Drop. Drop. Drop.

Tear after tear came rushing down Jenny's face. Her vision becoming more and more blurry. Her hands continuously wiping her eyes so her vision can be clear, yet still becomes blurry after each tear brimming in her eyes.

"A-Appa." She finally spoke, her voice small yet everyone could hear it.

"Long time no see huh." The man who stood at the door shrugged his shoulders with a grin. "I missed you princess." Slowly tears were rushing down his face. "I missed you so much." He says again as he opens his arms waiting for the latter to make a move.

Just that small movement, she ran. Leaping right into his warm embrace.

"How is my princess huh? Did you miss me?" Her father chuckled while hugging her tightly. Planting a small kiss upon her temple.

"I miss you so much appa." The girl cried. "I m-missed y-you so m-much." She said between her tears.

Lightly pulling away from her father she looked into his eyes.

"I-I thought y-you were going t-to be alone for C-Christmas t-this year, b-because-" She was cut half way in.

"I know, I know." Jenny's father shushed her. "But a young lad came and brought me here." Her father gently spoke as he stroke her long hair.

Jenny turned around, her eyes scanning for that particular person. Every was so blurry that it took a minute until she smiled at him. Getting out of her father's embrace, she ran straight into his embrace.

"Thank you so much. Thank you, thank you, thank you." Jenny cried as she hugged him tightly.

"Anything for my angel." Taemin chuckled as he brushed away her escaping tears. "I'm glad you're happy. I always love seeing that beautiful smile of yours." Taemin sweet talked as he stared straight into her eyes.

Jenny didn't think twice before she went on her toes as her eyes quickly fluttered closed. Her arms wrapping around Taemin tightly, pulling him down a bit. Her lips lounge straight towards his. Kissing him fully on the lips unexpectedly.

Cheers and shouts were roaming around in the room right after.

Jenny pulled away with a shy smile while Taemin was grinning like a dork.

"Merry Christmas angel." Taemin lightly pecked Jenny's nose, sending butterflies in her stomach flutter.

"Merry Christmas Taemin." Jenny sweetly smiled towards Taemin.

Jenny and her dad spent the whole night together, catching up on things.

"Y-You're serious?" Jenny stared at her father wide eyes.

"Mm. I-I know I'm old, but I don't want to die without experiencing what love feels like again. Your mother left when you were so young. I was so lonely, yet I had you. But still." Her father grinned.

"A-Appa." Jenny stuttered lost at words for what she was hearing.

"Don't worry, she's a sweetheart. She's a kindergarten teacher. She loves kids and kids love her too." Her father smiled proudly as she talked about the lady who stole his heart.

"You're in love with her?" Jenny asked as she leaned her head against her father's shoulder.

"I am. Oh, should I have asked permission first or what? Because I remember, I never allowed you to date did I?" Her father joked, earning the latter to chuckle.

"Ey~ appa.~" She cutely whined. "He's perfect though. I mean like... he makes me smile, always makes my day with just one word from him. Just seeing him makes my heart flutter. He's so adorable and childish." Jenny giggled as she continued talking about her lover.

Her father stared at her with a huge smile plastered on his face. He loved seeing his daughter with such happiness. Filled with laughs, giggles, smiles.

"I'm glad you're happy." Her father kissed her temple.

"If I'm happy then appa has to be happy too right?" Jenny tilted her head a bit looking like a cute kitten. Earning a chuckle from the latter. "Appa, if you think she's perfect then I'm good. I want you to be happy too, not just me." She grabbed her fathers hand and sandwiched it with her own small hands.

"If she makes you happy, then I'm happy too. I don't want you to be lonely. I know omma left and you had to take care of me all by yourself. I know I was a struggle but with love, I grew up perfectly." Jenny sweetly smiled at her father who was sadly smiling listening to her every words.

"Aigoo, when did my princess become so wise huh?" Her father hugged her tightly making the girl giggle.

"But on one condition appa." The girl pulled away from her father as she stared straight into his eyes. "I have to meet her." She smiled.

"Wae? So you can test her out. She already has kids." Her father then says making Jenny chock on her own saliva.

"W-Wait, y-you mean s-she's divorced!?" Jenny asked wide eyes.

"Mm. Well I think. Ah~ I don't know. I don't remember." Her father replies as he kept trying to remember.

"W-Well, h-how kids does she have?" Jenny carefully asked. Hearing that she'll have sibling made her curious and excited. She's always been a only child since her whole life.

"One. If I'm right, her daughter if the same age as you. I met her once and she seems nice. But don't worry honey. We're not going to get married - yet. I mean like, we're still dating only." Her father shyly told her.

"Oh. What does her daughter look like appa?" Jenny curiously asked.

"Um..." Her father tapped his chin with his index finger trying to visualize the said girl in his mind. "Oh, I remember I have a picture." Her father then takes out his phone and shows his daughter the picture.

"Her mother sent this picture to me." Her father then says. Jenny's eyes were huge, she felt as if her heart just stopped beating for a bit.

*S-Sohyun!?*

"Oh and this is her mother. The lady whom I am dating." Her father shyly said before he flashed another picture.

"Pretty, isn't she?" Her father happy sang as he admire the women's beauty. However he furrowed his eyebrows as he haven't heard a single noise from his daughter. "Princess, are you alright?" He finally asks as he turned his attention towards his daughter who spaced out after the first picture.

"Huh? You say something?" She blinked.

"Yeah, I did. Are you alright?" Her father then placed a hand over her forehead.

"Ani, gwaenchana appa." She bitterly smiled before looking away. "A-Appa, c-can I see that girl's picture a-again?" Jenny stuttered nervously.

"Um, yeah." He swipe his phone as the younger girl's picture came to view once more. "I think her name is Sohyun. Her mother's name, Soohyun." Jenny's father smiled. Jenny stared at the girl with wide eyes again.

"S-Sohyun?" She stuttered out the said girl's name.

"Mm. Lucky for you, because it's a holiday I decided to bring them along with me. Since you wanted to meet them, you can meet them tomorrow." Everything that Jenny's father just said make her tense up.

"I-I'm going to m-meeting t-them?" Jenny's eyes grew wider - if possible - she felt a headache coming in.

"Gwaenchana princess, you look kinda pale." Her father wrapped an supporting arm around her shoulders. "Sweetie I think you need to sleep. I'll see you tomorrow alright?" Her father then pecked her temple before he stood up and opened the door to reveal the one and only Taemin.

"Oh, you're leaving?" He asked.

"Uh, yeah. I'm going to go rest. It's late, make sure my daughter rest alright?" Her father patted Taemin's shoulder before he was about to leave. However he took one step back again to converse with the boy. "And thanks for everything. For making me see my daughter after so long. Thanks."

"No problem Mr. Quach, I'll do anything to make your daughter happy. Even if I have to travel the whole world." Taemin proudly smiled as he thought of you.

"You're a great man, take care of my daughter." Was all Jenny's father said before he left the room.

Taemin looked over at Jenny, ever so slowly he took small quiet steps towards her. A grin slowly crawling upon his face.

"BOO!!!" Taemin shouted however the girl didn't react. All she did was look up at the boy. "Babe, are you alright?" Taemin worriedly asked as he sat right next to her on the bed.

"I-I d-don't know." Was all she said.

"W-What do you mean? Jenny, you're pale. D-Did your dad do something that made you... like this?" Taemin couldn't find the right words.

"M-My dad i-is dating someone." Jenny softly spoke.

"Well, that's good right? I mean if the girl is perfect for him. You know complete him like you complete me." Taemin sweetly smiled as he wrapped his arms around her petite body.

"I-I'm going to meet her t-tomorrow." Jenny spoke once again.

"Do you not want to meet her?" Taemin asked with a questioning eyebrow. However Jenny shook her head.

"S-She has a child already." Jenny slowly turned her head towards Taemin.

"Well, your dad already has a child. A very beautiful child that I love so much." Taemin grinned as he hugged her tighter. However pulled back when he didn't feel the girl hug back. "Alright, what's going on? Is the lady's daughter your dad is dating someone from your school?" Taemin asked while blinking confused at Taemin.

"Ani." Jenny softly spoke.

"Well, who is she then?" Taemin asked. Jenny looked straight into his eyes. What she said next made his eyes widen.

He felt as if Jenny was joking around however the expression on her face told him that everything she was saying was serious.

"I-It can't be r-right?" Taemin nervously stuttered. However Jenny shook her head.

"Appa s-showed me a-a picture. S-She looked j-just like her. J-Just like Sohyun." Jenny stuttered. "T-The lady my dad is dating i-is Sohyun's m-mom." Jenny broke out. Taemin sat there wide eyes.

He couldn't believe everything he was hearing. How could it be? Well, fate has it's ways.

"D-Does that mean i-if your parents e-ever marry t-then, S-Sohyun becomes y-your sister?" Taemin nervously stuttered. Jenny lightly nodded her head.

The girl who is madly in love with Taemin, the girl who slapped Jenny because she was jealous, the girl who everyone hates might become Jenny's step-sister.

"A-Angel, y-you'll be meeting h-her tomorrow t-then." Taemin stuttered as he looked at Jenny with worried eyes. Jenny gulped down her remaining saliva.

Tomorrow might be a disaster if they ever meet. Why? Because Sohyun hates Jenny's guts.
