One True Love

WARNING: This chapter contains words... well let's say swear word but don't worry, they're not very extreme :) It's readable :P

~Your P.O.V~
By the time I went home from the hospital it was almost midnight. I was so happy that my dad woke up! I told him about my plans to send him to America. He refused at first but eventually agreed in the end. Now I have to book a flight to America for him. Guess I'll also have to start looking for a job then. I walked up to my door and I saw a sticky note on it.
" It's okay. But I'll only forgive you once you buy me bubble tea!"

I smiled as I read the note. This boy and his addiction for bubble tea. Then I remembered Kris. He is the only one that knows about my dad. I was so exited to tell him the good news so without thinking about the time I ran over to their dorm and started ringing the doorbell.
Chanyeol came to open the door.
"Roxanne-ah! Why are you here at this hour?" He asked me.
" hey Channie" I gave him a friendly hug. " Is Kris here?" I started jumping up and down because I was so exited.
" Yep. Come in." He stepped away from the door. " KRIS HYUNG!!!"
Kris came inside the living room along with some few other members because of Chanyeol's extra loud voice. They all looked annoyed but after they saw me, they all smiled. I smiled back and waved back at them.
" What's up? Are you okay?" Kris asked in English.
I suddenly ran and hugged him really tight. " He's okay! He's woken up!" I said really exited in English.
" Really?! That's great!" He said as he hugged me tighter.
Someone cleared their throat and we both let go of eachother. I was still so happy that i kept jumping up and down. Kris looked at me and then grinned. I stopped bouncing and looked down on the floor embarrased. He ruffled my hair and sat on the couch. I saw Sehun and ran to hug him.
"Sorry, I'll treat you to bubble tea tomorrow after school okay?" I whispered in his ear.
He looked really happy. He gave me a nod.
" But, we all have school tomorrow as well. Where should we meet up?" He asked while pouting.
" You look so cute! " I pinched his cheeks. " I'll meet you in front of the bubble tea store? Make sure not to stand me up. ( Meaning not make her wait long and telling her that he can't make it in the end.)
He saluted. " Sure thing."
I turned to everyone. " I'm really sorry if I woke everyone up. You all should get some sleep as you have school tomorrow. I'll see you next time. Annyeong! ~~" I waved at them. They waved back.
" Good Night Kris." I said in English.
" Good Night." He smiled and came to give me another hug. Then he whispered " You know I'm extremely happy for you that your dad woke up. I'll see you tomorrow." He kissed the top of my head. I smiled at him gratefully. "Thank you." And I turned back to the door.. but then i turned back round to a counfused Kris. " Actually, could you do me a favour?" I asked him. " Yeah sure."
"Do any of you need a car?" I said in Korean to everyone.
Baekhyun spoke up. " You're seeling your Lamborghini?! Are you for real?!"
I smiled. "Yeah, I have to let it go. I need the money, it's sort of an emergency."
" You know I could help you out if you need some money." Suho told me.
" Oh god no. But thank you, that's very sweet of you Suho oppa. So anyone need a car?"
Kris whispered " Why are you selling your car? And it's a Lamborghini?!" (obviously in English)
" Money problems. I need to book a ticket to America." I whispered back in English as well.
Then his voice rose up and he started speaking ( not in English) and everybody could understand him. " Wae?! Why are you going to America? Don't go! Please."
CY: You're going America? Why?
Baek: Why are you going? Did we do something to you?
Suho: Are you sure you don't want the money?
Kai: Why are you leaving?
D.O: Don't leave, I'll teach you how to cook!
Chen: Wae? I got an idea. Let's all go to America together!
Everyone cheered.
" GUYS! I'm not going to America." I said, loud enough for them to hear me. I turned to Kris and started speaking in English. " It's for my dad, so he gets better treatment and so that he stays healthy."
" Ohhhh. Hehe, sorry." He rubbed the back of his neck. " I'll take it."
" Take what?"
Kris: " Your car. D'uh!"
"Jinja?!?! Thank you so much."
Kris: " It's okay. On one condition."
I narrowed my eyes. " What is it?"
" You need to call me oppa."
" Are you for real?! It's uncomfortable though."
" You're in Korea, you're supposed to call people, well boys, older than you oppa."
Baek: Yeah! So, technically, you need to call us oppa.
I groaned. " Fine. Oh by the way, thank you Kris *gulp* op-oppa."
I ran away and went back to my appartment. Then next morning I was in a happy mood. i went to the shower and got dressed.
I went to school early and used the computer there to book dad a ticket to America. Since his flight was later on this evening, i figured I should go and tell him. I went to the principal's office to ask for his permission and surprisingly he let me. I know it's like really important to me, but he's being really nice to me.
So, I went to dad's hospital and told him everything. I also had to pay for his fees. I used the money Kris gave me when he brought my car. By the time I went to school, it was late. I walked into my classroom and the teacher was in the middle of a lecture. i apologised to him. I explained to him that I got the principal's permission to go out of school. He didn't believe me so I left the classroom to get a note from the principal. I went back to the classroom with the principal's note in my hand. When I handed it to the teacher, his expression was unbelieveable. He said I could sit back down. I went over to my seat and James waved at me. I ignored him and took my books out of my bag. He kept poking me throughout the lesson. I finally lost my patience and looked over at him when it was lunch time.
" What's wrong with you?" I snapped.
" Why are you ignoring me? Can't you feel me poking you?" James argued back.
" Well, I didn't want to ruin your day by talking to you." I fired back.
" Listen. Please. Let me explain. I'm sorry about that day. That was 2 days ago and you haven't been talking to me since. I was in a bad mood. I didn't want to talk to anyone at that point and I happen to bump into you so. I'm sorry I lost all my anger at you. Please forgive me." He literally begged. For some reason, I felt that he was being sincere so I decided to forgive him.
" It's okay. I'm sorry I didn't let you explain before. But can I just ask you one question?"
" Yeah, sure."
" Can you help me find a job?" I asked him
He laughed. " You want to work?"
I frowned. " Why? You think I can't work?" I hit his arm playfully.
" No not really. No offence."
" You say that after you have offended me. Trust me, you have no idea what I've been through."
" I guess we need to catch up huh?" He said
" Yeah but maybe some other time. I'm really hungry right now. Let's go and eat."
" Fine, but my treat."
" I'll make sure you have no money left in that wallet of yours." I grinned at him.
We made our way to the cafeteria. There were lots of screaming girls. I gave James a " What" look. He gave me a shrug and we continued to make our way to the lunch hall. Someone pushed me. Luckily, James was quick and he caught me. He said " I'll just guide you through here." He caught my hand and walked me through the crowd. We walked inside. He still wouldn't let go of my hands. He found an empty table and literally made me sit there. Like he put his hands on my shoulders and pushed me (gently ) onto the seat. He went to get the menu. I was looking through my phone when James came back. I told him what I wanted to eat and he went to get the stuff for me. While I was waiting for him, I looked through my phone again. I was talking to my friend in london [ A/N: I'll introduce the character later. His name is Ryan ^^] when I heard someone call my name. What? Probably just my imagination. I continued my conversation when I felt hands on my shoulders. I screamed because I was shocked. I turned around and saw Baekhyun laughing his head off. I frowned at him. " What's so funny and what are you doing here?"
Baek: What are YOU doing here? We go to this school.
Me: Since when? And you never told me why you were laughing.
Baek: Since forever. And I laughed because you screamed.
Me: I still don't see---
Someone cleared their throat. I looked around to find the whole of EXO smiling at me. I waved at them. They waved back. James came back with my hamburger, milkshake and ice cream along with his food. I took the from him and he sat opposite me and we both started eating. Then all the EXO sat on our table. I gave them a what look and they just gave me an angelic smile.
I could feel the girls' death stare. I could also hear them whispering stuff about me
" Why does she get all the hot guys? I mean she's not even that skinny. Look, she's eating like a pig. Doesn't she know who she's sitting with?"
" Ugh, she's such a slut."
" I swear if she doesn't get the hell away from here, I might just slap her."
I'm pretty sure all the EXO boys and James heard this because their faces were filled with anger and surprise. James got really angry and was standing up to tell the girls off when I held his hand. He stopped and I shook my head at him. I could hear the murmurs get louder.
" Omo! Did she just hold his hand? How dare she?"
" He's mine! "
" Are they having an affair?"
" Are they dating?"
" Ugh, she's so ugly. I don't know what they see in her."
All the comments hit me like a blade. Who ever said words don't hurt were a big fat liar. How come I'm hurting so much right now? But then the next voice that spoke up shocked me.
