The man with the dragon tattoo

I wear my best clothes and put on light makeup.I choose some jewelries to wear and heels.I was ready to come out of the room but I was stopped by Yifan.

"Today we have some guests invited for dinner.When I tell you to hide under the dining table you should not wait and do so or you'll be in danger,"he tells me while looking in the mirror and fixing his tie.I notice he wears his best suit and he is even more handsome than before.He smells so good today.Not that usually he doesn't.It's just that today he looks like a even more perfect version of himself.

He turns to look at me and puts his hands on both of my shoulders."Today I'll be forced to do something I don't want.If you like it or not you don't have the right to say or interfere in anything.So prepare your soul for everything,"he says and removes his hands and checks himself again in the mirror before opening the door for me like a true gentleman.I walk out of the room and I follow him from behind.
We reach the dining table.On one head there's Yifan's father and his mother that is sitted right next to him.At the table there are 5 more unknown people in suits.On the other head of the table Yifan sits and motions me to stay next to him on one side.On the other side next to him is a girl who is very beautiful.It seems like her clothes are too short and revealing for such a formal dinner.She almost looks like a slut.She has her big cleavage right positioned for everybody to see.Expecially for Yifan.I notice him looking at her and she threws him back winks and smiles.Ugh so gross.I am not very comfortable with this show but who am I to say something?Who am I in this house?Just the wife.

The dinner starts and we began eating.Yifan and his father engage in discussions with the other people.I notice his mom who smiles even if nobody notices or talks to her.I kinda feel bad for her.I wonder if I'm going to become just like her.

Suddenly I feel someone squeezing my hand.It's Yifan.He shortly looks at me and I see the girl excusing herself from the table.Yifan follows the girl leaving the room he then looks at father and they exchange some looks I didn't understand.He excuses himself too and that's when it hits me.He is going after..her...my heart is in pain.This is so cruel.How can he go with her so obviously?He wants to embarass me?What is his plan?I am not pleasing him enough?Am I not good enough?

I move my food with fork in the plate.I can't eat anymore.Not when I know he is fucking that wench.

I think it's been 5 minutes and Yifan returned only now.That wench is nowhere to be seen.He sits back in his seat like nothing happened.I look at him and I notice a small red stain on his hand.Then he realises that too and cleans it fast without anybody noticing.He exchanges another set of looks with father.

Then my ears explode when I hear a short but loud shooting near me.I cover my ears as part of my instinct.I see how the head of the man who was sitting next to me drop on the table.He is dead.He has open eyes and lots of blood dripping out his mouth.This image really shocked me that I couldn't move.He moves his hand and I realise it's not over yet.He grabs my hand and pulls it.

"Let me go!!"I scream terrified and force him to let go of my hand but it's imposible. Yifan shouts to me and mom to hide under the table.With the mans hand still holding my wrist I jump fast umder the table.I see his mom looking very calm even when I start hearing fighting,shooting and screaming.I can't see anything that's happening there but I am scared to death and I try to cover my ears but the man just won't let go of my hand.The sounds just scratch my brain and it hurts.I can't stand this kind of sounds.

Soon the shootings stop.

"Are they all dead?"I hear Yifan's voice asking.

That's when the guy that was holding my hand grabbed by neck with both hands and started sufocating me.Like it was not enough he also trapped my body between his legs and I couldn't escape.I was chocking and couldn't scream for help.My breathing slowly stops and no matter how much I fight I can't escape.My brain goes blank.My vision becomes blurry.Suddenly I see Yifan's mom beside me.He tries to pull the guys hand but fails.In the last second I see her taking a bloody knife from the floor and stabs the guys hand and he lets me go.....
Everything it's like a dream.I see shadows of people surrounding me.I can't see their faces.Everything is blurry.I hear shouts,screams, desperate cryings.I am not able the move anything.I can't say anything.Suddenly I see a light.I hear the most beautiful voice I heard in my entire life calling me.I see in that light the most beautiful things.A world so pure and beautiful.I see grandma and grandpa.They are all calling me to join them.How can I not go in the light?
