Blanket Kick

Suddenly it felt like my head felt heavier. I hold my tears and laughed. ''You mean back then, right?''

''But you guys still do, I know.''

''Taehyung--''

''Oh Seolbi? I thought you were sick?'' one of the staffs came in.

''Ah, no I'm fine.'' I smiled.

''Nice! Can you help me with something then?''

''Of course.'' I said and looked at Taehyung. ''I'll see you later..'' I bowed.

We walked through the studio while I was looking around.

''We want you to tidy the studio a bit. Also those clothes over there. After you're done you can go home, it's pretty late. Ah, but tidy it up before 9PM otherwise the door will be locked.''

''Neh~ I will finish this as fast I can.'' I bowed.

''Great, see you tomorrow.''

I bowed again while she left. I looked around and sighed. ''Let's quickly finish this Lee Seolbi! Fighting!''

''Such a great motivation you have here.'' I suddenly heard. I turned around but didn't saw anyone.

''.. Who's there?'' I slowly said.

Jungkook suddenly showed up under all those clothes. ''Jungkook? What are you doing here?'' I frowned.

''I was tired so I slept here for awhile. Anyway, do you need some help?''

''Thanks but I can do this by myself.''

''Allright, then I play her for awhile.'' he took out his phone and played some games. I sighed. Just ignore him Seolbi, you can do this.

After an hour I was still tidying here. Ugh, why is this studio so big!

''Ya, are you still not done?'' Jungkook looked at me.

''You can just leave if you want, I will be here for awhile.''

''Araso, annyeong~'' he walked to the door and tried to open it. ''Is this door broken or something? Why doesn't it open?''

My eyes widened.

''Ah, but tidy it up before 9PM otherwise the door will be locked.''

I looked at my watch, 10PM.

''.. AISHHH!!!'' I messed with my hair.

''Araso! I know you're annoyed because I'm still here, but I'm trying my best to open the door allright!?'' he said.

I sighed. ''I didn't mean that. They said the door will be locked at 9PM and it's already 10PM. I forgot the time..''

He looked at me. ''Do you mean.. we're locked up in here!?''

- Jungkook's p.o.v -

Seolbi nodded. ''Well, there are blankets here so..''

''You want to sleep on the ground?''

''What should we do then?''

''Aish, whatever.'' I lay down on the ground and put the blanket around me. I looked around. ''Wait, there's just one blanket.''

''Ah, you can use it. I will just use my jacket.'' she said.

I rolled my eyes. She hasn't changed at all. ''Are you stupid? You easily catch a cold.'' I threw the blanket over her head.

''You.. remember?'' she said under that blanket while she tried to put the blanket away. Of course I remember, stupid. I walked towards her and hold her shoulders as she stopped moving.

I slowly came closer to her and smirked. ''Do you really think you're that important to me?'' I said.

She quickly pushed me away and put the blanket away. I laughed as she glared at me. I was just joking though.

After a few minutes we were awkwardly laying down on the ground with a huge distance between us.

''Aren't you cold?'' she asked.

''I'm not.'' I said.

''Oh.''

A silent fell between us. I never thought it would be awkward between me and Seolbi, just because how much time we spent with each other back then. But staying in the same room with her and talking to her.. feels nice.

I looked at her and saw she was already sleeping. I laughed, how could she fall asleep so fast? I smiled and stared at her till I also slept.

- Seolbi's p.o.v -

When I opened my eyes I realized I fell asleep. I looked at Jungkook, he was still sleeping. He's so cute when he's sleeping. I looked at the time. The doors are probably already open. Should I wake him up?

I took my blanket and walked towards him. I put the blanket over him.

I lay down on my stomach and stared at his face. He's still handsome, as always. I stroked his hair and slowly came closer. I haven't seen his face for a long time. I smiled. Suddenly his eyes opened. My eyes widened as he looked at me.

''Are you done staring at me?''

''I-I was not..'' I stuttered and quickly stood up but he pushed me down on the ground and lay on top of me.

''J-Jungkook.'' I said.

He put his hand on my cheek and came closer. I immediately put my hands on his lips. ''Jungkook, stop.''

''Why? We did this before.'' he said as he put my hands away. I quickly pushed him away and stood up.

''Are you crazy? We're not dating.''

''So?'' He got up. ''What's the difference of playing around and not dating? We kissed before, while you didn't even liked me.''

''I.. just don't want to do this.'' I quickly took my jacket and left. It was raining outside but I didn't care anymore. I just wanted to go home. Suddenly Jungkook grabbed my wrist and pulled me towards him.

''Do you perhaps.. really like me?'' he frowned.

I looked at him. ''Why are you asking if you already know the answer..'' I said.

''Because I'm confused! You said you didn't like me, but when you were drunk you kissed me and said you liked me.''

My eyes widened. I.. I kissed him? Dammit, how do I explain this now..

''Answer me properly. You like me, right?''

I looked away.

''You do.'' he said. ''Please just tell the truth and stop joking around!''

''I'm not joking! I don't like you! So just go already!''

''You're asking me to go away? You're the one who came here first to ruin my life!''

I stared at him for awhile and then slowly nodded.

''You're right. I was the one who came first. .. So I will also be the one who's leaving first.''

I took one step back and then turned around to walk away. I tried to hold my tears while walking away. I heard a carsound coming closer. I turned my head. ''SEOLBI!'' I heard. I looked at the car riding towards me.

Do you want me to be honest? I can't live without Jungkook.

When the car almost hit me Jungkook quickly pulled me away. I was in his arms as the car honked at us and drove away. ''Are you stupid!? You almost died!'' he yelled as he was almost crying.

Tears rolled down my cheeks. This is exactly like the first time we met. He.. saved me again. I gulped and slowly looked at him. ''I.. think I really can't live without you..'' I said.

His eyes widened as I cried. ''.. I like--''

He put his hands on my face and kissed me. (meanwhile author-nim: *rolls into a ball and sobs*) My heart fluttered. It didn't change, it never did. I missed you, Jeon Jungkook.

He pulled out of the kiss and looked at me.

''I know.'' he smiled as he put his forehead against mine.
