It is unknown if this criminal, Monkey is male or female but they are an arsonist. They prefer buildings with a lot of people.

They are dubbed the Monkey because they leave three victims alive.

Shoulder length brown hair. Brown eyes.

Evidence against Roxanne. She is best friends with Kaja and past records show her love of fire.
