A Lost Victory

Chapter 2

Quickly he turned away from the door and held you in his arms. Jongup, Youngjae, and Daehyun walked in. You gasped when you heard the door swing open.

"Hey Youngguk! Did you see a girl come by just a bit ago?" Daehyun asked as the three stop and looked at Youngguk confused.
"Hyung what are you doing?" Youngjae said and they started to walk closer to the two of you. Your body became tense.
"No, nothing. What do you want?" Youngguk's quick and harsh sounding words made them stop.
"There...just....we....the girl..and~"
"And what. Look I'm really busy, please leave." Youngguk interrupted Jongup, and the three left after giving each other a few worried and confused looks.
You heard Youngguk exhale a bit loud, once the door swung closed and they were gone. He let go of you and went to pull down the half shade on the door. You watched him slightly scared and anticipating what was going to happen now.

"Gwenchana? I did that in case they come back." You just looked at him not really paying attention to what he said and he could tell. "What is it?" You just stood there and shook your head at him. "You can stay here if you want. But you have to tell me one thing, your name."
"HyeRi." He smiled and walked into a small room. You looked around the large room you were in. You could tell it was getting dark since the glow from outside started to dim. Youngguk hadn't come out for a while, and you didn't want to go snooping around for him so you left.

After about a block or two, besides the street lights, small shops, other city lights, and the moon light it was basically pitch black. A little later you arrived in front of the café you had originally planned on going, but..it was closed. 'You have got to be kidding me. Aish and it's gonna rain. How much worse could this get?' You looked around to see if any other decent cafes were open. Although all you saw was the same tall, dark figure lurking..or walking..or whatever it didn't matter. You got really creeped out and headed home.

After about ten minutes it started raining, and kept raining more and more. Soon it felt as if you were being followed. 'Ahhhh why...' You tried to rush home as fast as you could, but all of a sudden you tripped and fell in a puddle. 'Aish...' You sat there now soaked, and you heard footsteps coming toward you quickly. You didn't care though, you were too distracted by your drenched clothing.

"HyeRi-ah! Gwenchana??" You snapped back to reality when you felt someone pick you up.
"Yongguk!? What..were you following me?"
"Oh um, well, no, kinda, maybe. I just wanted to make sure you got home ok and I live this way too."
"Oh.." You blushed a bit at his compassion and cuteness. You looked up and remembered it was pouring rain.
"Oh um here." He took off his coat, placed it around you and put the hood up.
"Awe what a cute, young couple." An older lady walked by and lightly laughed to herself.
"Oh um n~" You stopped because she already turn down a corner and wouldn't hear you anyway. Youngguk just stood there trying to hold in his laughter. "Ya!"
"Come on." He put his arm around you and started walking.

A while passed and you stopped, because you arrived in front of the building you live in. You took off Youngguk's coat and gave it back, then you started to walk away into the building. But Youngguk stopped you by grabbing your arm and turning you around to face him.
"Youngguk...w..wae?" What happened shocked, surprised, and scared you. Yet you loved every second of it.

Hey i like the idea of starting it with their child, let's you know there's a happy ending, and then telling the main story as a flashback. It's well done for an intro, keep it up!
