Kiss Me.

We walked into the house together, but it wasn’t long before I noticed she was showing mixed feelings. My eyes followed her as I left my bag in the hall she glided and sat on the floor with her back up against the wall. She wasn’t smiling, but she was calm.

I’m normally very good at reading people’s feelings but I couldn’t with this girl, she would have to start telling me. I needed to know how to act around her, because I liked her, I really liked her.

I walked over to where she stood and sat down beside her. To my surprise she puts her head on my shoulder, I get the butterflies as she does.

“JiEun, what’s wrong?” I asked her.

“Kevin,” she says “I feel really guilty about everything.”

“Don’t be, Kevin doesn’t stay mad for too long, I know him really well, I’ve known him most of my life.” I reply.

“Good point. Well if you say he won’t stay mad, I’ll stop worrying.” She replies.

“I know Kevin well, I know SooHyun even better, I know everything about Kiseop and DongHo, I know AJ and Hoon pretty well too, but you and I do not know anything about each other really?”

“We should start off from basics then.” She replies “I grew up right here in this house which was made as a wedding gift for my mom, who was terrified of storms and insects. So my dad hand built everything you see.” She begins. “My parents died four years ago, my brother used to visit three times a year, on my birthday, on his birthday and on my parents memorial day. He doesn’t stay for long, but now he has an important job here in Korea so he’ll be around a lot more. – Your turn.”

“Okay” I brace myself and begin “I am 22 years old, I was born in Los Angeles California in America and then I moved to Beijing at the age of 15 on my own to study Chinese, I joined UKiss in 2008 just before we debuted. I speak English, Mandarin, Korean and Japanese. My dad left my mom just after I left for Beijing for another woman, I haven’t spoken to him since I love my mom but I’ve told her not to come to Korea until I have my own family, we still call each other, she’s not a lone out there she has friends so I’m okay with that.”

“So we know both back stories lets go into more detail.” She said standing up.

“Where are you going?” I asked her

“To put the heating on, I’m cold.” She said, I went with her.

The heating wasn’t working, I tried putting it on too, but it didn’t work. “Should we get blankets?” she asked. I nodded and followed her up the stairs. She went into her bedroom and sneakily I got in her bed. “What are you doing?” She asked.

“What you said let’s get blankets. There’s a nice big one here and it supplies it’s very own pillows. WOW” I sarcastically say.

--JiEuns POV—

I smile knowing how childish he is, it’s cute but he doesn’t have to act like this all the time.

“Alright, let me get into my pyjamas and we’ll continue our game.” I say, he agrees and then I go into my bathroom and get changed and brush my teeth, when I come back he is still in my bed so I get in. We continue our game. “My favourite colour is pink, my favourite animal is a panda. Favourite food, Kimchi rice and bibimbap. I am in the last year of studying music at the number one arts school.”

“That’s cool.” Eli says “My favourite colour is black or blue and my favourite animal is black bear, I’ve never really studied music before but I have to for the next year at the same university you do. Which will be fun. I haven’’t attended school since Beijing.”

“Wow, you are seriously amazing. If I fall asleep you have to get out and turn the lights off.”

“Okay, I will.” He smirked.

“Anything else you want to know?” I ask.

“Tell me more about you as a child,” he asked.

“Well me and my brother used to play a lot but he was a bit older than me, so he grew out of playing with me fast, but by then, our next door neighbours had a son. I fell in love with babies and I was always around there looking after ByungHee, he was only six years younger than me, when he was older he called me noona and I loved it, I took him everywhere when he was nine, I’d take him shopping my parents died on his twelfth birthday. I couldn’t celebrate but neither could they, but I promised him I’d make it up to him on his thirteenth birthday, that’s when I took him to a few concerts, UKISS, Girl’s Generation, SM Town and YG Family concerts. He really enjoyed them and for the next three years after my parents death I was attached to their family, I’d walk Rika and my dogs with them, I’d cook and clean, I’d sleep over. They were a second family to me.” I say.

“You haven’t told me about you, you’ve only told me about ByungHee,” He asks.

“That’s because there isn’t anything interesting about me *yawn* I’ve told you everything you need to know. I’m quite simple to understand. I’m lonely that’s all anyone needs to know.”

“You aren’t lonely now right?” He asks.

“No.” I yawn and fall to sleep.

--Eli’s POV—

I watched her fall fast asleep, but then I remember what she said, turn the light off and get out. So I did, I turned the light off and went to the hall where I had left my bags. I brought them back in to her room, she never said I couldn’t come back in. I began hanging some things up in the dark being careful not to wake her up. I succeeded, everything but my underwear, but I wasn’t going to completely scare her by putting all the in a drawer looking like it is permanent situation, which it probably isn’t.

I then get back into bed with her, her small body curled up all warm underneath the covers so I curled up next to her. I remember that she had taken ByungHee or whatever his name was to a UKiss concert and that she didn’t know who we were, she was lying then, she knew who we were from the beginning.

I wanted to wait a little bit longer to update, but i couldn't resist.

They are starting to get to know each other now so it is going to get very serious late on.
