Redemption

”Where to begin?” Won Sik open the file he had in his hand and looked at the map.
The first and latest victim was farthest away from him, but the fifth crime scene was just around the corner.


”So he was found right here.' Won Sik looked at the photo of the victim and then up at the alley way before him.
”But this is a one way walk, there's only one way in. So that means that ether the murderer walked after him or that the murderer was already waiting for him.” Won Sik said to himself. ”If he was following him he could have taken the chance to kill him when he walked into here, but if the murderer was waiting for him the murderer must have known that he would come here.”


Won Sik walked further into the alley and immediately noticed the message on the wall, someone should really clean that up.
”What dose it mean?” Won Sik run his hand over the dried blood. ”You're move.. is it an invitation to th police, that wouldn't surprise me.”
He looked around and noticed that there really wasn't much in around him.
'If the murderer was hiding, waiting for the victim. Where could he have hidden, there's nothing here.' Won Sik thought to himself before he noticed something on the ground, a wallet. He carefully picked it up and opened it. On the inside was three pictures of a young boy and a couple of cards. Won Sik pulled out what looked like a driving license and read the name on it.


”What, that's the victim's name.. but it's the wrong victim, this is victim number three, but i'm pretty sure this is the crime scene for victim number five.” Won Sik mumbled to himself before putting the wallet in his pocket.
'Something is really fishy here.. and i'm not thinking about the garbage..' he thought to himself before he turned around and walked out of the alleyway.


He spent the last hour to just walk around the neighborhood asking some questions and looking around. But as he thought he found nothing, nobody knew the victim personal and nobody had seen anything.
After a couple of hours he gave up, not just because nobody seemed to know something but also because it looked like it would rain any second. He had no extension of getting wet so he quickly started walking back. But he was almost there it started to rain.
”Are you serious.” He sighed from where he stood hiding under a bridge.
It didn't look like the rain would stoop any time soon but he rather wait a little longer, just in case.


But after a couple of minutes he gave up and started sprinting through the heavy rain towards the headquarters. Just when the building came in sight he saw something move and stopped just around the corner.
The door quickly opened and someone walked out, he wasn't sure who it was so he just continued watching. The person looked around before he slowly walked around the house to the side.
”Who would go out in this weather?” Won Sik asked himself before he continued towards the building.
