Returned

Jin's Perspective
Cautiously stepping into the empty house, Jin kicks of her shoes and slips on the slippers that her mother used to wear. Her parents hadn't bothered coming back to Korea with her now that she was able to see. Looking around, there wasn't even a speck of dust, which meant that her mother had paid someone to clean the house. Going up to her room, she spins around, surprised at how girly it was. In the last 2 years and a half, she'd changed considerably, causing her to be surprised at her own childhood taste. Blinking, she spots her old diary sitting on night table, but that wasn't where she remembered to have put it. Setting down her bag, she picks up the diary and sits down on her bed, slowly opening the book. A wave of nostalgia goes over her as she reads, but as she does, she realizes that there was something in the diary that hadn't been there when she left. There were tear spots on most of the pages and small notes were written in the margins in Junhong's handwriting. Reading them, she smiles, happy that he'd missed her, but it falls away from her face when she realizes that he might not even remember what she looked like. Her eye color and name had both changed. The implants had been a peculiar silver color and she'd changed her name to the same that her and Junhong had loved when they were kids, Seo Jin. Shaking her head, she cleans out her closet and puts the clothes that she could fit, in it. She picks up her cellphone that she'd tossed on the bed and dials Junhong's eomma. "Aunt Nani?" She asks and the older woman's voice gasps. "Is this our Hyeon Gi? Are you finally back in Korea?" "Uh, neh. But could you keep it from Junhong? I don't want to do that to him again." There's silence for a few seconds before the woman speaks. "Neh, when you left, he was broken and he's finally been able to get back on his feet after his brother helped him. But Hy-" Her words are cut off as someone calls "Eomma!" Jin quickly hangs up, not allowing herself to hope that Junhong missed her or remembered her.
Slamming her hand on her alarm clock, she shuts it off and drags herself to the bathroom, showering and changing into exercise clothes since she was going to redecorate the house. The doorbell rings as she puts her hair up and she quickly runs down to the front door and yanks it open, surprising the delivery man. "Uh, packages for Seo Jin-shi. Please sign here." Jin scribbles her name and the man wheels in the many boxes before wishing her a nice day and leaving. Leaving the door open, she goes around the house, opening the windows to let fresh, warm summer air in. Unstacking the boxes, she rips them open, glad that she'd thought to send these to Korea. It was all of her things from America, along with paint she'd bought online at the airport. With a fire in her eyes, she gets to work.

Zelo's Perspective
"Eomma!" Zelo calls from the kitchen doorway. She turns to him, startled before saying "Yeobeoseyo? Yeobeoseyo?" "Eomma, it's obvious that they hung up, can you make some food for the boys for dinner? I think they want to stay over." Zelo's mother just nods, slowly setting the phone down. "Who was that anyway? As soon as they hear my voice they hang up. Is it another blind date? Because I already t-" She waves him away and he leaves, going out to the backyard where the boys were. "So can we stay the night?" Himchan asks and Zelo nods, glancing at the fence that seperated Hyeon Gi's house from his. He'd started going by Zelo, instead of Junhong a year after she left and didn't regret it. Turning his attention back to the boys that were playing soccer in the lush green grass, he almost misses Youngjae ask "Wait, aren't the windows open to Hyeon Gi-shi's house?" Zelo immediately looks up, staring at the house and realizing that the windows were open. The screen door for the back slides open and a girl steps out with paint cans in one hand and paint pans and brushes in the other. The paint seemed to be empty and the pain trays were already filled with color. "Isn't she really pretty? But I thought that was Hyeon Gi- shi's house, unless her parents are renting it out." Daehyun wonders aloud and they watch as the girl walks down to the hose near the fence, not even seeing them. Dragging the hose up to the patio, she starts cleaning out the cans and pans, carefully cleansing the brushes. "Sillyehabnida?" Yongguk calls and she looks over at them. Instead of going over to them, she just waves and continues washing the paint. "It seems that they rented the house out." Himchan sighs and they all go back to the game.
