The Cheshire Cat is a murder and a thief. It is unknown if the Cat is a male or a female but whoever they are are strong and dangerous.

Shoulder length black hair. Blue eyes. Two cartilage and lobe piercing on right ear. Industrial bar in left and a lobe piercing. Three tattoos, a dragon skeleton on back, bats going up her right side and a Cheshire cat on her left thigh.

Evidence against Kaja. Witness reports and 73% DNA match

Claims to be not guilty.

Chief reports she has eyes of a killer, no heart and no soul.
