Unhealthy Secrets

~ Miyong P.O.V. ~
[I wonder if she speaks english?] Someone thought across the hall [would she understand korean?]
I sighed and kept walking down the hall looking for my locker. There was so many thoughts about me from people in the hallway it was giving me a headache. I knew korean better than english even though I am full white. It took me so long to make really good friends when I was younger and so I've decided not to even try to make friends. I have one more year left so I just dont care anymore.
[She must be a new student. Shes really pretty. I hate her already.] Ughhhhhhhh! I sure do wish people would just shut up already!
I found my locker and put some of my stuff in it then got my note that had my classroom number on it. I turned around to start walking to find my class but ran face first into a guys chest. I moved back really fast bowing and saying sorry. I looked up at his face and he was so handsome it was unreal. I tried reading his mind to see how stupid or clumsy he thought I was but I heard nothing. He just stared at me with a sad face.
"Its ok." He said in a soft calm voice and I was surprised. "Are you new?"
"Ummmm... yeah my names Park Miyong." I said.
"My names Leo. Do you need any help finding your way to class or anything?"
"No I think I can find it but thanks anyways"
"Ok see you around" he said waving and walking off.
"Bye" I waved back.
I tried reading his mind again but it just didn't work. Why can't I read his mind? This has never ever happened to me before. Maybe he just really wasn't thinking at all but how is that possible?

I finally found my classroom and saw leo in the back of the room I started to walk over to sit next to him but a guy sat down next to him before I could. Crap there must be assigned sits so now I have no idea where to sit.
"Well hello there" a guy from behind me said and I turned around to see him.
He was very handsome like leo too but seemed to have a smaller figure and a louder voice.
"Wow you have beautiful eyes sweety." He bent down to be level with my eyes. "Do you even understand what I'm saying?" He asked.
"Ummmm... i only know english sorry." I said in perfect english.
I looked back at leo who was silenly giggling in his seat.
"Oooo... sexy, you can speak english." He said giving me an sly smile.
"Everyone in your seats now!" I woman said walking into the room and I guessed she was our teacher.
The guy took his seat and I walked up to the front to ask the teacher where to sit.
"Oh I almost forgot that we have a new student." She said excitedly. "introduce yourself to the class please."
I stood into front of eveyone trying block out all their annoying thoughts and my headache was getting pretty bad. I actually wasn't able to hear voices until I was about ten and when I was five I discovered that I could move things with my mind and when I turned fifteen I found that I could freeze time. When I starting using my time freezing power I would become very sick causing me to cough up blood and eventually pass out if I freeze time for a certain amount of time. When I finally went to the hospital they told me I would live to 22 at most because whatever was making me sick it was pretty much slowly sucking the life and energy from me.
I bowed to the class and in perfect korean introduced myself.
"Hello my names Park Miyong. Yes I'm white. Yes I speak english. Yes I speak perfect korean. So please take care of me." Said trying to hush some of their thoughts.
"You can sit next to Ravi in the back of the classroom over there." She said pointing to a guy in the back.

After class was over I started walking out the door but I was stopped by the guys arm from earlier that I convensed I only spoke english.
"You little liar." He said.
"So? I'm not really here to make friends anyways so can you move out of my way I need to leave now." I said annoyed and I was kind of in a rush because I needed to get to the hospital for my regular check up.
"Wow fiesty. I like you. What do you think of coming to my party tomorrow?"
"Why would I come to your party? I dont even know your name and I really need to go so if you would just move!"
"Oh N, just let her go already" another guy from our class said.
Woah ! I looked around and there was five other guys around us and one of them was leo.
"I was just inviting her to our party tomorrow."
Ours as in all six of them? I looked back at N and gave him an evil look and we continued to look at each other for a minute. I tried reading his mind and realized just like leo I couldn't hear anything. What's going on?
I looked at the clock on my phone and saw that I was going to be late.
"Please? I really need to go!" I sad angry.
"Sure if you agree to come to the party." N said.
"Fine" I said.
He took my phone from my hand and begain to call his phone.
"Ya! What are you doing?" I yelled.
"So I can send you the details silly." He said rubbing my head and walking away.
