You headed straight to the cafeteria after the awkward situations you’ve been into earlier. You were to fall in to order, when a cafeteria staff called your name.

‘What?! LOVE? LUHAN?!’ your eyes widened in shock. ‘The staff must have heard the girl’s name wrong.’ You set aside the lunch and decided to nibble some of the cookies from your locker earlier. ‘The guy’s fault that he placed it on the wrong locker.’ You smirked. Then on the midst of digging on those tasty sweets, you saw Luhan with Sehun walking past your table. A good chance to tell Luhan of the misunderstanding.

“Luhan!” you called him as you waved your hand. But he just walked in a faster pace away from your direction. You swore you saw his face turn red. Then Sehun approached you instead.

“Sehun, what’s wrong with that guy?” you asked him. He bit his lip.

“Uh, he’s just not feeling ok today.” He explained.

“Oh okay.” You replied casually. ‘What is his problem?’ but you wondered. Then without any word, Sehun left to sit with the rest of the Exo members who were sitting on a long table. Weird. ‘The guys are acting a bit weird this day.’

You looked at your schedule to see what subject you have next. History. ‘Hello no!’ you thought. You were already having a bad day and there is no way History will ruin it more. So you planned to take a break.

Right after lunch, you made your way out to the field. As expected, no one was there. You took a seat under the cooling shade of the tree. And just threw yourself then closed your eyes. ‘This is so relax–‘

You felt something hit you on the feet. You opened your eyes irritation. ‘What is it now?!’ You were surprised to see a soccer ball rolling to you. You picked it up so that you could return it to whoever it belonged. You looked around to see if anyone was there, but to your shock, there was no one at all playing in the field. There wasn’t even a single person outside of campus except you! Now you were getting kind of scared.

You looked at the ball to see if there was the owner’s name written on it. You saw something written on it, but it wasn’t someone else’s name…It was yours!

It said. ‘What kind of a sick joke is this?’ your jaw dropped. You threw away the ball, so you won’t be reminded of how creeped out you were. You quickly left the place and headed inside the building. You went on walking towards the room of your next class. Then all of a sudden, you hear someone calling you.

“Shin-hee! Stop!” the voice yelled in the hallways. You recognized the voice right away –Suho. Knowing he won’t let you go this time, you quickly ran for your escape. You didn’t really care on what will happen, all you want to do is escape from this guy.

“Stop!” he almost screamed that it echoed through the hallways. He almost chase you around the whole campus. You ran as quickly as possible, but after a few seconds, you felt your body exhausted, from running. ‘I’m pretty sure I lost him.’ You tried to catch your breath. You took a seat on the stairwell to rest.

You closed your eyes for a while so you can regain your energy, when your hand was forcefully pulled from behind, which made your body slam into the wall. You grunted in pain. Pinned in the wall, there was nothing you could do but struggle.

“Serves you right for making me chase you around the school.” He smirked evilly. “Just kidding. Hi.” He joked.

“Look sorry, now let me go.” You threw it in his face.

“I will. If you promise you won’t run away.” He begged. You didn’t care, you just wanna be out of this awkward position.

“Ok. Ok.” Then he slowly loses his grip on your arms. You were so exhausted that you took a seat on the floor. Then, he sat close to you. Like really close. You moved a few inches away from him.

“Have you ever been caught doing something wrong by people who you don’t want to know what you’re doing?” he asked.

“You don’t say.” You rolled our eyes. He just responded with a smile.

“Well, if that’s all, then I’ll leave.” you slowly stood up. Then you got pulled back by the shoulder by him. Now you were face to face with Suho. Feeling each other’s breath, and one wrong move could change everything. Your heart was beating like crazy.

“I just wish they didn’t know.” He said.

“Know w-what?” you couldn’t speak right of nervousness. He moved his face closer to yours. Then whispered something to you.

“That I love you.” He confessed.

You couldn’t believe what just came out from his mouth. You were frozen in shock. You slowly backed down and turned back to be on your way. Your mind was still in a big blur. ‘Don’t worry Shin Hee, they are just playing with you.’ You kept saying to yourself. You finally made it to class, but your face was still marked with the confusion and shock of what just happened. For the whole class your face maintained the same expression.

“Dude, are you ok?” Kai called you from the back. “You looked like you just saw something unpleasant.”

“Y-yeah.” You stuttered. “I’m fine.” You replied.

Finally classes were over. Your mind was now almost recovered. You just took whatever happened earlier as a joke.

In the midst of recovering, you felt your phone vibrating.

You took it out of your pocket and opened to see what it is. Tao just posted something on his account. ‘Yes, this guy sure has a social life.’ You smiled. You opened it to see a picture of him sitting on the tree on the field. The same tree where you usually go to escape your worries. You thought that was all of it, until you read the caption…

The girl I love usually goes here. I wanna do anything I can to protect her. Happy Valentines.

You stood frozen in the empty hallways. ‘This isn’t me, right?’ your mind kept asking.

“No it can’t be me.” You denied. “A lot of girls go there too.” You laughed. This guy did give you a mini heart attack. You took a sigh of relief.

“Shin-hee.” You heard someone call you. You turned around to see Lay, running to you.

“What?” you replied on the nicest way possible. You were not in the mood of talking with anyone yet.

“Let’s represent our group for the research.” He pleaded.

“Can’t you go with Chen or Sehun?” you asked him.

“They are uh –BUSY! Yes busy.” He explained and flashed you an innocent smile.

“Uh, ok. But first I have to tell the–“

“I already told your professor, let’s go.” He cuts you off. Then took your hand and dragged you all the way to the hall room. ‘He sure does want to do this.’ You thought. Then the two of you finally arrived at the hall room. You looked around to see that there was no one else in the room. You looked at Lay who was looking outside the tainted glass window of the door.

“Good. He didn’t find me.” He took a sigh of relief.

“So, what’s the appointment?” you asked him.

“Sorry, Shin Hee. There was no event at all for us to be called.” He confessed.

“What?! Then what did you bring me here for?” you almost screamed in disappointment.

“This is the only way, I could think of.” He explained. “I have always gained interest in you ever since you came to campus. I have been observing you, studying you. And it’s only the moments when I get close to you, I feel the best.” You saw him smirk, then continue. “I would have done this better, but those guys just won’t quit. I’ve been meaning to tell you… I like you. No, LOVE you.” He corrected.

Again, your mind was all blurred lines. You were speechless. After a few seconds, you came back to your senses, then walked past him. Ignoring him. You know this is one of his stupid jokes. Few more steps away from freedom, then all of a sudden he pulled you into a back hug. That’s when tears started falling from your eyes.

These guys just know your weakness a lot. You just want to stay away from them. All they do was play with your feelings, hurting you, assaulting you. You pushed Lay back and ran outside the door.You didn’t care who you were walking past with. You just want to stay away from those guys. The guys who made your stay here at the campus, a misery. ‘I hate them! I hate them all.’ You kept screaming in your mind. ‘Why can’t they just–“

You bumped by someone. A tall someone. You looked up to see Kris. You were just so sad, that your body couldn’t help but wrap your arms around him. You saw his eyes widen in shock, but you didn’t care.

“Uh, Shin Hee, what’s wrong?” he asked while patting your back. You couldn’t say anything. You were just there crying in front of him, in your deepest misery. ‘I hate them. I hate Exo. I hate them all.’ Now that you think of it, this guy was an Exo! You quickly pushed him away from you. You turned red in embarrassment.

‘What the hell was I thinking?!’ you keep regretting. You saw him just smile.

“What?” you said bluntly, wiping the tears on your face.
“Nothing. It’s just that, you were so clingy but then your now pushing me away.” He bursts into laughter. He was right, it is funny. You just turned red in embarrassment.

“Come on, let’s go to the café. My treat.” He encouraged.

“No way.” You turned around to leave. You were staying away from them, remember?

“If you don’t go with me, I’ll tell what you just did.” He said all of a sudden. ‘Is he…blackmailing me?!’ your jaw dropped in shock. But you had no choice, unless you don’t want everyone knowing of what happened.

“Ok. I’ll go.” You groaned. You started following him towards the café. ‘Why did I do this?’ you started regretting. You two took a seat on an empty table, then started eating. It was really awkward eating with someone, so you just did your best NOT to look at him. But you had to admit it, you were kind of taken aback with his charms. Finally he broke the silence.

“So…What happened?” he asked you. You paused from eating. ‘Should I tell him?’ But he might tell the guys. But then you finally decided to tell him what happened so that he can feel guilty of what his guys had done.

“Your guys played pranks at me…at Valentine’s day!” you retorted. Hope he feels guilty about it.

“Wow. The guys did a pretty good job.” He grinned.

“What?! Did you guys plan these pranks all along?!” you looked at him in the eye.

“Correction. Those weren’t pranks. They were real.” He corrected.

‘Real? As in they really confessed?!’You were taken aback for a while. Your head was spinning of what happened. THEY WERE ALL REAL. Your eyes widened in shock of sudden realization.

“If that surprises you, then how about this?” he lifted up your chin so you would be facing him. You blushed like crazy.

“I love you too.” His words just made it’s way through your mind. You couldn’t move an inch.

‘Was he serious?’ You saw him slowly stand up to leave, you tried stopping him, but you couldn’t utter a single word. You were deep in thought. Drowned by those words, said in 12 different ways.
