Cupid on The Sidelines

Usually

"Hey! What are you doing there?" A police officer yelled at an innocent looking teen who was talking to a desperate older female. "Oops, gotta go. Cupid is on lunch break!" Hyesun stated as she rushed out of her stall, leaving her client. "What the heck, I thought I got rid of these guys," she stated as she hurriedly ran to a dark narrow alley across the street.
"Goodbye, Mister Dumbass," she stated putting out her tongue and crossed the street. As the cop almost reached her, the stoplight went green and let the all the cars and motorcycles pass, forcing the cop to stop if he doesn't want to get road killed. "Retarded teenager!" the annoyed officer yelled as he waited for all the drivers to pass.
"Hmm... I guess he got stuck," Hyesun stated as she tried to catch her breath. She looked at her wrist watch and said, "Oh, it is lunch time. So... an hour before school class starts." She titled her head and said, "Oh well... I guess I can still serve some clients at the corridors then." she uttered, pausing for a moment.
Hyesun walked to school, kicking pebbles along the way. She shoved her hands in her pockets, looking down as watched her every step. She breathed out deeply. *Am I really suppose to go to juvenile just for being this matchmaker?* she thought, shaking her head, frustrated. She's been doing this for 2 years without anyone in authority catching her. She bit her lower lip as she continued to walk, slouching.
She reached the school in no time. She didn't bother buying lunch anywhere outside the school's area since... oh well... you know her case. A life filled with chase scenes, fear catching up, cops and people in authority out for kids like her. She entered the school, seeing a figure waving at her from inside. She furrowed her eyebrows and darted her eyes on the figure, closely noticing it was Yoohyun. She waved back as she ran towards her.
They've been best friends for 3 years now and have been as close as sisters. People would mistake them as fraternal twins without their IDs. Somewhat, they have things in common, and of course differences. The two has been the best of friends ever since and find it hard to separate. Yoohyun was the reason why Hyesun enrolled in Saemin High; she couldn't have if it wasn't for her. They both try not to disappoint each other, but couldn't avoid not fighting over silly things.
"Bestie!" the two squealed in unison as they ran towards each other. It was as if the two haven't seen each other in years, but actually just an hour or two since they've last talked. The two hugged as they finally got close enough. Yoohyun tilted her head and looked at Hyesun confusingly. "What?!" Hyesun reacted upon noticing how Yoohyun was looking at her. "You look... messy," words slipped out of Yoohyun's mouth, gritting her teeth. More likely, Hyesun has been used to Yoohyun's judgments since... oh well; they're best friends after all, knowing it was for her own improvement too.
"I know," Hyesun bluntly replied, sighing. "I'm just tired, that's all. You know how much people have been lining up for matching," she added, looking up, stretching her neck. Yoohyun slid her hand into Hyesun's and pulled her to the canteen.
Hyesun being dragged was the usual sight of their fellow students when they see the two together. Having Hyesun as the whole puppy and all. So it wasn't really awkward to them seeing her being dragged around the campus. Yoohyun was always been the bossy one and the hyper one between the both of them anyway.

Notes

This is a really short and useless chapter don't you think?
