why would I think about that.'' I laughed.

''I don't know, I always hear those adults talking about this.''

''Hm.. well, now I think about it. I want to be a singer, I like to sing.''

''Really? Then I will be your fan!'' she cheered.

''Ayy~~ I don't need you. I will have a lot of other fans!''

''But I will be your number one fan!''

''Allright. You have to come to all my concerts then, okay?''

''But you won't even see me? There will be a looooooooot of people!''

I shook my head. ''Ani.'' I said.

''I will only see you. Only you.'' I smiled.
