as JB and Theresa practiced i was thinking our past

*flashback*

i was about 10 and Theresa was about 8 it was her last day before she leaves to Korea tonight so we went to the park together

Me-well i can't believe this is it

Theresa-yeah

we sat on the bench quietly

Theresa-Mark can you promise me something?

Me-promise you what?

Theresa-i want you to be able to show off your talent to the world

Me-so become famous

Theresa-you can say that and promise me that you'll w8 for me

Me-i promise now you promise me something

Theresa-yes?

Me-when i find you let's date

Me-yup boyfriend and girlfriend

Theresa-but we need to catch up again

Me-idc as long we're dating

Theresa-fine i promise

we crossed out pinkies together and went to play then that night we went to the airport when we got there we stood in front of each other

Me-well now its finally time huh?

she was looking down and nodded so i hugged her

Me-don't cry we'll find each other soon ok?

Theresa-and what if we don't?

Me-i promise to w8 and find you remember

Theresa-yeah

i pulled away

Me-now turn that frown upside down

she smiled

Theresa-i'll miss you to Mark

we hugged one more time then she left

Theresa-oppa you ok?

Me-huh yeah where did JB go?

Theresa-he left so instead of the "I Like You" dance i have another idea

Me-i'm cool with it

she started teaching me a new choreo when we were done we sat down

Theresa-what were you thinking about?

Me-our past

Theresa-ah i see

Me-i kept my promise

Theresa-ah becoming famous and w8ing for me?

Me-yup now you have to keep your promise

she looked away pretending she didn't remember the promise

Theresa-what promise i don't remember it at all its been years

i was about to say it but she covered my mouth

she sighed

Theresa-when you find me we'll date as boyfriend and girlfriend

Me-that's right

Theresa-but try to ask me ok you can't be like let's date that's just weird ok?

Me-fine i'll figure something out

Theresa-can't believe you had to bring up the promises we made when we were young

Me-just to see if you remembered them

Theresa-of course i do pabo

i smiled

Me-are you shy because we have to date?

Theresa-i can reject right?

Me-nope we have to because it was a promise

Theresa-fine but ask after i debut ok?

i nodded

Theresa-ugh i can't believe i promised you that when i was young i was so immature back then

Me-you made a good choice when you were young

i smiled and pat her head

Theresa-well i'm gonna go

Me-where Min's house?

Theresa-i have no other choice i have to live there for about a week until they find a dorm for me

Me-oh

Theresa-yeah so its gonna be awkward for about a week

Me-i see why don't you stay at a friends house?

Theresa-don't want to bother them and their family

Me-well invite a friend over then

Theresa-don't worry i'll be fine well see you tomorrow

i nodded and she left while i walked out of the practice room someone pulled me into the recording studio it was JB and Jackson

Me-what's up?

JB-we heard everything

Me-wow

Jackson-i didn't know you guys knew each other ever since you were little i thought it was when you were about 13

Me-yeah

JB-so the promises you guys were really close back then

Me-yeah

Jackson-does Jr know?

Me-probably not but he's not gonna talk to me anymore so what's the point of telling him

Jackson-because she promised you

JB-yeah man GOT7 needs to stick together

Me-i'll figure something out

Jackson-want us to tell him?

Me-he wouldn't believe you guys or me

JB-but he will believe in Theresa

Me-exactly so let's do this tomorrow i'm tired lets go home

we went back to our dorms
