Unknown Love

America?

Jin's Perspective
Maddie yells into Jin's ear as soon as she picks up the phone and she can't help but yell back. Jin apologizes to the boy and goes up to the patio table, dropping into a chair and sighs as she waits for Maddie's rant about airplanes to stop. "I'm fine. Can you text me before you decide to call me? I almost made a fool out of myself in front of my neighbors!" She agrees after whining a lot and hangs up. Looking around, Jin spot her notebook in the grass and remembers that she's supposed to go to the school today to pick up her things, even though it was a Sunday. Going inside she checks her outfit, making sure it was suitable. Thankfully it was. Grabbing her bag, she stuffs her phone, keys and wallet in it along with a notebook and a few pencils. She closes the windows and locks the doors before walking down the street to the bike shop that the old grandpa ran. "Hal-aboeji!" She calls and he looks around, seeing her. "Yeleul geulliwo?" He turns back to fixing a bike. "I'd like to buy a bike, I feel like my childhood friend probably sold it here." He looks up with interest and asks who the childhood friend was. "Junhong." Jin replies simply and his gaze slowly searches her up and down before they realize. "Hyeon Gi! My little girl! How have you been! I haven't seen you in a long time and you grew into a beautiful woman! So you're here to get Junhong's bike?" Jin nods with a smile and he smiles. "He didn't think you were going to come back, so he sold it. But I knew that one day you would come back to use it, so I kept it ready for action at any moment. Jamsiman yo," He gets up and Jin hear grunting and things being pushed across the cement floor. Finally the old man comes walking out with the pristine white bike, it looked perfectly new, like it had years ago. Jin is about to pull out her wallet when the hal-aboeji stops her. "Junhong's father paid for this years ago, no need." Shaking her head, Jin gives him the money. "Hal-aboeji, you need to make money if you're selling bikes! Even if someone already paid for it years ago, that money is probably all gone! I'll come back later this week!" Jin grins and gets on the bike, pushing off from the street curb.

Zelo's Perspective
"Ya! Dongsaeng!" Jongup's voice reaches Zelo, who is in his attic room. "C'mon, we're going to go for a ride, you coming or not?" Zelo sighs, tying his shoes and going outside where the rest of the guys were waiting. "As if I wasn't." He mutters and gets his red bike. "Where're we going?" He asks and Yongguk grins, "Let's go bother Kang seonsaeng-nim," Chuckling, Zelo joins the eldest in the front of the little bike group but yelps as something speeds past him on his right. All the boys stared after the bicyclist and Youngjae gasps "What kind of person can bike that fast! That person must be super human!" Himchan sighs, "But if that person was going this way, they must be going to the school, I wonder why." Zelo thinks about it and speeds up, wanting to know why that person had been biking so fast. They finally get to the school and sure enough, there was a white bike locked up. Curious, the boys go up to the staff room and Jongup is about to call out for their homeroom teacher, Kang seonsaeng-nim when Daehyun claps his hand over the younger's mouth. The boys attention is drawn to the girl that had moved into Hyeon Gi's house. "So you moved here from America, right?" Kang seonsaeng-nim asks while going through her papers. America? Isn't that where Hyeon Gi is? Zelo asks himself as they keep watching. "Neh, I just moved back here early today." "Oh, so you're orginally from here?" Kang seonsaeng-nim being the nosy person he is, asks. "Ah, neh. I'm looking forward to the future memories here, even if it's just one year." Her eyes sweep the room and Zelo blinks as they make eye contact. Her eyes weren't a normal color, they were silver. "Okay, here's your schedule, the school booklet and the uniform that you have to wear on any special occasions, such as the first day, last day, holidays, and such." She nods, bowing and walks towards the door that the boys were all crowded around. Without a second to move, the door is pulled open, all of them crashing to the floor. "Hi Kang seonsaeng-nim!" Jongup calls cheerfully as he gets up. Zelo moves himself into a sitting position and looks up at the girl. She looks down at him with a curious look in her eyes, but earns a glare. "Joh-a, joh-a, I guess you don't want to know who I am." She steps past him, and he looks like he's slapped when the scent of her shampoo reaches him. How could this girl seem like Hyeon Gi. They didn't even look alike. Shaking his head, he gets up and follows the boys that had decided to follow the girl back outside. Spotting the bike, Zelo sputters, causing the boys to look at him in confusion. "Where'd you get that bike?!" She looks at him and then back at the bike. "My uncle got me this, why?" "Never mind." He mutters and Yongguk cuts in, putting Zelo in a headlock. "Sorry for his rudeness, we're not sure where it comes from. You moved into their house right? We were playing soccer earlier." Recognition cross her face and she nods. "You guys waved at me, right? So you guys live there, why are you here on a Sunday though?" "We came to mess with our homeroom teacher, Kang seonsaeng-nim," Jongup grins and she smiles back. For some reason Zelo was getting pissed off, so he shoves Yongguk away, stalking over to their bikes and getting on his. "Well I guess he wants to go home, it's nice to meet you," Daehyun waits for her to tell them her name and her smiles grows. "Jin, naneun Seo Jin haeyo." "Nice to meet you Seo Jin-ssi, we'll see you later." The boys quickly go over to Zelo who is waiting impatiently. "What's up with our dongsaeng?" Youngjae wonders aloud as they ride back to the house. "I think I know what's up," Jongup's smile dissapears. "It's probably about Hyeon Gi. I felt that girl kind of resembled her." "Hyung, I told you to never talk about her!" Zelo snaps and leaves his bike in the garage, stomping up to his room. Thinking back to when he'd seen her bike, he'd realized that it looked just like the one that he'd left at the old man's bike shop. Going downstairs, he's about to go out the door when his eomma calls his name. Sighing, Zelo goes to the living room where she was sitting on the couch. "Can you go see your father at work, I need you to deliver some dinner to him." Rolling his eyes, he nods, grabbing the lunchbox off of the kitchen counter.
